THE VICE CHANCELLOR'S MESSAGE I am glad to know that the Depart ment of Management Studies is conducting its Annual Industry lnterfaceManagement Programme \"SYNAPSE 2022\". This event will provide an opportunity for the students to use the idea generated, experience narrated to venture into their future aspiration. The theme of this year SYNAPSE is \"Regulation, Resilience & Reinvention to Reach the Unreached\" which takes into account all the factors that the industry need to adapt to in today's world. The First Factor is Regulation, which is arising from the need to rein in the free exercise of market forces and consumer and producer impulses in cases where such a display can act as an obstacle to the maximisation of societal wellbeing or remove externally applied obstacles to market forces when their play is desirable. The next factor, Resilience Resilience is especially important today because the business environment is becom ing more dynamic and unpredictable. Now we need to analyse a compa ny's capacity to absorb stress, recover critical functionality, and thrive in al tered circumstances. Then comes Reinvention, in the 21st-century digital tech nology is changing global industries beyond recognition, disrupting decades-old business habits, conventions and operating models, India needs to reinvent its year-old business process, approach & style to transform business operations and grow new revenue streams. After enriching itself with all the above factor, now the industry has to act in a socially responsible manner. Billions of people have not yet had an opportunity to be part of the mainstream of society and still living in the margin. Business should be determined to reach the unreached to provide the best available opportunity and resource for the highest attainment of mankind. I am glad that this year's event will pave a platform for interaction between the students' community and the corporates, especially for the exchange of their industrial experience.I congratulate the contributors of articles to this magazine and I hope the arti cles will bring value addition to the budding managers & practitioners PROF. ST TEGY PANEL THEME: STRATEGIES TOWARDS MAKING A SUSTAINABLE ORGANIZATION \"Often, sustainability is discussed only in the context of energy. Energy sustainability is essential- but the word has a much broader meaning. It means long-term thinking about how we manage our businesses, invest in social spending, and plan for the future. This requires vision and leadership, and it requires citizen engagement - Joe Kaeser\" The idea of sustainability comes with 3 pillars: economic, social, and environmental (additionally called the 3 Ps: profit, people, and planet). Its attention is to satisfy the wishes of nowadays without blowing future generations' probabilities to satisfy their wishes tomorrow. By sustainability in business, we mean 2 categories: its impact at the surroundings and its impact on society. For a business to end up sustainable, it needs to focus on long-time period techniques forcreating a positive effect on those categories. Sustainability is set framing business decisions in phrases of years or maybe a long time and thinking about many greater elements than only a economic benefit. Sustainability is set putting affordable business goals and running in the direction of them right along.

MARKETING PANEL Theme : Marketing Redemption through Sustainability \"Marketing strategy is a series of integrated actions leading to a sustainable competitive advantage.\" Sustainable marketing is the promotion of socially responsible products, services, and practices. While eco-friendly brands naturally work on sustainable marketing campaigns, brands that are not rooted in sustainability can still apply its principles to their strategy. Its goal is to promote a mission, not a product or service. When the marketers are able to market their products and services in a sustainable way then we can see a marketing redemption through sustainability. So it is a need of today to make marketing more sustainable and which will only be a real successful marketing for the future also

The need for transition finance in order to reach global climate goals is indisputable. It is designed to help polluting companies deliver long term strategies to reduce their carbon footprint. Finance has a key role to influence sustainable outcomes.
