And once we’re ready to accept residency reservations, you will be called in sequential order according to your Ambassador Program number, shown above. Highpoint at Stonecrest hereby acknowledges that has/have made a deposit of one hundred and no/100 dollars ($100.00) (hereafter referred to as the “Ambassador Deposit”) in exchange for an assigned Ambassador Number and eligibility to receive a special package of early residency reservation benefits for Highpoint at Stonecrest, a senior living community that will be located in Summerfield, Florida. In consideration of the Ambassador Deposit, Highpoint at Stonecrest agrees that you shall have Ambassador Number __________. When the residences are available for selection, this Ambassador Agreement will entitle you to be contacted in priority order for a private appointment at our Sales Center. At that appointment, you will receive detailed information on Highpoint at Stonecrest and the community’s pricing, residences, amenities and services. You will also be eligible to receive a special package of early reservation benefits available for each level of care. Upon selection of a residence, you will be required to pay the Community Fee and sign an agreement for the specific residence selected. The Ambassador Deposit is fully refundable. You and Highpoint at Stonecrest agree that the purpose of this Ambassador Agreement is only to give you PRIORITY in receiving a private appointment for the selection of a residence at Highpoint at Stonecrest and to establish your eligibility for early reservation benefits. This Ambassador Agreement is not an application for residency, and the Ambassador Deposit is neither an application fee nor an entrance fee. Neither this Ambassador Agreement nor the Ambassador Deposit shall require you to enter into a residence agreement with Highpoint at Stonecrest. Highpoint at Stonecrest reserves the right of final approval of all residents, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the residence agreement as presented at the time of your private appointment. Once a residence agreement is executed, its terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between all parties.
