‫أخبار الأندية ‪50‬‬ ‫موائدالروتراكت‬ ‫مراسل‬ ‫بالإسكندرية‬ ‫الأندية‬ ‫خلال شهر رمضان المبارك‬ ‫إيمان سيف‬ ‫قدم شباب الروترآكت‪ ،‬مجموعة من‬ ‫المطابخ فى أماكن مختلفة لتقديم وجبات‬ ‫إفطار رمضان وتوزيعها على أكثر الأماكن‬ ‫شديدة الاحتياج مقسمة جغرافيا على‬ ‫مستوى المحافظة‪.‬‬ ‫وأجرى محافظ المنطقة الروتارية ‪2451‬‬ ‫أسامه الأحمر‪ ،‬زيارة للمطابخ وأثنى على‬ ‫الفكرة‪ ،‬ويشارك بالمشروع الأندية التالية ‪-:‬‬ ‫موائد الإسكندرية‬ ‫روترآكت الإسكندرية غرب‬ ‫روترآكت الإسكندرية كابيتال‬ ‫روترآكت الإسكندرية سبورتنج‬ ‫روترآكت الإسكندرية نيوايرا‬ ‫اروترآكت الإسكندرية المنتزة‬ ‫روترآكت الإسكندرية نزهه نيوايرا‬ ‫ويعمل النادى على توزيع نح و‪ 500‬وجبة‬ ‫يوم ًيا لغير القادرين‪.‬‬ ‫وفى المرحلة الثانية هى موائد عائلة مارين‪،‬‬ ‫وتضم المرحلة الثانية أبرز المعلومات‪:‬‬ ‫روترآكت الإسكندرية مارين‬ ‫روترآكت الإسكندرية مارين ستار‬ ‫انترأكت الإسكندرية مارين‬

‫أخبار الأندية ‪52‬‬ ‫ا«لانلإفسسكىن»درويمةنتفادير ًاوللسش»بايبقيومحنمدلوةةللعتبنر«عابلالقلدمق‬ ‫عبدالرحمن الصورانى‪ ،‬بسرد خبراته مع‬ ‫إجراء مشروعات تهم الشباب وتعمل على‬ ‫استضاف نادى روتارى فاروس برئاسة‬ ‫شباب الروتارآكت‪.‬‬ ‫تطوير واستثمار مهاراتهم‪.‬‬ ‫جاكلين ولسن‪ ،‬الأستاذ الدكتور مراد‬ ‫الشاذلى أستاذ الطب النفسى فى إنجلترا‬ ‫وأعرب هادر ميت ورئيس لجنة المشروعات‬ ‫وجاءت كلمة ر‪.‬س‪ .‬يحيى مجدى‪ ،‬عن‬ ‫للحديث عن القلق النفسى فى زمن كورونا‬ ‫فى النادى‪ ،‬عن رغبته فى إقامة سلسلة من‬ ‫«التمكين الفعلى للأجيال الجديدة»‪ ،‬فيما‬ ‫وكيف يتعايش الإنسان مع القلق الناجم‬ ‫المؤتمرات الشبابية الدولية للاستفادة من‬ ‫تحدث ر‪.‬س‪ .‬أدهم شاكر رئيس الروتارآكت‬ ‫عن الخوف من الإصابة أ والاكتئاب من‬ ‫العزل أ والحظر‪ ،‬وكيف نتحلى بالهدوء أثناء‬ ‫الخبرات الدولية‪ .‬‬ ‫عن الروتارى بنكهة الروتارآكت‪.‬‬ ‫«فاروس» يطلق حملات متعددة للتبرع بالدم‪ ‬‬ ‫واختتم اللقاء‪ ،‬عض والنادى ر‪.‬س‪.‬‬ ‫هذه الجائحة‪.‬‬ ‫كما أعلن النادى‪ ،‬عن إطلاق سلسلة من‬ ‫إقامة منتدى الشباب الأول عبر «زووم»‬ ‫الحملات للتبرع فى الدم‪ ،‬بالتعاون مع‬ ‫وأقام النادى‪ ،‬منتدى الشباب الأول على‬ ‫بنك الدم فى كوم الدكة وجمعية الشبان‬ ‫تطبيق «زووم»‪ ،‬استضاف خلاله محافظ‬ ‫المسلمين ومطرانية الأقباط الأرثوذكس فى‬ ‫سابق جميل معوض فى لبنان المنطقة ‪.2452‬‬ ‫الإسكندرية‪ ،‬جاء ذلك إيمانا من النادى‬ ‫وحضر المنتدى‪ ،‬محافظ سابق شريف والى‬ ‫بدوره الإنسانى‪ ،‬فى توفير الدم للحالات‬ ‫ومحافظ سابق عبد الحميد العوا‪ ،‬ومحافظ‬ ‫سابق حمادة زهران‪ ،‬ومحافظ مسمى أيمن‬ ‫الحرجة والطارئة‪.‬‬ ‫نزيه‪ ،‬وعدد كبير من قيادات الشباب فى‬ ‫وأقام النادى‪ ،‬أولى الحملات فى ‪ 13‬مارس‬ ‫‪ 2021‬فى جمعية الشبان المسلمين‪ ،‬وأعقبها‬ ‫المنطقة الروتارية فى مصر‪.‬‬ ‫حملة أخرى فى كنيسة السيدة العذراء فى‬ ‫واستهل المنتدى‪ ،‬ر‪.‬س‪ .‬ماجد رشدان‬ ‫فى الحديث عن إنجازات لجان الشباب فى‬ ‫جناكليس‪.‬‬ ‫المنطقة‪ ،‬ثم تناولت مساعد المحافظ ر‪.‬س‪.‬‬ ‫وأعد الحملة رئيس لجنة المشروعات هادر‬ ‫دينا قطب بشأن كيفية الحفاظ على فعالية‬ ‫ميتو‪ ،‬ونائب رئيس النادى عبد الرحمن‬ ‫الشباب الروتارى وجذب المزيد ووضع‬ ‫الصورانى‪ ،‬الذى تبرع بالدم‪.‬‬ ‫الاستراتيجيات الخاصة بذلك‪.‬‬ ‫كما شارك فى الحملة الأولى عض والنادى‪،‬‬ ‫واستعرضت أهم المشكلات التى‬ ‫ورئيس جمعية الشبان المسلمين مصطفى‬ ‫يواجهونها‪ ،‬ثم جاءت كلمة محافظ لبنان‬ ‫رزق‪ ،‬والزميلة غادة شهوان‪ ،‬وشارك فى‬ ‫السابق جميل معوض‪ ،‬بشأن أهمية‬ ‫الحملة الثانية نسمات لبيب عض والنادى‬ ‫الشباب للروتارى الدولى وللمنطقة وكيفية‬ ‫ورئيس لجنة الأمومة والطفولة‪ ،‬والزميلة‬ ‫عفاف من روتارى المنتزة‪ .‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫التبرع بمستلزمات طبية وتعليمية‪« ..‬صن رايز»‬ ‫ينظم زيارات خيرية لمؤسسات المجتمع المدنى‬ ‫‪55‬‬ ‫مواجهة الجائحة‪.‬‬ ‫فى العجمى‪ ،‬وذلك للتبرع بمستلزمات‬ ‫أقام نادى صن رايز‪ ،‬عدة زيارات لعدد من‬ ‫وقدم تبر ًعا بكمية الكيماويات اللازمة‬ ‫طبية حيث كان يوجد بعض النقص فيها‪،‬‬ ‫الجمعيات الخيرية التى تهدف إلى خدمة‬ ‫جاء ذلك إيما ًنا منا بدور المجتمع المدنى فى‬ ‫المجتمع المدنى‪ ،‬ويرصد التقرير التالى أبرز‬ ‫لجهاز‪ CBC ‬لمكتب صحة المندرة‪.‬‬ ‫تلك الزيارات‪:‬‬ ‫«صن رايز» يدعم «الإسكندرية‬ ‫للمكفوفين» بأدوات تعليمية‬ ‫أجرى نادى روتارى صن رايز‪ ،‬زيارة‬ ‫لجمعية الإسكندرية للرعاية الثقافية‬ ‫والاجتماعية للمكفوفين‪ ،‬الثلاثاء الموافق ‪17‬‬ ‫فبراير‪ ،‬فى إطار تقديم المستلزمات الخاصة‬ ‫بالعملية التعليمية‪.‬‬ ‫جاء ذلك استكمالاً لدور النادى فى خدمة‬ ‫ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة‪ ،‬وتفعيلا لدور‬ ‫الروتارى كأحد مؤسسات المجتمع المدنى‪.‬‬ ‫وقدم النادى مجموعة أدوات للمكفوفين‬ ‫لعدد ‪ 110‬مستفيد تشمل عدد من مساطر‬ ‫كبيرة وصغيرة الحجم للكتابة بطريقة‬ ‫برايل‪ ،‬وآلات حاسبة ناطقة خاصة‬ ‫للمكفوفين‪ ،‬والعصا الخاصة للمكفوفين‪،‬‬ ‫بتكلفة ‪ 14‬ألف جنيه‪.‬‬ ‫التبرع بمستلزمات طبية‬ ‫لمستشفى العزل فى العجمى‬ ‫كما أجرى النادى‪ ،‬زيارة لمستشفى العزل‬

‫أخبار الأندية ‪54‬‬ ‫«جولدن رايدرز» يشارك فى تطوير مدرسة‬ ‫للمكفوفين ويحتفل بعيدالأم مع المسنات‬ ‫كلمة الترحيب من مديرة الدار وإحدى‬ ‫والحفظ فى مختلف المواد الأخرى‪ ،‬وتوزيع‬ ‫نظم نادى روتارى جولدن رايدرز برئاسة‬ ‫النزيلات‪ ،‬وذلك فى احتفالية سادها‬ ‫هدايا للأطفال وشنط صديقة للبيئة من‬ ‫هند محارم‪ ،‬عدة أنشطة خيرية إيما ًنا منه‬ ‫بأهمية المشاركة المجتمعية بين مؤسسات‬ ‫أجواء عائلية‪.‬‬ ‫القماش‪.‬‬ ‫المجتمع المدنى ومؤسسات الدولة‪،‬‬ ‫وبدأ الاحتفال‪ ،‬بالاستمتاع للطرب‬ ‫إحياء عيد الأم فى دار الهنا للمسنات‬ ‫ويستعرض التقرير التالى أبرز تلك الأعمال‪:‬‬ ‫والغناء على أنغام العود ثم توزيع هدايا‬ ‫واحتفلت أسرة النادى‪ ،‬بعيد الأم مع‬ ‫عيد الأم على الأمهات فى الدار اللاتى‬ ‫الأمهات فى دار الهنا للمسنات من غير‬ ‫‪ ‬مشاركة فى مشروع مدرسة‬ ‫ارتسمت على وجوهن ابتسامة وأدخلت‬ ‫القادرات‪ ،‬وبعد إلقاء الكلمات والتعريف‬ ‫النور والأمل للفتيات‬ ‫بدور الروتارى وأعماله الإنسانية وألقت‬ ‫الفرحة والبسمة إلى قلوب الجميع‪.‬‬ ‫وشارك النادى‪ ،‬فى مشروع مدرسة النور‬ ‫والأمل للفتيات‪ ،‬الذى تم تسليمه فى الأحد‬ ‫الموافق ‪ 21‬مارس الماضى‪ ،‬جاء ذلك بحضور‬ ‫محافظ المنطقة الروتارية ‪ 2451‬أسامة‬ ‫الأحمر‪ ،‬ومنسق مساعدى المحافظ أمنية‬ ‫درويش‪ ،‬ومساعد محافظ عماد حسن‪،‬‬ ‫ورئيس النادى هند محارم‪ ،‬والسكرتير‬ ‫الفخرى إيهاب جنيدى‪ ،‬وعدد من أعضاء‬ ‫النادى بحضور محمود شحاتة مدير إدارة‬ ‫التربية الخاصة وناصف ماهر مدير إدارة‬ ‫المشاركة المجتمعية فى وكالة وزارة التربية‬ ‫والتعليم بالإسكندرية‪ ،‬كما شارك أعضاء‬ ‫روتاركت وإنترآكت جولدن رايدرز‪.‬‬ ‫ويعتبر المشروع‪ ،‬أحد مشاريع الـ ‪RCC‬‬ ‫للنادى‪ ،‬الذي‪ ‬يخدم المشروع حوالى ‪60‬‬ ‫طالبة‪ ،‬جزء منهم مقيم داخلى فى المدرسة‪،‬‬ ‫ويخدم مرحلة عمرية من ‪ 6‬إلى ‪ 16‬سنة‪.‬‬ ‫وأقام النادى‪ ،‬صيانة للمدرسة خلال‬ ‫تجديد الدهانات وأعمال النجارة للأبواب‪،‬‬ ‫وتجهيز فصل الحضانة بأرضية مضادة‬ ‫للصدمات بهدف حماية الأطفال‪ ،‬إلى‬ ‫جانب تجهيز حديقة أطفال خاصة بعمر‬ ‫من ‪ 6‬إلى ‪ 8‬سنوات من نجيل صناعى‬ ‫وألعاب أطفال وسور للحديقة آمن‬ ‫للأطفال‪ ،‬إلى جانب عمل عضوية رياضية‬ ‫لأبطال المدرسة فى رفع الأثقال فى نادى‬ ‫الأوليمبى القريب من المدرسة للتدريب‪.‬‬ ‫كما قدم النادى‪ ،‬تجهيز لفصول دراسية‬ ‫بعدد ‪ 4‬دواليب للكتب المدرسية من‬ ‫الاستانلس‪ ،‬بالتعاون مع لجنة البيئة‬ ‫بالمنطقة الروتارية ‪ 2451‬إلى جانب تزويد‬ ‫حديقة المدرسة بأشجار مثمرة من الليمون‬ ‫والبرتقال والورود‪ ،‬وصنابير مياه مرشدة‬ ‫للاستهلاك وبها فلتر للمياه للحفاظ على‬ ‫صحة الأطفال‪ ‬‬ ‫وأي ًضا عدة مصاحف ناطقة لتسهيل‬ ‫حفظ القرآن بطريقة أسهل من الطرق‬ ‫التقليدية برايل‪ ،‬كما يمكن استعمالها‬ ‫لتساعدهم فى العملية التعليمية‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫توقيع تؤمة بين نادى روتارى الحيزة كرنك‬ ‫ونادى ليالبور‪-‬لاهور بباكستان‬ ‫‪57‬‬ ‫قام نادى روتارى جيزة‬ ‫كرنك‪ ‬بر ئاسة محمد‬ ‫مصباح بعمل توأمة مع‬ ‫نادى ليالبور ‪ -‬لاهور ‪-‬‬ ‫باكستان برئاسة فاروق‬ ‫يوسف وذلك بالتنسيق‬ ‫مع‪ ‬محافظ المنطقة ‪- ٢٤٥١‬‬ ‫مصر ‪ -‬اسامة الاحمر‪  ‬لدعم‬ ‫اواصر التعاون والصداقة‬ ‫بين الناديين و‪ ‬تماشيا مع‬ ‫قواعد وتشجيع روتارى‬ ‫الدولى ‪ -‬وقد قام ‪ ‬بالاعداد‬ ‫لهذه التوأمة مساعد‬ ‫محافظ سحر جادالله‬ ‫ورئيس البعثة ريزوان احمد‪.‬‬ ‫وشارك ‪ ‬بالحضور هبة‬ ‫قابل سكرتيرة المنطقة‪.٢٤٥١ ‬‬ ‫وشمل الحضور ‪ ٤٢‬روتارى‬ ‫من دولة باكستان كما حضر‬ ‫من نادى روتارى جيزة كرنك‬ ‫كلا من مساعد محافظ‬ ‫سناء الشرفا ومساعد‬ ‫محافظ سحر جادالله‬ ‫وضابط نظام النادى لمياء‬ ‫فوزى واحمد عبد النور‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية ‪56‬‬ ‫«ورشة خياطة وتشجير مستوصف»‪..‬‬ ‫«الإسكندرية اليخت» يقدم عددمن الأنشطة‬ ‫أقدم نادي‪ ‬روتارى الإسكندرية اليخت‬ ‫برئاسة وسام محمود‪ ،‬بالتعاون مع لجنة‬ ‫البيئة بالمنطقة الروتارية ‪ 2451‬برئاسة نجوى‬ ‫عصام‪ ،‬فى ‪ 24‬مارس الماضى‪ ،‬على زراعة‬ ‫الأشجار المزهرة ‪ ‬والعطرية‪ ،‬فى مستوصف‬ ‫صدر كوم الشقافة لزيادة المسطحات‬ ‫الخضراء والحفاظ على البيئة‪.‬‬ ‫وحضر رئيس النادي‪ ‬والدكتور خالد عزت‬ ‫مدير مستوصف كوم الشقافة‪.‬‬ ‫افتتاح دورة لتعليم الخياطة والتطريز‬ ‫للملايات لـ ‪ 10‬سيدات فى جمعية بامبى‬ ‫فى الإسكندرية‬ ‫افتتح نادى روتارى إسكندرية اليخت‪،‬‬ ‫السبت الموافق ‪ 3‬أبريل الماضى‪ ،‬الدورة‬ ‫الأولى لتعليم الخياطة والتطريز‪ ‬للملايات‪،‬‬ ‫لعدد ‪ 10‬سيدات معيلات فى جمعية‬ ‫بامبى بالإسكندرية‪ ،‬وذلك فى إطار تفعيل‬ ‫التعاون مع منظمات المجتمع المدنى ‪.Rcc‬‬ ‫«ورشة لتعليم التفصيل وتوزيع كراتين‬ ‫رمضان»‪ ..‬أنشطة نادى روتارى «ريفر نايل»‬ ‫افتتح نادى روتارى ريفر نايل برئاسة‬ ‫طارق هويدى‪ ،‬الفرع الثانى لمشروعه‬ ‫المستدام فى ورشة “ريفر نايل” لتعليم‬ ‫التفصيل والكروشيه وصناعة الحقائب‬ ‫فى حى الأميرية‪ ،‬جاء ذلك لاستمرار‬ ‫جهود النادى وتبرعات أعضاءه لإحياء‬ ‫المشروعات المتناهية الصغر وتشجيع‬ ‫الصناعة والحرف اليدوية المختلفة‪.‬‬ ‫جاء ذلك تحت رعاية محافظ المنطقة‬ ‫الروتارية أسامة الأحمر‪ ،‬ومؤسسة النادى‬ ‫مساعد المحافظ السابق ماجدة الألفى‪،‬‬ ‫وأمين الصندوق نسرين المهدى‪ ،‬وهناء‬ ‫البطران مسؤولة مباشرة المشروع‪.‬‬ ‫توزيع ‪ 1100‬كرتونة رمضان على المستحقين‬ ‫من أهالى الأقصر وزع النادى‪ ،‬بالتعاون‬ ‫مع مؤسسته ومساعد محافظ سابق‬ ‫ماجدة الألفى وأمين الصندوق نسرين‬ ‫المهدى‪ 1100 ،‬كرتونة رمضان على المستحقين‬ ‫من أهالى الأقصر‪ ،‬وقرية الأحرار فى‬ ‫الإسكندرية‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫بعد الإشهار‪« ..‬كاير وإيليت»‬ ‫يتبرع بمبرد طعام وفساتين زفاف‬ ‫‪59‬‬ ‫المجتمع سواء من القطاع المدنى ا والحكومى‪.‬‬ ‫كبيرة) للحفاظ على لحوم ودواجن التبرعات‬ ‫شارك نادى كاير وإيليت‪ ،‬فى عدة أنشطة‬ ‫وسدد النادى‪ ،‬ديون غارمة ضمن جهوده‬ ‫الشهرية فى لصالح الفئات غير القادرين‬ ‫خيرية بعد إعلان إشهاره برعاية نادى‬ ‫هيليوبوليس سبورتنج برئاسة ر‪.‬س‪ .‬هشام‬ ‫فى إطار المسؤولية المجتمعية‪.‬‬ ‫ودور الأيتام والرعاية‪.‬‬ ‫المغربى‪ ،‬ويرصد التقرير التالى أبرز تلك‬ ‫كما تكفل بإجراء عملية جراحية لطفلة‬ ‫وتسلمت عبير ثابت مديرة مكتب الشؤون‬ ‫تبلغ من العمر ‪ 8‬سنوات‪ ،‬بعدما أصيبت فى‬ ‫الاجتماعية فى التجمع الخامس‪ ،‬جاء ذلك‬ ‫الأنشطة‪:‬‬ ‫فى إطار التعاون مع الأجهزة المعنية‏ بخدمة‬ ‫الروتارى العالمى يعلن إشهار «كاير وإيليت»‬ ‫حادث سير‪.‬‬ ‫برعاية هيليوبوليس سبورتنج‬ ‫أعلنت مؤسسة الروتارى العالمية‪ ،‬إشهار‬ ‫نادى روتارى كاير وإيليت برعاية نادى‬ ‫هيليوبوليس سبورتنج برئاسة ر‪.‬س‪ .‬هشام‬ ‫المغربى‪ ،‬برئاسة رانيا شلبى وسكرتير فخرى‬ ‫مها عثمان ومساعد محافظ ر‪.‬س‪ .‬ماجدة‬ ‫الصباحى‪.‬‬ ‫‪« ‬كاير وإيليت» يتبرع بـ‪ 10‬فساتين زفاف‬ ‫لـ»أرملة معيلة» للإنفاق على أبناءها‬ ‫تبرع نادى روتارى كاير وإيليت‪ ،‬بمناسبة‬ ‫عيد الأم فى ‪ 21‬مارس الماضى‪ ،‬بـ‪ 10‬فساتين‬ ‫أفراح لصالح أرملة معيلة لـ‪ 6‬أطفال فى‬ ‫العمرانية (جنوب الجيزة)‪ .‬وجاء التبرع‬ ‫للسيدة بهدف الإنفاق على أطفالها الأيتام فى‬ ‫إكمال التعليم ورعايتهم‪ ،‬من خلال تأجير‬ ‫الفساتين والتحصل على قيمة إيجارهم‪.‬‬ ‫«مبرد طعام» لـ»الشؤون الاجتماعية»‬ ‫لحفاظ على لحوم ودواجن التبرعات‬ ‫تبرع نادى روتارى كاير وإيليت‪ 10 ،‬مارس‬ ‫الماضى‪ ،‬بمبرد طعام «ديب فريزر» (سعته‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫«تسديدمصروفات لـ غير القادرين وتوصيل‬ ‫مياه بقرية الأحرار وحملة للتبرع بالدم»‪ ..‬أبرز‬ ‫‪61‬‬ ‫مشروعات «كاير والسلام»‬ ‫سدد النادى برئاسة المهندسة‬ ‫ناهد نصيف‪ ،‬المصروفات المدرسية‬ ‫لعدد ‪ 46‬تلمي ًذا من غير القادرين‬ ‫فى مدرسة السلام الابتدائية‬ ‫بمدينة السلام‪ .‬وتلقى النادى‪،‬‬ ‫خطاب شكر وتقدير من محافظة‬ ‫القاهرة فى إدارة السلام التعليمية‬ ‫فى ‪ 21‬يناير ‪.2021‬‬ ‫إدخال ‪ 8‬وصلات مياه ضمن‬ ‫مشروع تطوير قرية الأحرار‬ ‫وشارك النادى‪ ،‬فى مشروع‬ ‫المنطقة لتطوير قرية الأحرار بعمل‬ ‫‪ 8‬وصلات مياه فى يناير ومارس‬ ‫‪ 2021‬فى مبلغ إجمالى ‪ 25600‬ألف‬ ‫جنيها‪.‬‬ ‫إطلاق حملة للتبرع بالدم‬ ‫فى «كريازى العبور»‬ ‫وأطلق حملة ثالثة للتبرع بالدم‬ ‫فى مصانع كريازى بالعبور‪ ،‬فى ‪2‬‬ ‫فبراير‪ 2021‬حيث كانت الحملة الأولى‬ ‫فى مكتبة الإسكندرية‪ ،‬والثانية‬ ‫بجامعة عين شمس فى كلية‬ ‫الألسن بحصيلة إجمالية ‪ 164‬كي ًسا‬ ‫من الدم النقى‪ .‬وتلقى خطاب شكر‬ ‫وتقدير من وزارة الصحة والسكان‬ ‫بخدمات نقل الدم القومية‪.‬‬ ‫حصول النادى على ‪ Rcc‬عن‬ ‫مشروع تطوير دار إيواء الأطفال‬ ‫المعثور عليهم‬ ‫كما حصل النادى‪ ،‬على شهادة‬ ‫‪ RCC‬من الروتارى الدولى عن‬ ‫مشروع “تطوير دار إيواء الأطفال‬ ‫المعثور عليهم” فى المركز الطبى‬ ‫بمدينة السلام‪.‬‬ ‫توزيع ‪ 250‬كرتونة رمضان على‬ ‫الفقراء فى مدينة السلام‬ ‫كما جهز النادى‪ ،‬فى ‪ 8‬أبريل‬ ‫‪ 250 ،2021‬كرتونة رمضان للتوزيع‬ ‫على المستحقين من أهالى مدينة‬ ‫السلام‪ ،‬جاء ذلك بالتعاون مع‬ ‫إمام مسجد المدينة‪ ،‬خلال منحة‬ ‫‪ 150‬كرتونة لتوزيعها على الفقراء‪،‬‬ ‫و‪ 100‬لتوزيعهم خلال كاهن كنيسة‬ ‫العذراء‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية ‪60‬‬ ‫«دعم مرضى السرطان وحملة شلل‬ ‫الأطفال»‪ ..‬أنشطة «كاير وبلاتينم» الخيرية‬ ‫تنظيم ورشة عمل لمرضى‬ ‫نظم نادى «كاير وبلاتينم»‪،‬‬ ‫السرطان بالتعاون مع «سحر‬ ‫عدد أنشطة خيرية يرصد التقرير‬ ‫الحياة»‬ ‫التالى أبرز تلك الأعمال‪:‬‬ ‫كما أقام ورشة عمل لأبطال‬ ‫المشاركة فى حملة التطعيم ضد‬ ‫السرطان بالتعاون مع جمعية‬ ‫سحر الحياة لمرضى السرطان‬ ‫شلل الأطفال‬ ‫وتعليمهم أعمال الاكسسوار‬ ‫شارك نادى كاير وبلاتينم‪،‬‬ ‫كمهنة بالخرز لدعم المرأة‬ ‫فى أسبوع ‪ polio‬بالمشاركة‬ ‫المعيلة‪ ،‬خاصة الذين يعانون من‬ ‫فى فاعلية التطعيم ضد شلل‬ ‫الأطفال‪ ،‬فى حضانة ‪Ma‬‬ ‫هذا المرض‪ ،‬جاء ذلك فى إطار‬ ‫‪ sou‬فى المهندسين‪ ،‬بمشاركة‬ ‫اهتمام الروتارى بدور المرأة‬ ‫الروتارآكت والآنتراكت‪.‬‬ ‫والطفل‪.‬‬ ‫التبرع لصالح معهد الأورام‬ ‫توزيع ‪ 100‬شنطة مدرسية على‬ ‫بأجهزة بورتكاس للحقن لأبطال‬ ‫أطفال الاحتياجات الخاصة فى‬ ‫جمعية “أصدقاء الغد المشرق”‬ ‫السرطان‬ ‫ووزع النادى ‪ 100‬شنطة مدرسية‬ ‫وتبرع النادى‪ ،‬لصالح معهد‬ ‫مطبوع عليها لوج والروتارى‬ ‫الأورام فى أجهزة بورتكاس‬ ‫على عدد من الأطفال من ذوى‬ ‫للحقن الكيماوى لأبطال‬ ‫القدرات الخاصة ومرضى التوحد‬ ‫السرطان و‪ 100‬أسورة يرتديها‬ ‫فى جمعية أصدقاء الغد المشرق‪.‬‬ ‫المرضى‪ ،‬لعدم تعرضهم لأى نوع‬ ‫كما نظم معهم لقاء للتحدث‬ ‫من العنف وبها «فلاشة» عليها‬ ‫عن مهاراتهم وقدراتهم بهدف‬ ‫كل المعلومات الخاصة فى المرض‪.‬‬ ‫عمل خطة لتنميتها خلال عدد‬ ‫وكان فى استقبال أعضاء‬ ‫من الأنشطة بينها الرسم والغناء‬ ‫النادى عميد معهد الأورام‬ ‫الدكتور حاتم أب والقاسم‪،‬‬ ‫والتمثيل‪.‬‬ ‫لتسليمه الأجهزة والأساور‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫«زراعة حديقة وتوزيع بطاطين على المحتاجين»‬ ‫أبرز أنشطة «كاير ونى وكابيتال»‬ ‫‪63‬‬ ‫شارك نادى كاير ونى وكابيتال برئاسة الدكتور‬ ‫أحمد مجدى‪ ،‬مع لجنة خدمة المجتمع فى توزيع‬ ‫بطاطين على الأسر الفقيرة ‪ ‬فى قرية الأحرار‪.‬‬ ‫كما شارك النادى بتوصل مياه إلى المدرسة التى‬ ‫سوف تقام فى القرية‪.‬‬ ‫توزيع ‪ 50‬بطانية على الأكثر احتياجا فى قرية أطفيح‬ ‫ووزع النادى تحت إشراف ميسم العسال‪50 ،‬‬ ‫لحا ًفا فى قرية أطفيح التابعة لمحافظة الجيزة‪،‬‬ ‫وذلك‪ ‬بح ًثا عن ‪ ‬القرى الأكثر احتيا ًجا خاصة من‬ ‫الأطفال والسيدات بهدف تدفئة ‪ 50‬أسرة‪.‬‬ ‫زراعة حديقة العائلات‬ ‫أمام شجرة مريم التاريخية‬ ‫واستكمل النادى‪ ،‬مشروع العام الماضى‬ ‫بخصوص زراعة حديقة العائلات أمام شجرة‬ ‫مريم التاريخية‪ ،‬التى استظل تحتها المسيح عليه‬ ‫السلام والسيدة مريم هر ًبا من فلسطين وكان‬ ‫يستحم فى البئر الموجود‪ .‬جاء ذلك نظ ًرا للاهتمام‬ ‫بمسار العائلة المقدسة والمشاركة مع الدولة‪ ،‬إلى‬ ‫جانب النادى ذلك العام‪ ،‬إضافة إلى تطوير وزراعة‬ ‫المناطق الموجودة ما بين المبانى المحيطة حوالى ألف‬ ‫متر مربع‪ ،‬للاهتمام بمشاريع البيئة وتحسين‬ ‫المناطق العشوائية حولها فى منطقة المطرية لعلم‬ ‫النادى بالأهمية السياحية لمسار العائلة المقدسة‪.‬‬ ‫«كاير وسكاى» ينظم قافلتين طبيتين لمساعدة المرضى فى الإسكندرية‬ ‫حسب كل تخصص‪ .‬وتبرع المحافظ‬ ‫عزبة العمراوى بالرأس السوداء فى‬ ‫أجرى نادى روتاري‪ ‬كاير وسكاى‪،‬‬ ‫السابق الدكتور شريف والى‪ ،‬بأدوية‬ ‫الإسكندرية‪ .‬وتردد ‪ 700‬مريض على القافلة‬ ‫بالتعاون مع نادى روتارى إسكندرية‬ ‫العلاجية‪ ،‬إلى جانب صرف العلاج لهم‬ ‫آجورا‪ 10 ،‬عمليات مياه بيضاء‪ ،‬وزرع‬ ‫متنوعة للقافلة‪.‬‬ ‫عدسة‪ ‬وتسليم ‪ 29‬نضارة نظر‪ ‬للمرضى‪،‬‬ ‫وذلك‪ ‬الخميس الموافق ‪ 3‬ديسمبر‬ ‫الماضى‪ ،‬عقب تنظيم‪ ‬قافلة‪ ‬طبية لصالح‬ ‫مستوصف العمراوى‪ ،‬الجمعة الموافق‬ ‫‪ 27‬نوفمبر الماضى‪  .‬وأجرى العمليات‬ ‫دكتور محمد العشرى‪ ،‬وجمعية الليدز‬ ‫فى مستشفى‪ ‬إسكندرية للعيون‪  .‬‬ ‫قافلة علاجية فى جميع التخصصات‬ ‫فى الرأس السوداء‬ ‫ونظم النادى‪ ،‬قافلة علاجية فى‬ ‫جميع التخصصات (أطفال‪ ،‬باطنة‪،‬‬ ‫رمد‪ ،‬أمراض نساء‪ ،‬أسنان)‪ ،‬وذلك‬ ‫الجمعة الموافق ‪ 27‬نوفمبر الماضى‪ ،‬فى‬

‫أخبار الأندية ‪64‬‬ ‫‪ ‬تسليم اختبار قياس درجة‬ ‫مراسل‬ ‫الإعاقة لمركز ذوى الاحتياجات‬ ‫الأندية‬ ‫الخاصة فى جامعة عين شمس‬ ‫هناء البطران‬ ‫سلم نادى روتارى مصر الجديدة‪ ،‬اختبار‬ ‫قياس درجة الإعاقة لمركز ذوى الاحتياجات‬ ‫الخاصة التابع لكلية الدراسات العليا‬ ‫للطفل فى جامعة عين شمس‪.‬‬ ‫وحضر التسليم من جانب النادى‪ ،‬رئيس‬ ‫النادى محمد بدوى‪ ،‬ورئيس قادم داليا‬ ‫فكرى‪ ،‬ومن جانب الجامعة الدكتور هشام‬ ‫تمراز نائب رئيس الجامعة والدكتورة هويدا‬ ‫عميدة الكلية والدكتور أحمد الكحكى مدير‬ ‫المركز‪.‬‬ ‫واتفق الحضور‪ ،‬على تخصيص غرفة‬ ‫داخل المركز للنادى‪ ،‬حيث تكون غرفة‬ ‫لاختبارات رافن على أن يكمل النادى تجهيز‬ ‫هذه الغرفة بثلاث شاشات تفاعلية لإجراء‬ ‫الاختبار عليها‪.‬‬ ‫جدير بالذكر أن هذا الاختبار يخدم أكثر‬ ‫من ‪ 300‬طفل معاق شهريًا‪ ،‬وباتمام تنفيذ‬ ‫هذه الشاشات سيتضاعف ذلك العدد‪.‬‬ ‫«حملة للتبرع بالدم وتدريب ممرضات ومعرض‬ ‫ملابس»‪ ..‬أنشطة «هليوبوليس الجولف» الخيرية‬ ‫قدم نادى هليوبوليس الجولف‪ ،‬عدد من الأنشطة خلال‬ ‫الفترة الأخيرة‪ ،‬كان أبرزها‪:‬‬ ‫المشاركة فى حملة للتبرع بالدم فى نادى الصيد بالدقي‬ ‫شارك نادى هليوبوليس الجولف مع نادى «كاير‬ ‫وبلاتينم»‪ ،‬فى إقامة التبرع بالدم‪ ،‬الذى أقيم فى نادى‬ ‫الصيد بالدقى‪ ،‬وتبرع عدد كبير من أعضاء نادى الصيد بلغ‬ ‫عددها نح و‪ 40‬كيس دم المطلوبة فى كثير من المستشفيات‪.‬‬ ‫توقيع بروتوكول تعاون مع مستشفى التبين للإمداد‬ ‫بالأدوية وتدريب الممرضات‪ .‬كما ف ّعل النادى بروتوكول‬ ‫تعاون ‪ RCC‬مع مستشفى التبين‪ ،‬لإمدادهم بالأدوية‬ ‫المطلوبة وتدريب الممرضات وتجهيزات الغرف‪.‬‬ ‫المشاركة فى إقامة معرض للملابس المستعملة‬ ‫وشارك النادى فى إقامة معر ًضا للملابس المستعملة‬ ‫للعاملين فى نادى الصيد فى ‪ 6‬أكتوبر‪ ،‬كما تبرع النادى‬ ‫بعدد من القطع المستخدمة بشكل بسيط‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫حصول ‪ 7‬من أعضاء «روتارى فاروس»‬ ‫على زمالة بول هاريس‬ ‫‪67‬‬ ‫حصل ‪ 7‬أعضاء من‬ ‫نادى روتارى فاروس‬ ‫على زمالة «بول‬ ‫هاريس»‪ ،‬فى هذا العام‪.‬‬ ‫ويهنئ النادى الزميل‬ ‫ر‪.‬س هادر ميت ورئيس‬ ‫لجنة المشروعات‪ ،‬على‬ ‫حصوله على زمالة‬ ‫بول هارى ب ‪،4 +‬‬ ‫ونائب رئيس النادى‬ ‫عبدالرحمن الصورانى‬ ‫على بول هاريس ‪.1+‬‬ ‫كما حصل كل‬ ‫من جاكلين ولسن‬ ‫ونسمات لبيب وشريف‬ ‫السيد ونهال الحبشى‬ ‫وكاميليا السيد على‬ ‫«بول هاريس» للمرة‬ ‫الأولى‪ .‬‬ ‫«سفنكس» يفتتح ‪ 5‬فصول مح والأمية لذوى الإعاقة‬ ‫افتتح نادى روتارى سفنكس‪،‬‬ ‫‪ 5‬فصول مح وأمية فى ‪2021/2020‬‬ ‫(مرحلة الابتدائي)‪ ،‬بتطبيق نظام‬ ‫«زووم» لأول مرة لعدد ‪ 26‬طال ًبا‪،‬‬ ‫وذلك باستخدام‪ ‬منهج‪( ‬سى إل أي)‬ ‫للتعليم ‪ ‬النشط المتخصص‪ ،‬الذى‬ ‫يمكن الطلاب من الحصول على‬ ‫شهادة مح والأمية الموازية لشهادة‬ ‫الابتدائية التابعة لوزارة التربية‬ ‫والتعليم فى اللغة العربية ومادة‬ ‫الحساب‪ .‬جاء ذلك استكمال ًا لنجاح‬ ‫مشروع نادى روتارى سفنكس‬ ‫بالشراكة مع شركة إليكسير فارما‬ ‫ومركز الحفنى للموسيقى‪.‬‬ ‫ومن المقرر أن يخدم ذلك المشروع‬ ‫مجالات الروتارى فى قطاع مح‬ ‫والأمية والتعليم الأساسى والخدمة‬ ‫المهنية وذوى الإعاقة‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية ‪66‬‬ ‫«عرض باليه والاحتفال بساعة الأرض»‬ ‫أنشطة «هليوبوليس النزهة» الخيرية‬ ‫جاء ذلك فى إطار خدمة البيئة‪ ،‬وانتهت‬ ‫الاحتفال بساعة الأرض تحذيرا من التغير المناخي‬ ‫التقى برنامج «‪ 4‬شارع شريف» على قناة‬ ‫الاحتفالية بالاتفاق‪ ‬مع فندق هيلتون‬ ‫احتفل نادى روتارى هليوبولس النزهة‪،‬‬ ‫الحياة‪ ،‬بمدرسة البالية «بالية كاكو»‪ ،‬الذى‬ ‫هليوبوليس‪ ،‬ممثلاً فى المدير العام جان‬ ‫بساعة الأرض من أجل التحذير من خطورة‬ ‫يرعاه نادى روتارى هليوبوليس النزهة‪،‬‬ ‫كلينج‪ ،‬بتنظيم الاحتفال بالحدث العالمى‬ ‫التغير المناخى والاحتباس الحرارى ونتائجه‬ ‫وذلك فى إطار الاهتمام بتنمية الفن الراقى‬ ‫«ساعة الأرض» فى به والفندق‪ ،‬وذلك بالقيام‬ ‫البيئية الخطيرة‪ ،‬الأمر الذى يدع والحكومات‬ ‫بإطفاء الإضاءة فى معظم البه ولمدة ساعة مع‬ ‫والأفراد والشركات إلى ابتكار حلول «غير‬ ‫ذ والذوق الرفيع‪.‬‬ ‫وأعربت « كاكو» كابتن فريق الباليه‪ ،‬عن‬ ‫الاستعانةبأضواءالشموعلمواجهةالظاهرة‪.‬‬ ‫تقليدية» لمواجهة الاحتباس الحرارى‪.‬‬ ‫سعادتها باهتمام الإعلام بإظهار المواهب‬ ‫والفن الراقى‪ ،‬مشيرة إلى أن هذا اللقاء كان‬ ‫مبهر وتم فيه إظهار قدرة الأطفال ذوى‬ ‫السن الصغير فى أداء الحركات وحفظها‬ ‫وتناسقهم‪.‬‬ ‫وأشاد المستشار مايكل نصيف مساعد‬ ‫محافظ المنطقة الروتارية‪ ،‬بلقاء برنامج‬ ‫«‪ 4‬شارع شريف» بمدرسة باليه كاكو‪،‬‬ ‫ما يؤكد على دور الإعلام فى تنمية الفن‬ ‫الراقى‪ .‬وأعلن نصيف‪ ،‬عن تأسيس نادى‬ ‫آخر فى مرحلة الإشهار ه ونادى «إنتر أكت‬ ‫هليوبوليس النزهة»‪ ،‬ونادى «روتا كيدز‬ ‫هليوبوليس النزهة»‪ ،‬وهذا يؤكد على دور‬ ‫واهتمام الروتارى بالأطفال والشباب لخلق‬ ‫جيل جديد يسعى لتحقيق ذاته وخدمة‬ ‫مجتمعه‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫ورشة لتعليم التفصيل وتوزيع كراتين‬ ‫رمضان‪ ..‬أنشطة نادى روتارى «ريفر نايل»‬ ‫‪69‬‬ ‫افتتح نادى روتارى ريفر نايل برئاسة طارق‬ ‫هويدى‪ ،‬الفرع الثانى لمشروعه المستدام‬ ‫فى ورشة \"ريفر نايل\" لتعليم التفصيل‬ ‫والكروشيه وصناعة الحقائب فى حى‬ ‫الأميرية‪ ،‬جاء ذلك لاستمرار جهود النادى‬ ‫وتبرعات أعضاءه لإحياء المشروعات المتناهية‬ ‫الصغر وتشجيع الصناعة والحرف اليدوية‬ ‫المختلفة‪ .‬جاء ذلك تحت رعاية محافظ‬ ‫المنطقة الروتارية أسامة الأحمر‪ ،‬ومؤسسة‬ ‫النادى مساعد المحافظ السابق ماجدة‬ ‫الألفى‪ ،‬وأمين الصندوق نسرين المهدى‪،‬‬ ‫وهناء البطران مسؤولة مباشرة المشروع‪.‬‬ ‫توزيع ‪ 1100‬كرتونة رمضان‬ ‫على المستحقين من أهالى الأقصر‬ ‫وزع النادى‪ ،‬بالتعاون مع مؤسسته‬ ‫ومساعد محافظ سابق ماجدة الألفى وأمين‬ ‫الصندوق نسرين المهدى‪ 1100 ،‬كرتونة رمضان‬ ‫على المستحقين من أهالى الأقصر‪ ،‬وقرية‬ ‫الأحرار فى الإسكندرية‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية ‪68‬‬ ‫«تنظيم دورات تدريبية وتوصيل المياه لـ‪ 50‬منزلا‬ ‫بالفيوم»‪ ..‬أبرز أنشطة نادى روتارى «‪ 6‬أكتوبر»‬ ‫خلال الندوة أوضحت خلالها الدور الرائد‬ ‫عقد النادى‪ 6 ،‬دورات تدريبية لرائدات‬ ‫الذى يقوم به الروتارى فى دعم المجتمع فى‬ ‫الأعمال من المشاركات فى مبادرة «قدوتك»‬ ‫التابعة لوزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات‪.‬‬ ‫كافة الجوانب وسردت بعض الأمثلة‪.‬‬ ‫وتضمنتالندوات‪،‬التىعقدتبخاصية«زووم»‬ ‫يساهم فى تركيب لافتات تحذيرية‬ ‫موضوعات تساعد العضوات من الرفع من‬ ‫بحدائق مدينة ‪ 6‬أكتوبر كما تعاون النادى‬ ‫كفائتهمالشخصيةوتطويرأعمالهممثل«ريادة‬ ‫فى تركيب ‪ 12‬لافتة تحذيرية من شرب الماء‬ ‫الأعمالوإدارةالمشروعاتالصغيرةوالمتوسطة»‪،‬‬ ‫المستخدم فى رى الحدائق العامة فى مدينة‬ ‫والتى قدمتها نيرمين نديم والإدارة المالية‬ ‫‪ 6‬أكتوبر‪ ،‬وذلك ضمن إطار خطة مشاريع‬ ‫لصاحباتالحرفاليدوية‪،‬والتىقدمهاجوزيف‬ ‫محروسوالعلاماتالتجاريةوبراءاتالإختراع‪،‬‬ ‫النادى الموجهة لخدمة البيئة‪.‬‬ ‫التى قدمتها جيهان فرحات‪ ،‬جاء ذلك بحضور‬ ‫المساهمة فى توفير أطراف صناعية‬ ‫وتبرع النادى‪ ،‬بتسليم أطراف صناعية‬ ‫نحو‪ 50‬عضوضمنالمبادرة‪.‬‬ ‫للأطفال والشباب لعدد ‪ 3‬أشخاص‪ ،‬ويصل‬ ‫تنظيم دورات تدريبية للشباب‬ ‫إجمالى المستفيدين لـ‪ 10‬أشخاص بإجمالى ‪240‬‬ ‫بالتعاون مع «النادى الرياضي»‬ ‫ونظم النادى‪ ،‬دورات تدريبية بلغت‬ ‫ألف جنيه‪ ،‬خلال العام الروتارى‪.‬‬ ‫نح و‪ 150‬ساعة تدريبية لشباب المدينة‪،‬‬ ‫ويعتبر ذلك المشروع ضمن مشاريع‬ ‫ضمن السلسة التدريبية «تنمية المهارات‬ ‫الاستدامة فى النادى منذ ‪ 4‬سنوات‪ ،‬لتقديم‬ ‫الشخصية»‪ ،‬والتى تضمنت ‪ 3‬دورات‬ ‫هذه الأجهزة التعويضية للحالات شديدة‬ ‫«التواصل الف ّعال» و»كيفية إدارة الوقت»‬ ‫و»كيفية حل المشاكل»‪ .‬وجاء ذلك تنفي ًذا‬ ‫الاحتياج من صغار السن‪.‬‬ ‫للبروتوكول الموقع بين الروتارى‪ ،‬ونادى‬ ‫‪ 6‬أكتوبر بهدف عقد سلسلة من البرامج‬ ‫التدريبية‪ ،‬التى سوف ينفذها مجموعة‬ ‫الخبراء المميزين من أعضاء الروتارى‪ ،‬والتى‬ ‫تستهدف إلى جانب شباب المدينة العاملين‬ ‫فى نادى ‪ 6‬أكتوبر الرياضى‪ ،‬وذلك تنفي ًذا‬ ‫لخطة التطوير الإدارى للعاملين فى النادى‪.‬‬ ‫تقديم ‪ 50‬وصلة مياه لأهالى قرية سنورس‬ ‫نظم النادى‪ ،‬مبادرة لتوصيل ‪ 50‬وصلة‬ ‫مياه عذبة لأهالى قرية سنورس فى مدينة‬ ‫الفيوم‪ ،‬إلى جانب توزيع ‪ 80‬بطانية على‬ ‫الأهالى‪ .‬كما عقدت ندوات تثقيفية لسيدات‬ ‫القرية بإجمالى تكلفة ‪ 150‬ألف جنيه‪.‬‬ ‫المشاركة فى ندوة بشأن «مستقبل تمكين‬ ‫المرأه فى عصر التحول الرقمي»‬ ‫كما شارك النادى‪ ،‬فى ندوة تحت عنوان‬ ‫مستقبلتمكينالمرأةفىعصرالتحولالرقمى‪،‬‬ ‫التى نظمتها وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا‬ ‫المعلومات‪ ،‬وذلك تقدي ًرا للدور البارز الذى‬ ‫يقوم به النادى مع الإدارة المركزية للتنمية‬ ‫المجتمعية التابع للوزارة‪ .‬وأقيمت الندوة عبر‬ ‫تطبيق «زووم» فى ‪ 24‬مارس الماضى‪ ،‬بمشاركة‬ ‫‪ 30‬عضوا من مبادرة «قدوتك» ومتحدثين‬ ‫بارزين من البنك الدولى والجهات الرسمية‬ ‫المصرية بمناسبة اليوم العالمى للمرأة‪.‬‬ ‫وألقت نجاة طايل رئيسة النادى‪ ،‬كلمة‬

‫تحقيق‬ ‫‪71‬‬ ‫من عمله الشاق‪ ،‬ولكن يجب أن اذهب إليه‬ ‫هالة‬ ‫إدارة الغضب علينا أن ننظر إلى أنفسنا‬ ‫مكانه واعتذر كما أن الاعتذار الالكترونى لا‬ ‫ونعلمها كيف نوجه غضبنا وكيف ننفس‬ ‫يكون جيد فى كل الأحوال ويكون حسب‬ ‫مشكلة ما علينا أن نفكر قليلا ونضع بعض‬ ‫عنه بطريقة صحيحة دون أن نؤذى أنفسنا‬ ‫قدر الخطأ ويفضل فى الإتيكيت الذهاب‬ ‫الأبعاد‪ ،‬مثل التفكير هل الشخص الآخر الذى‬ ‫علينا أن نتأمل فى النتائج المرجوة من أفعالنا‬ ‫للشخص فى منزله مثلا وارتداء ملابس راقية‬ ‫يهاجمنى يهمنى أمره أم لا‪ ،‬وما هى أسبابه‬ ‫وهل يخدم الغضب مصلحتنا أم لا‪ ،‬مشيرة‬ ‫وجيدة جدا وأقوم بالإيماء إلى الأمام أثناء‬ ‫فى الغضب وهل ه وغاضب منى خوفاً على‬ ‫إلى أن التجارب الشخصية تعلم وتفيد أكثر‬ ‫السلام باليد وأقول أسف على ما بدر منى‬ ‫أم حق ًدا وهل أريد الاحتفاظ بذلك الشخص‬ ‫ذلك اليوم‪ ،‬ويجب أن تكون لغة جسدى‬ ‫فى حياتى أم لا يهمنى أمره‪ ،‬إلى جانب التفكير‬ ‫فى تلك الحالات‪.‬‬ ‫أيضا تقدم الاعتذار حتى يشعر الشخص‬ ‫فى رد فعلى بمعنى هل ل وعاتبته على كلامه‬ ‫وأشارت إلى أنه على سبيل المثال عندما‬ ‫بصدق مشاعرى ويكون صوتى مناسب غير‬ ‫سيؤدى ذلك إلى فقدانه أ وزيادة الأمر سوء‪،‬‬ ‫نتصرف بغضب لا نحقق النتائج التى نرغب‬ ‫عالى بالطبع وغير منخفض فلا يسمعنى‬ ‫وابدأ فى الاستفهام منه بالأسئلة هل ترغب‬ ‫فى تحقيقها‪ ،‬وحينما نكون أكثر هدوئا‬ ‫جيدا أ ويشعر أننى خجلان من الاعتذار له‬ ‫منى فعل ذلك أم ذلك‪ ،‬وبالتالى سوف يكون‬ ‫نحقق النتيجة المرجوة‪ ،‬وأي ًضا التعلم يكون‬ ‫أ ومتكبر عليه‪ ،‬كما يجب الابتعاد التام عن‬ ‫رد فعله الاستماع لى وسيصله أننى لم اقصد‬ ‫من مواقف المحيطين أي ًضا وليس مواقفنا‬ ‫تبرير المواقف أ وإيجاد سبب للخطأ الذى‬ ‫إغضابه ولكن لم افهم قصده بشكل صحيح‬ ‫الشخصية فقط‪ ،‬مناشدة أى شخص يرغب‬ ‫اقدمت عليه فقد يؤدى ذلك لرفض اعتذارى أ‬ ‫وسوف يرشدنى لما يريد‪ ،‬وإذا فهمت قصده‬ ‫فى السيطرة على نفسه فى أن يعمل على‬ ‫وتضخيم الأمر أكثر من اللازم وانقلاب الموقف‬ ‫خطأ لا مانع أن اعتذر له عن سوء الفهم‪،‬‬ ‫تعليم نفسه حتى من مواقف الآخرين‪ ،‬كما أن‬ ‫ضدى‪ ،‬وإذا كان الخطأ أمام عدد أشخاص‬ ‫على الوالدين اللذان يرغبان فى تعليم أبنائهم‬ ‫كبير فيجب الاعتذار أيضا أمام الناس‪ .‬وتابعت‬ ‫وبالتالى يهدأ الآخر ونبدأ نتناقش‪.‬‬ ‫أنه كما أن الابتسامة مفتاح النفوس‪ ،‬أي ًضا‬ ‫وأضافت فى موقف آخر هل ل والشخص‬ ‫فى مناقشتهم فى أمور ومواقف الآخرين‪.‬‬ ‫الهدية لها وقع خاص فى القلوب خاصة ل‬ ‫الذى أمامى غاضب وه وشخص لا يهمنى‬ ‫وتابعت أنه من المهم جدا التفرقة بين‬ ‫والهدية مختارة بعناية ويكون المعتذر لديه‬ ‫أمره ولا استطيع التناقش معه بعدما بدأ‬ ‫الغضب وتفريغ الشحنة السلبية من الجسم‪،‬‬ ‫تاريخ خاص من علاقته مع ذلك الشخص‬ ‫فى إلقاء الاتهامات ضدى وصوته عالى أ‬ ‫موضحة أنه على الانسان التمييز بين سرعة‬ ‫المقدم إليه الاعتذار ويعرف ماذا يحب ويفضل‬ ‫واستخدم أسلوب بذيء وخارج عن نطاق‬ ‫العصبية والتسرع والبدء مثلا بالاعتداء‬ ‫ويأتى له به على سبيل الاعتذار‪ ،‬وأي ًضا الورود‬ ‫اللياقة الأخلاقية‪ ،‬فبالتالى على التأكيد على‬ ‫بالضرب وبين الرغبة فى البكاء والفضفضة‬ ‫لها سحر خاص جدا فى أغلب المواقف‪،‬‬ ‫رفضى لأسلوبه والاتهامات التى يلقيها وأغادر‬ ‫والعتاب أ وحتى تحطيم أشياء أ وغيره وهى‬ ‫وأيضا الكتب أ والشيكولاتة‪ ،‬ولا يهم فى‬ ‫ذلك المكان فو ًرا لأنه أصبح مكان لا يحترمنى‬ ‫طريقة صحية أيضا فكبت الغضب مضر‬ ‫الهدية أن تكون غالية جدا ولكن مهم أن‬ ‫ولا يقدرنى‪ ،‬وتلك الطريقة فى الغضب صعبة‬ ‫بالصحة النفسية‪ ،‬ويجب أي ًضا اختيار طريقة‬ ‫تكون محببة للشخص الذى أمامى‪ ،‬وإذا‬ ‫وغير مقبولة فى أى مكان سواء عمل أ وتجمع‬ ‫مقبولة لتفريغ الغضب‪ ،‬وبالتالى بعد تفريغ‬ ‫كان شخص غريب عنى فالورد والشيكولاتة‬ ‫الطاقة السلبية تنخفض معدلات الغضب‬ ‫أفضل الهدايا دون غيرهم ويغنى ذلك عن‬ ‫لأصدقاء أ وغيره‪.‬‬ ‫ويصبح استثارة غضب الشخص غير سهلة‪،‬‬ ‫معرفة الشخص وأيضا يفضل فى العلاقات‬ ‫وأشارت إلى أن كلمة «آسف» كافية للاعتذار‬ ‫ولكن الأشخاص التى لا يفرغوا طاقاتهم‬ ‫السطحية أ والعملية‪ .‬وأوضحت أنه على أنا‬ ‫ولكن يجب أن يصحبها صدق فى المشاعر فى‬ ‫السلبية عندما يغضبوا قد يدمروا أشياء كثيرة‬ ‫كشخص معتذر وكان الخطأ بسيط فعلى‬ ‫القلب والشعور بالحزن لإيذاء الآخر والعزم‬ ‫قبول الاعتذار ببساطة حتى لا أكون متكبر‬ ‫عن عدم العودة لذلك التصرف مرة أخرى‬ ‫بسبب الضغط النفسى والعصبى‪.‬‬ ‫أ وفظ‪ ،‬ولأننا نرغب فى التعايش سويا دون‬ ‫حتى لا أضايق ذلك الشخص‪ ،‬وهناك بعض‬ ‫وقالت هالة عزب خبيرة الإتيكيت والعلاقات‬ ‫مشاحنات‪ ،‬ويكفى الرد بنعم قبلت اعتذارك‬ ‫التصرفات التى تصحب تقديم الاعتذار‪ ،‬أولها‬ ‫الإنسانية‪ ،‬إن التصرف السليم عندما‬ ‫يجب معرفة الوقت المناسب للشخص الذى‬ ‫يهاجمنا شخص بغضب وعصبية ويلقى‬ ‫أ والايماء بالرأس والابتسامة‪.‬‬ ‫سأعتذر منه‪ ،‬موضحة أن تقديم الاعتذار‬ ‫علينا الاتهامات بشكل خاطئ‪ ،‬ما يتسبب‬ ‫وتابعت أنه فى حالة رفض الاعتذار بشكل‬ ‫بعد الخطأ بفترة بسيطة أمر واجب‪ ،‬فمثلا‬ ‫فى استثارة غضبى فعلينا أن نتحكم فى‬ ‫تام‪ ،‬وفى تلك الحالة يكون اعتراف ضمنى‬ ‫ل وجرحت مشاعر شخص ما لا انتظر وقتا‬ ‫أنفسنا ولا ندافع عن أنفسنا بأسلوب غير‬ ‫برغبتى فى قطع صلتى أ وأى علاقة لى مع‬ ‫طويلا بعدما يكون تعافى من ألم الخطأ الذى‬ ‫مؤدب مثل السب مثلا أ والرد على اتهاماته‬ ‫ذلك الشخص‪ ،‬فقبول الاعتذار يكون على‬ ‫أقدمت عليه فى حقه وأعود لأعتذر منه على‬ ‫بطريقته أ وبصوت عالى أ وأى أسلوب قد‬ ‫قدر الخطأ وبالتالى رفض الاعتذار ه ورفض‬ ‫ذلك الفعل القديم‪ ،‬ولكن يجب أن يكون‬ ‫يقلل من شأننا ويظهر للآخر أننا غير مهذبين‪،‬‬ ‫لتلك العلاقة‪ ،‬ويجب أن يكون ذلك بدون أى‬ ‫رد الفعل سريعا‪ ،‬واختيار التوقيت مهم فلا‬ ‫فالإنسان الناضج الواثق فى نفسه لا يستثار‬ ‫عنف أ وأى صوت عالى أ وكلام سيء أ ولغة‬ ‫يجب الاعتذار مثلا فى الشارع أ وبعد عودته‬ ‫غضبه سريعا ولا ينساق خلف أى شخص‬ ‫جسد غير لائقة ا وانفعال‪ ،‬وأقول هذا الأمر‬ مشاعر سلبية‬ ‫وأي ًضا علينا البعد عن نظرات الاحتقار (من‬ ‫سواء من غضب أ وحزن أ وغيره‪ ،‬وبالتالى‬ ‫فوق لتحت) ونظرة الاستهزاء التى يصحبها‬ ‫فلا ارغب فى الحديث عنه‪ ،‬وتكون بذلك الرد‬ ‫ضحكة استهزاء فتلك الأفعال تزيد من غضب‬ ‫الشخص الذى يهاجمنى وبالتالى تجعل‬ ‫علاقتى انتهت بالشخص‪.‬‬ ‫الموقف يتصاعد ويكون أكثر حدة‪ .‬وتابعت‬ ‫أنه عندما يكون الشخص غاضب أ ولديه‬

‫تقرير ‪74‬‬ ‫د‪ .‬مروة فاروق‬ ‫استشارى الأمراض الباطنية‬ ‫مؤسسة عيادة الروتارى الإلكترونية‬ ‫جمال الروح‪:‬‬ ‫الجمال كلمة مع ّقدة جداً»‪ . ..‬فما هو‬ ‫مفهوم الجمال؟‬ ‫يبدأ من ثقة الإنسان بنفسه‪ ،‬مما‬ ‫يزيد جماله الخارجى‪ ،‬وكما ُيقال «واثق‬ ‫يعتقد البعض أن الجمال يقتصر على‬ ‫الخطوة يمشى ملكاً»‪ ،‬ويكون محاطاً‬ ‫جمال الشكل الخارجى فقط للأشخاص‬ ‫بهالة من الجاذبية‪.‬‬ ‫والذى تراه العين‪ ،‬أو أنه يقتصر‬ ‫ويظهر جمال الروح فى الشخصية‬ ‫على النساء فقط دون الرجال‪.‬‬ ‫والمشاعر والالتزام بالمبادئ الرفيعة‪،‬‬ ‫هذه مفاهيم خاطئة‪ ،‬فالجمال ما هو‬ ‫والحكمة‪ ،‬والقدرة على التأمل والتحلى‬ ‫إلا انعكاس للجمال الداخلى‪ ،‬فجمال‬ ‫بالصفات الحميدة مثل الكرم‪،‬‬ ‫الروح‪،‬و العقل والجسد يشكل وحدة‬ ‫واحدة لا تتجزأ‪.‬‬

‫أخبار الأندية‬ ‫‪77‬‬ ‫فه وبانوراما تمتد لـ‪ 6‬عقود من الزمن‪،‬‬ ‫عباس وشريكته التى حاولت أن تكون‬ ‫الرواية لا تتصدى للتاريخ فالتاريخ قصة‬ ‫سيدة الزمالك بأى شكل‪ ،‬وذلك يرجع‬ ‫رواية‬ ‫لعقدها النفسية ورغم كل محاولاتها لم‬ ‫تحتمل أكثر من رواية‪ .‬‬ ‫سياسية‬ ‫يتقبلها مجتمع الزمالك وهوانم نادى‬ ‫كل الشخصيات رمادية بدرجات بعي ًدا‬ ‫واجتماعية‬ ‫الجزيرة‪ ،‬حتى بعد الغنى والثروة ولذلك‬ ‫عن الأبيض والأسود ‪ ‬مع تحليل للأسباب‬ ‫أقرب للواقع‬ ‫كان دائما هدفها ه وإذلال من ه وأفضل‬ ‫النفسية والسيكولوجية لأفعالهم‬ ‫ترصد حقبة‬ ‫منها تتشارك مع شقيقها فى الطابع‬ ‫تعاطفت مع شخصية نادية وتوحدت مع‬ ‫تاريخية‬ ‫الإجرامى‪ ،‬وهى تمثل الطبقة الطفيلية التى‬ ‫مشاعرها وحزنها وصدمتها فى كل المقربين‬ ‫هامة من عمر‬ ‫طفت على السطح فى مصر بعد الانفتاح‬ ‫منها وخيبة أملها فى مشوار حياتها‪ ،‬الذى‬ ‫فمن وجهة نظرهم كل شيء له ثمن يمكن‬ ‫سلبها حريتها الرواية من الروايات التى‬ ‫الوطن‬ ‫شراؤه وه وما تتطرق إليه الكاتب أثناء سرد‬ ‫ترتبط بها وبأبطالها‪ ،‬وخاصة نادية وحين‬ ‫الأحداث‪( ‬نادية) أ والشخصية المحورية هى‬ ‫تنتهى منها تشعر إنك تودع شخص عزيز‬ ‫التجسيد الحى أ والضحية الكبرى لأخطاء‬ ‫من حولها وخطاياهم‪ ..‬بدأ من والدها‬ ‫عليك‪ .‬‬ ‫الحقيقى الذى رهنها لإتمام الصفقة مرو ًرا‬ ‫الفنانة (هند صبري) رشحت رواية (سيدة‬ ‫بعباس وزينب اللذين لعبوا بمصيرها ثم‬ ‫الزمالك) لجمهورها فوصفتها بأنها رواية‬ ‫حبيبها الضعيف المتردد طارق وزوجها مدير‬ ‫بصرية تساعد القاريء على فهم ما طرأ‬ ‫مكتب وزير الحربية (مراد الكاشف) ثم‬ ‫على المجتمع المصرى من تغييرات فى فترة‬ ‫زوجها الثانى الهوائى المغامر‪ ،‬الذى تركها‬ ‫مع ابنها راف ًضا تحمل المسؤولية كرجل‪،‬‬ ‫زمنية معينة‪ ،‬‬ ‫فكان خلاصها فى نهاية الرواية ه ومواجهة‬ ‫ابتعدت عن تقليدية النمط السردى‬ ‫كل حقائق حياتها المزيفة دون خوف أ‬ ‫والتماس الحى مع واقع متغير فى الاختيار‪.‬‬ ‫وفى حوار مع كاتبنا (أشرف عشماوي)‬ ‫وتردد‪ .‬‬ ‫صرح لنا أن فكرة رواية جاءت له أثناء‬ ‫وشهدت الرواية تغيييرات اجتماعية‬ ‫كتابة رواية (تذكرة وحيدة للقاهرة) حيث‬ ‫وسياسية هائلة رصدت التحولات التى‬ ‫وقعت فى يده قضية مقتل رجل الأعمال‬ ‫حدثت فى المجتمع من خلال حى الزمالك‬ ‫الراقى‪ ،‬والذى كان غارقا فى هدوئه‬ ‫اليهودى الإيطالى (شيكوريل)‪.‬‬ ‫والأشجار تظله‪ ،‬فتدور بنا الرواية مع‬ ‫يذكر أن أشرف عشماوى ه وفاضى‬ ‫تحولات المكان وسقوط قيم الجمال وتسرب‬ ‫مصرى بمحكمة استئناف وروائى نشرت‬ ‫روح العشوائية وسيطرة حى إمبابة على‬ ‫له ‪ 6‬روايات‪ ،‬وصلت رواية (تويا) للقائمة‬ ‫الطويلة للجائزة العالمية للرواية العربية‬ ‫الزمالك مع هدم الفيلات التاريخية‪ ‬‬ ‫‪ ،2013‬كما فازت روايته (البارمان) بجائزة‬ ‫الرواية بصرية وهى رواية أصوات‬ ‫أفضل رواية عربية ‪ 2014‬من الهيئة المصرية‬ ‫بامتياز‪ ،‬إضافة إلى ولع الكاتب بالتفاصيل‪،‬‬ ‫العامة للكتاب‪ ،‬ترجمت رواياته لعدة‬ ‫ما يجعلنا نشعر إننا نشاهد فيل ًما سينمائيا‬ ‫لغات‪ ،‬وطبعت ونشر النسخة الإنجليزية‬ ‫لروايته (سيدة الزمالك)‪.‬‬

Rotary members are getting involved in supporting the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in some of the same ways they’ve been work- ing to end polio — by raising awareness for vaccination in their communities, support- ing health workers, combating misinforma- tion and vaccine hesitancy, and advocating for fair and equal vaccine distribution in vulnerable communities. Clubs can partner with local health agencies and, where ap- plicable, with our polio eradication partners WHO and UNICEF at the country level. 84 Our World With Rotary’s increased emphasis on sustainability, the importance of measuring and tracking the impact of Rotary service is here to stay. ALIGN WITH THE BIG PICTURE Use Rotary projects that have done impact assessment well as a guide. The Global Grant Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Supplement, available on My Rotary, offers examples of measurable impact for projects in each area of focus. KEEP IT SIMPLE What data needs to be collected, and why? Who collects it, and from whom? Who will read it, and when? Your answers to these questions will determine collection and measurement approaches. For the bushfires project, Fry and her club tracked data using a simple online spreadsheet. “We tracked contributions, estimated the average value of each item, and multiplied by that value in order to understand our true impact.” DON’T FORGET QUALITATIVE DATA Numbers alone don’t tell the entire story. For training programs, for example, include changes in skills and attitudes in addition to the number of participants trained. The presidency at the club level is the best job you can have in Rotary. You do far more at far greater speed as club president than you do as RI president. You get to have the pleasure of doing hands-on work. Did you come up with your theme by yourself? No. With me it’s always about team- work. I love to take everybody’s views. There were about 10 of us in the room. It truly reflects my philosophy in Rotary. I wanted it to be service, but people said it should be a call to action. So service be- came serve. And when you do that, you change lives for the good. So the theme is: Serve to Change Lives. What do you think will be the greatest challenge? The only challenge, if any, will be the pandemic, because it may hamper my meeting people. I love the virtual world, because it has great advantages. But Ro- tary is a people’s organization. People have to meet people. The impact I can have with an in-person meeting is much greater than when I’m just taping a mes- sage. So let us overcome COVID and meet each other as soon as possible. Do you acknowledge that there are hopeless situations? No, never. Nothing could be more hopeless than this pandemic, but we still find a way. I’ll give you an example. My club has 90 members, but during the pandemic we had 2,400 people at a recent regular weekly meeting. Without the pandemic, we would not have been able to do it. So, hopeless sit- uation? That’s how it’s been my whole Rotary life.” Mehta grew up in a home committed to service; both of his parents were mem- bers of Lions Clubs International. Having learned from an early age about the good that service organizations can do, when his friend Chittaranjan Choudhury asked him to become a Rotary member, Mehta readily agreed. Though only 25 years old at the time, he was quickly tapped to take on additional roles within Rotary — his motto being that if somebody asked, he would say yes. Mehta, who values the contributions of a team, would then enlist others to help. That exemplifies his ability not only to dream big, but to get things done. “I either have done it or have a plan for it; other- wise I won’t ask others to do it,” he says. He is a director of the India arm of Opera- tion Eyesight Universal, a former trustee of ShelterBox (he helped build nearly 500 homes for families affected by the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami), and the architect of a literacy program that has reached thousands of schools. Yet he didn’t men- tion any of that during this interview, and when talking about accomplishments, he always says “we,” rather than “I.” His theme, Serve to Change Lives, flows naturally from, and informs, everything he does. With his wife, Rashi, seated next to him, Shekhar Mehta spoke with Rotary editor in chief John Rezek and senior staff writer Diana Schoberg in Novem- ber from the Mehtas’ home in Kolkata, where Shekhar is a member of the Rotary Club of Calcutta-Mahanagar. Although the discussion took place over Zoom and the participants were separated by 8,000 miles, Mehta’s message and enthu- siasm were as stirring and immediate as if everyone were together in the president- elect’s office at Rotary International headquarters in Evanston.
