Fengfu First sit up and lower head (both vertebras can separate when lowering Fengchi head, and protruding spinous process can be touched), the depression below the highest point of the neck (the seventh cervical vertebra) is dazhui, which is between the two vertebrae, the upper one is the cervical vertebra and the lower one is the thoracic vertebra. If the protruding bones are not too obvious, allow the patient to move the neck, and the immobile bone is the frst thoracic vertebra, which is about level with shoulder. It is located in the posterior cervical region, the exoccipital bulge is convex and straight down, and in the concavity of the quality control of the oblique muscles on both sides. It is located in the posterior region of the neck, below the occipital bone, in the depression between the upper end of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of the trapezius muscle.
