Sarah Stoeckel, Ph.D., Titusville City Councilwoman and Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Eastern Florida State College (EFSC), has been recognized by LEAD Brevard for her exceptional leadership skills by being awarded one of the prestigious 4 Under 40 awards for 2023. The award recognizes young professionals who’ve demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, innovation, and community involvement in Brevard County. The award ceremony was held on the evening of February 10 at the Melbourne Hilton. The event was attended by local business and community leaders, as well as several finalists. Other recipients of the 4 Under 40 that evening included: Jordin T. Dr. Stoeckel has distinguished herself in both her academic and public service life both at EFSC and on Titusville City Council, where she has been committed to promoting economic development, improving public safety, and supporting local businesses since entering office in 2016.
