TPD SWAT Members maintain memberships with the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), & the Florida SWAT Association (FSA), while SWAT Snipers are also members of the American Sniper Association (ASA). These organizations provide our Team with advanced training on topics including Team Leader Development, SWAT Command Decision Making & Leadership, Armored Vehicle Rescue Operations, Tactical Medical, Hostage Rescue, & Sniper Certification Courses.
