The Crossings at North River acknowledges that has/have deposited five hundred and no/500 dollars ($500.00) (hereafter referred to as the “Ambassador Deposit”) in exchange for eligibility to receive a special package of early residency reservation benefits for The Crossings at North River, a senior living community located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In consideration of the Ambassador Deposit, you will receive detailed information on The Crossings at North River and its progress well before the general public as well as the community’s pricing, residences, amenities and services. Prior to opening, you will schedule your move-in date and pay the remaining community fee. You and The Crossings at North River agree that the purpose of this Ambassador Agreement is only to establish your eligibility for early reservation benefits. This Ambassador Agreement is not a residency application, and the Ambassador Deposit is neither an application fee nor an entrance fee. Neither this Ambassador Agreement nor the Ambassador Deposit shall require you to enter into a residency agreement with The Crossings at North River. The Crossings at North River reserves the right of final approval of all residents following the terms and conditions of the residency agreement. Once a residency agreement is executed, its terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between all parties.
