There was a lion that woke up in one evening feeling hungry. He was greedy. He thought he should eat the big deer instead of the hare. The lion was so sorry. He was greedy and now he had nothing to eat even a little hare. สิงโตรู้สึกเสียใจมาก เพราะความตะกละของตัว มันเองแท้ ๆ ถึงตอนนี้มันไม่เหลืออะไรให้กินเป็น อาหารอีกแม้กระทั่งกระต่ายป่าตัวน้อยก็ตาม

Moral of the story: Be satisfied with what you have. นิทานเรื่องนี้สอนให้รู้ว่า จงพอใจในสิ่งที่มีอยู่ คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษน่ารู้ hare = กระต่ายป่า greedy = โลภมาก chase = ไล่ fear = หวาดกลัว hurry = เร่งรีบ
