‫لجان ‪51‬‬ ‫لجنة‬ ‫الوقاية والكشف المبكر عن السرطان‬ ‫برئاسة ر‪.‬س صفاء صفار‬ ‫«الكشف المبكر عن السرطان» توقع‬ ‫بروتوكول تعاون مع «العالمى للأورام»‬ ‫اتخذت لجنة الوقاية والكشف المبكر عن‬ ‫السرطان بالمنطقة الروتارية برئاسة ر‪.‬س‬ ‫صفاء صفار‪ ،‬الترتيبات اللازمة لتوقيع‬ ‫بروتوكول تعاون بين روتارى مصر‪ ،‬مع المركز‬ ‫العالمى للأورام ‪ SUN‬وشركة ‪ PMED‬للندوات‬ ‫والتعليم الطبى‪ ،‬لإطلاق أول مشاريع‬ ‫اللجنة والمتمثل فى برنامج السوشيال ميديا‬ ‫باللغة العربية ‪ ،Oncology‬وذلك للتوعية‬ ‫بكل ما يتعلق بأمراض السرطان بواسطة‬ ‫أساتذة متخصصين‪ ،‬وهو يعد المشروع الأول‬ ‫من نوعه فى الشرق الأوسط‪ .‬ووقع محافظ‬ ‫روتارى مصر أسامة الأحمر‪ ،‬البروتوكول‬ ‫فى حضور نخبة من أساتذة كلية الطب‬ ‫فى مختلف التخصصات‪ ،‬وعدد من رواد‬ ‫ورموز الروتارى‪ ،‬ورؤساء اللجان والأندية‬ ‫الروتارية‪.‬‬ ‫وأشاد المحافظ أسامة الأحمر‪ ،‬بأهمية هذا‬ ‫البروتوكول مؤكداً على ما له من فوائد علمية‬ ‫وطبية عظيمة‪ ،‬باعتبار ‪ Oncology‬بالعربى‬ ‫أول منصة إلكترونية بالعالم العربى تجمع‬ ‫كل ما يخص الأورام للأطباء والعاملين فى‬ ‫المجال الطبى‪ ،‬وكذلك للمرضى وكل المهتمين‬ ‫بالمعرفة عن الأورام‪ ،‬حيث يتم عن طريق‬ ‫المنصة تداول أحدث المعلومات والدراسات‬ ‫والمقالات العلمية للأطباء والمتخصصين فى‬ ‫المجال‪ .‬وأضاف أسامة الأحمر‪ ،‬أن هذا الموقع‬ ‫يقوم بنشر طرق الوقاية والكشف المبكر عن‬ ‫الأورام‪ ،‬وكذلك كل المعلومات العلمية‬ ‫الحديثة عنها‪ ،‬وطرق العلاج المختلفة‪ ،‬وذلك‬ ‫عن طريق فريق طبى من أكبر وأفضل الأطباء‬ ‫المتخصصين فى علاج الأورام‪ ،‬ما يعود بالنفع‬ ‫على كافة أطياف المجتمع‪.‬‬

‫لجلاجـنا لنجان ‪52‬‬ ‫لجنة‬ ‫صحة المرأة والطفل‬ ‫برئاسة‪ :‬ر‪ .‬س د‪.‬نسمات لبيب‬ ‫«بروتوكول تعاون ويوم صحى وكشف‬ ‫نظر»‪ ..‬أبرز أعمال «صحة المرأة والطفل»‬ ‫وتابعت أنه فى نفس الزيارة تم كشف قياس‬ ‫وأوضحت اللجنة‪ ،‬فى بيان عنها‪ ،‬أنها‬ ‫مع انطلاق العام الروتارى الجديد‪ ،‬دشنت‬ ‫نظر لجميع البنات بالدار‪ ،‬وقد تعهد الزميل‬ ‫أقامت «يوماً صحياً» بدار الأيتام بجمعية‬ ‫لجنة صحة المرأة والطفل عدة أنشطة تفاعلية‬ ‫الدكتور أحمد خطاب باستكمال الكشف‬ ‫الإسكندرية لرعاية الأطفال بمحرم بك يوم ‪13‬‬ ‫لصالح الأطفال‪ ،‬فى إطار خطتها التى أعلنتها‬ ‫عليهن فى عيادته الخاصة‪ ،‬وعمل نظارات‬ ‫أغسطس ‪ ،2020‬حيث تم تطهير الدار بالكامل‬ ‫للعام الجارى‪ .‬وبدأت الأنشطة بعقد بروتوكول‬ ‫بمشاركة شركة مياه الشرب بالإسكندرية‪،‬‬ ‫تعاون مع كلية الطفولة المبكرة (رياض الأطفال‬ ‫مجانية لمن تحتاج‪.‬‬ ‫وتوزيع الماسكات والمطهرات على الأطفال‪،‬‬ ‫سابقاً) يوم ‪ 15‬يوليو ‪ ،2020‬بهدف تنفيذ برنامج‬ ‫كما شاركت اللجنة‪ ،‬مع نادى روتارى فاروس‬ ‫ثم إقامة بعض الندوات التثقيفية عن وباء‬ ‫صحى مشترك للأطفال والأمهات والمراهقين‬ ‫يوم ‪ 29‬يوليو ‪ 2020‬فى توزيع ملابس عيد‬ ‫كورونا‪ ،‬والصحة النفسية ومدى أهميتها‪.‬‬ ‫لتوفير بيئة صحية آمنة لهم‪.‬‬ ‫الأضحى على أطفال منطقة كوم الشقافة‪.‬‬

‫لجان ‪53‬‬ ‫لجنة‬ ‫الوقاية والعلاج من الأمراض‬ ‫برئاسة‪ :‬ر‪ .‬س د‪.‬هشام شوقى‬ ‫«الوقاية والعلاج» تعقدندوة إلكترونية‬ ‫بشأن الإصابة بجائحة «كوفيد‪»19‬‬ ‫استضافت لجنة الوقاية والعلاج برئاسة‬ ‫الدكتور هشام شوقى أستاذ جراحة قلب‬ ‫الأطفال‪ ،‬الأستاذ الدكتور يسرى عقل أستاذ‬ ‫الأمراض الصدرية فى قصر العينى‪ ،‬وتناولت‬ ‫الندوة معلومات إرشادية تثقيفية‪ ،‬وتضمنت‬ ‫شرحاً وافياً بشأن الوباء‪ ،‬وأين نحن منه الآن‪،‬‬ ‫وطرق الوقاية والتشخيص والعلاج‪ .‬وحضر‬ ‫الندوة عدد كبير من الزملاء الروتاريين وغير‬ ‫الروتاريين‪ ،‬وحظيت بتقدير ورضاء الجميع‪.‬‬ ‫وفى السياق ذاته‪ ،‬أقامت اللجنة مسابقة‬ ‫طبية بين الأندية الروتارية خلال الفترة من‬ ‫شهر سبتمبر إلى شهر نوفمبر ‪ 2020‬بهدف تنظيم‬ ‫حملات للكشف واكتشاف مرضى السكر وعمل‬ ‫سكر تراكمى‪ ،‬وذلك لمن يحتاج فى الأندية‬ ‫الرياضية‪ ،‬والفنادق أو أماكن عملهم‪.‬‬

‫لجان ‪54‬‬ ‫لجنة‬ ‫البيئة‬ ‫برئاسة‪ :‬ر‪ .‬س د‪.‬نجوى عصام‬ ‫توزيع ‪ 500‬كيلو أكياس «صديقة للبيئة» على‬ ‫مستشفيات العزل بالإسكندرية والبحيرة‬ ‫والبحيرة‪.‬‬ ‫استضاف نادى روتارى صن رايز‪ ،‬رئيسة لجنة‬ ‫جدير بالذكر أن الأكياس صديقة للبيئة آمنة‬ ‫البيئة دكتورة نجوى عصام‪ ،‬و‪Cluster‬‬ ‫بنسبة ‪ ،%100‬وخالية من المواد الضارة على‬ ‫من ‪ 6‬أندية (صن رايز وجولدن رايرز والنزهة‬ ‫صحة الإنسان والبيئة‪ ،‬ويتم استخدامها‬ ‫وسبورتنج ودمنهور كابيتال وكايرو نايل فالى)‪،‬‬ ‫بشكل أساسى داخل المستشفيات والمعامل‬ ‫جاء ذلك فى إطار جهود روتارى مصر فى دعم‬ ‫الطبية لأنها غير قابلة لإعادة التصنيع‪ ،‬وتمنع‬ ‫التدابير الاحترازية ضد فيروس كورونا‪ .‬واتفقت‬ ‫انتشار الأمراض عبر المخلفات الطبية‪ ،‬كما‬ ‫الأندية على المساهمة مع لجنة البيئة بتوفير‬ ‫يتم استخدامها فى الفنادق والقرى السياحية‬ ‫‪ 500‬كيلو من الأكياس البلاستيكية صديقة‬ ‫والمطاعم لخلوها من المواد السامة‪ ،‬وهو ما‬ ‫البيئة‪ ،‬حيث سوف توزع الأندية الأكياس على‬ ‫يضيف قيمة إيجابية للخدمة المقدمة للعملاء‪.‬‬ ‫مستشفيات العزل فى محافظتى الإسكندرية‬

‫ندوة‬ ‫البطاطس‬ ‫المانجو‬ ‫فيتامين سى‬ ‫الفراولة‬ ‫‪57‬‬ ‫القرنبيط فى هذه الأطعمة الطماطم‬ ‫فائق عبدالشهيد‪ :‬قلة الحركة‬ ‫الفلفل‬ ‫البروكلى‬ ‫أثناء العزل المنزلى تهدد‬ ‫الأحمر‬ ‫الصحة العامة خلال الإصابة‬ ‫الكيوى‬ ‫البرتقال‬ ‫قال الدكتور فائق عبدالشهيد استشارى جراحة‬ ‫العظام ورئيس قسم جراحة العظام فى مستشفى‬ ‫الفلفل‬ ‫البقدونس‬ ‫الهلال‪ ،‬إن الوقاية من أمراض العظام خلال فترة‬ ‫الحار‬ ‫التعايش مع جائحة كورونا‪ ،‬تتكون من عدة عوامل‬ ‫أبرزها أن يتكون الجهاز الحركى فى جسم الإنسان‬ ‫الليمون‬ ‫البطيخ‬ ‫من العظام والمفاصل والعضلات وجميعها تحت‬ ‫تحكم الأعصاب‪ .‬وأضاف عبدالشهيد‪ ،‬فى تصريحات‬ ‫الأغذية الغنية بالزنك‬ ‫خاصة لـ«مجلة الروتارى»‪ ،‬أنه يشترط الحفاظ‬ ‫لتقوية المناعة‬ ‫على صحة تلك الأعضاء لتأدية الوظيفة بكفاءة‪،‬‬ ‫ضدكوفيد‪19 -‬‬ ‫محذراً من قلة الحركة أثناء العزل المنزلى كونها من‬ ‫الممارسات الخاطئة التى تهدد الصحة العامة وتؤدى‬ ‫الزنك من المعادن التى تدعم المناعة‬ ‫إلى أضرار بالغة مثل صعوبة المشى وهشاشة العظام‬ ‫وهو موجود فى العديد من الأطعمة مثل‪ :‬اللحوم ‪ -‬الدواجن ‪-‬‬ ‫وضمور العضلات وتيبس المفاصل والتهابها‪ ،‬إلى‬ ‫الأسماك ‪ -‬اللبن والزبادى ‪ -‬الحبوب الكاملة مثل البليلة والفريك‬ ‫جانب العديد من التبعيات الخطيرة التى من الممكن‬ ‫والشوفان والبقول مثل العدس والفول والحمص والترمس‪.‬‬ ‫أن تجعل المريض فى المستقبل طريح الفراش‪.‬‬ ‫ونصح بضرورة ممارسة بعض الأنشطة الرياضية‬ ‫الخفيفة بصورة منتظمة بهدف تحسين تدفق الدم‬ ‫المحمل بالأكسجين إلى الخلايا‪ ،‬ما يساعد أيضاً فى‬ ‫تقوية الجهاز المناعى للجسم والحفاظ على اللياقة‬ ‫والوزن المناسب‪.‬‬ ‫وأكد أنه يجب اتباع نظام غذائى غنى بالكالسيوم‬ ‫مثل منتجات الألبان والبروكلى والسلمون كما يمكن‬ ‫الحصول عليها أيضاً من المكملات الغذائية بعد‬ ‫استشارة الطبيب‪ ،‬مؤكداً أن الجسم بحاجة إلى‬ ‫الحصول على فيتامين «د» لامتصاص الكالسيوم‬ ‫وأيضاً يفضل التعرض لأشعة الشمس التى هى‬ ‫المصدر الرئيسى له‪ ،‬على أن يكون ذلك بشكل يومى‬ ‫فى الصباح الباكر أو قبل الغروب ويمكن الحصول‬ ‫على فيتامين «د» أيضاً من المكملات الغذائية أو‬ ‫الأطعمة مثل اللحوم الحمراء والسمك والبيض‬ ‫والألبان والشوفان والبرتقال‪.‬‬

‫ندوة ‪58‬‬ ‫نجلاء شطا‪ :‬الإصابة بـ«كورونا» قدتؤدى‬ ‫للإجهاض وتعرض الحامل للجلطات الدموية‬ ‫قالت الدكتورة نجلاء شطا‪ ،‬استشارى النساء والتوليد والخبير فى إدارة‬ ‫القطاع الصحى فى الغردقة‪ ،‬إن الإصابة بفيروس كورونا «كوفيد ‪»19‬‬ ‫خلال فترة الحمل له تأثير خطير على صحة الأم والجنين‪ ،‬موضحة أن‬ ‫ارتفاع درجة حرارة الجسم الشديد‪ ،‬الذى قد يصاحب الإصابة تمثل خطراً‬ ‫كبيراً على الجنين وقد تؤدى إلى فقدانه‪ .‬وأضافت «شطا»‪ ،‬فى تصريحات‬ ‫خاصة لـ«مجلة الروتارى»‪ ،‬أن أبرز المضاعفات المصاحبة للفيروس التاجى‬ ‫على السيدة الحامل تكون فى زيادة فرص الإصابة بجلطات الأوعية‬ ‫الدموية‪ ،‬مشيرة إلى أن جسد الحامل يكون الأكثر عرضة لذلك كما أن‬ ‫أبرز مضاعفات «كوفيد ‪ »19‬هو زيادة التجلطات الدموية فى الأعضاء‬ ‫الحيوية فى الجسم خاصة الرئة والكلى والمخ والكبد‪ .‬ونصحت استشارى‬ ‫النساء والتوليد‪ ،‬جميع السيدات بالحرص على تجنب الحمل حتى‬ ‫انتهاء فترة الجائحة‪ ،‬مشيرة إلى أنه فى حالة حدوث حمل غير مخطط‬ ‫له يجب الاهتمام بتوفير كافة عناصر الحماية من الإصابة بما فى ذلك‬ ‫البعد تماماً عن التجمعات والالتزام بارتداء الكمامة وغسل الأيدى‬ ‫بشكل منتظم والحرص على النظافة العامة والتغذية السليمة التى‬ ‫تشمل تناول الكثير من الفواكة والخضراوات وشرب كميات وفيرة من‬ ‫المياه وممارسة الرياضة البسيطة وأهمها المشى‪.‬‬ ‫منال بصيلة تكشف أفضل آلية للحماية‬ ‫من الإصابة خلال جلسات البوتوكس والفيلر‬ ‫للطبيب فيستخدم الإشارة إلى الطبيب‬ ‫حاجز الجلد الخارجى‪ ،‬ما يمنع جفاف الطبقة‬ ‫قالت الدكتورة منال بصيلة‪ ،‬أستاذ الأمراض‬ ‫ليتراجع بمسافة لا تقل عن متر ويخبر الطبيب‬ ‫الخارجية للجلد ويجنب تأثيرات المواد الكميائية‬ ‫الجلدية فى قصر العينى‪ ،‬إنه فى ظل اتباع‬ ‫بملحوظته وتستأنف جلسة العمل‪ ،‬بهدف‬ ‫الخاصة بالتعقيم عليها‪ .‬وأوضحت أنه خلال‬ ‫الإجراءات الوقائية للحد من انتشار فيروس‬ ‫عمل علاجات الوجه أو الحقن بالبوتوكس أو‬ ‫كورونا «كوفيد ‪ ،»19‬لجأ الناس لاتباع‬ ‫خفض نسبة الإصابة وحماية الجميع‪.‬‬ ‫الفيلر والتى يقترب منها الطبيب من المريض‬ ‫الإرشادات الطبية وبينها الغسل المستمر‬ ‫بمسافة بسيطة‪ ،‬فيجب الحرص على ارتداء‬ ‫للأيدى وتعقيمها بشكل دورى‪ ،‬وهو ما‬ ‫الكمامة للطبيب وحرص المريض أيضاً أن يكون‬ ‫أثر على صحة وجمال الأيدى بسبب كثرة‬ ‫الطبيب ملتزماً بالإجراءات الوقائية حيث إنه‬ ‫استخدام الماء والصابون والكحول‪ ،‬وهو‬ ‫إذا كان هناك شخصان مواجهان لبعضهما‬ ‫ما أثر على البعض وأصابهم بـ«إكزيما» أو‬ ‫فى مسافة قريبة يؤدى ارتداء الكمامة إلى‬ ‫الالتهاب الجلدى الموضعى نتيجة لاتباع روتين‬ ‫انخفاض مستوى العدوى بنحو ‪ ،%97‬كما أنه‬ ‫الغسل والتعقيم المستمر‪ .‬وأكدت «بصيلة»‪،‬‬ ‫يجب الحرص على أن لا تزيد مدة الجلسة على‬ ‫فى تصريحات صحفية لـ«مجلة الروتارى»‪،‬‬ ‫‪ 15‬لـ‪ 20‬دقيقة‪ ،‬ولا يتم أى حديث بين الطبيب‬ ‫على ضرورة استخدام كريمات مرطبة لليدين‬ ‫والمريض خلال فترة الاقتراب تجنباً لتناثر الرذاذ‬ ‫بشكل منتظم أيضاً عدة مرات يومياً للحفاظ‬ ‫خلال الكلام‪ ،‬وإذا رغب المريض فى الحديث‬ ‫على صحة الجلد من التشققات وإصلاح‬

‫ندوة‬ ‫‪59‬‬ ‫ممارسة التحفيز النفسى البسيط‬ ‫بشكل منتظم ويومى‪1.‬‬ ‫عدم الإفراط فى الشعور بالقلق‬ ‫‪2‬‬ ‫والتوتر واتباع الإرشادات الصحية‬ ‫السليمة‪ ،‬التى من شأنها ضمان‬ ‫چيهان النحاس‪ :‬الطاقة السلبية تؤثر على‬ ‫المناعة‪ ..‬وعلينا التركيز على الصحة النفسية‬ ‫الوقاية‪.‬‬ ‫يجب اتباع أسلوب نوم صحى‬ ‫‪3‬‬ ‫مثل مواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجد‬ ‫قدمت الدكتورة چيهان النحاس‪ ،‬أستاذ‬ ‫وتغذية صحية إلى جانب العناية‬ ‫‪4‬‬ ‫‪ ،COVID-19‬والذى يندرج تحت ضغوط‬ ‫الطب النفسى والصحة النفسية للمرأة وعضو‬ ‫الحياة الجسيمة ليس لأنه خطير أو فتاك فقط‬ ‫الجمعية الأمريكية للطب النفسى‪ ،‬عدة‬ ‫بالنظافة الشخصية‪.‬‬ ‫ولكن لأننا أول مرة نمر بتلك التجربة فى ظل‬ ‫نصائح لتنشيط الجهاز المناعى بهدف مقاومة‬ ‫احتمالية انتقال العدوى والاضطرار للعزلة فى‬ ‫الإصابة بفيروس كورونا المستجد «كوفيد ‪،»19‬‬ ‫اخلق لنفسك برنامجاً حياتياً‬ ‫المنزل والتباعد الاجتماعى عن المقربين والالتزام‬ ‫موضحة أن هناك علاقة وطيدة بين الصحة‬ ‫يتضمن روتيناً يومياً صحياً‪.‬‬ ‫النفسية وصحة جهاز المناعة لدى الإنسان‪،‬‬ ‫بلبس الأقنعة الوقائية‪.‬‬ ‫وثبت ذلك من المتابعة الإكلينيكية لمرضى‬ ‫عليك تجنب الملل الذى قد يؤدى‬ ‫وتابعت أستاذ الصحة النفسية‪ ،‬أن من‬ ‫يعانون من أمراض القلب والشريان التاجى‬ ‫جانب آخر فجائحة تفشى الفيروس التاجى‬ ‫ومرضى السرطان‪ ،‬كما أنه ثبت علمياً أن‬ ‫لعواقب غير صحية بينها الوقوع‪5‬‬ ‫فرصة جيدة لتدريب أنفسنا وممارسة آلية‬ ‫بث روح الأمل والتفاؤل والتركيز على النتائج‬ ‫مواجهة المصاعب وضغوط الحياة بشكل ف ّعال‬ ‫الإيجابية له الأثر الأكبر فى تحسن الحالة‬ ‫فريسة للتفكير الزائد «غير المجدى»‪.‬‬ ‫وإيجابى بهدف الحفاظ على الصحة النفسية‬ ‫وبالتالى صحة الجهاز المناعى والصحة العامة‪،‬‬ ‫الصحية ونجاح الإجراءات الصحية‪.‬‬ ‫الابتعاد التام عن العقاقير غير‬ ‫‪6‬‬ ‫مشيرة إلى أن هناك بعض الأعراض التى تعتبر‬ ‫وأوضحت النحاس‪ ،‬فى تصريحات خاصة‬ ‫الموصوفة طبياً والتدخين والأطعمة‬ ‫‪7‬‬ ‫صافرة إنذار للتنبؤ بوجود مرض نفسى مثل‬ ‫لـ«مجلة الروتارى»‪ ،‬أنه أيضاً العكس صحيح‪،‬‬ ‫الاكتئاب أو القلق المتوقع أن يصيب بعض‬ ‫فكلما كان الشخص يائساً وحديثه يركز على‬ ‫الضارة‪.‬‬ ‫المرضى بعدوى فيروس كورونا «كوفيد ‪ »19‬أو‬ ‫المضاعفات وتشاؤمه بخصوص اقتراب نهايته‬ ‫من يخشون الإصابة به‪ ،‬لذلك يجب مراجعة‬ ‫ومخاوفه من العلاج وتأثيره‪ ،‬أدى ذلك‬ ‫حدد وقتاً لمتابعة الأخبار بشكل عام‬ ‫الاستشارى المختص للتأكد من وجود المرض‬ ‫لتدهور حالته الصحية واضطراب مستوى‬ ‫وأخبار وباء الكورونا بشكل خاص‪.‬‬ ‫النفسى أو أن الحالة لا ترتقى لأن تكون حالة‬ ‫مناعة جسمه‪ ،‬مشيرة إلى أن الانفعالات المتزنة‬ ‫مرضية وفى تلك الحالة يجب اتباع الإرشادات‬ ‫والمتعقلة تؤثر على الصحة النفسية والعقلية‬ ‫ابتعد عن التكهنات والتفسيرات‬ ‫‪8‬‬ ‫التى تعزز من الصحة النفسية بشكل عام‬ ‫وهو أمر مطلوب جداً لمواجهة ضغوط الحياة‬ ‫العميقة غير المجدية‪ ،‬وتعامل مع‬ ‫‪9‬‬ ‫المختلفة وبينها الأزمة الحالية «غير المسبوقة»‬ ‫الحقائق والأنباء الرسمية المعلنة‪.‬‬ ‫وبينها‪:‬‬ ‫لا تكن مصدراً للطاقة السلبية‬ ‫والأخبار السيئة لنفسك أو من‬ ‫حولك طوال الوقت‪ .‬ابتعد عن‬ ‫الانتقاد المتكرر والمستمر‪.‬‬ ‫ابتعد عن شخصنة الأمور فلا داعى‬ ‫للاعتقاد بأنك ضحية‪10.‬‬

‫حــوار ‪60‬‬ ‫شباب روتارآكت مصر‪..‬‬ ‫حوار مع وزير خارجية المستقبل‬ ‫على مدار أربع سنوات ماضية عقب المبادرة الرئاسية التى انطلقت للمؤتمرات الوطنية للشباب «ابدع‪..‬‬ ‫انطلق»‪ ،‬لتكوين منصة للحوار المباشر بين الدولة بمختلف مؤسساتها والشباب المصرى الواعد‪ ،‬الذى يحلم‬ ‫بتحقيق مستقبل أفضل لوطنه‪ ،‬والتى توازت مع توجهات ورؤية رئيس الروتارى الدولى ‪Holger Knaack‬‬ ‫بشأن ضرورة العمل بأساليب مبتكرة لنمو أعداد شباب الروتارى‪ ،‬وتفعيل دورهم فى تحقيق أهداف‬ ‫الروتارى بشكل إيجابى‪ ،‬ليمكن بناء كيان روتارى شبابى قوى‪ ،‬يتحمل مسئولية القيادة مستقبل ًا‪.‬‬ ‫كتبت ‪ :‬فيكى جوهر‬ ‫للانضمام لشباب الروتارى الـ«روتارآكت»‪،‬‬ ‫تخصص العلوم السياسية‪ ،‬ورئيس نادى‬ ‫فى ذلك الصدد‪ ،‬أجرت مجلة الروتارى‪،‬‬ ‫فقمت بدراسة الموضوع والاطلاع على فلسفة‬ ‫روتارأكت هليوبوليس الكوربة‪.‬‬ ‫حواراً صحفياً مع مصطفى أكرم أنور‪ ،‬رئيس‬ ‫وأهداف الروتارى فوجدت أنها تتفق وتوجهاتى‬ ‫نادى روتارأكت هليوبوليس الكوربة‪ ،‬أحد‬ ‫عن دور الشباب سواء على مستوى الوطن أو‬ ‫كيف انضممت لشباب الروتارى؟‬ ‫القيادات الواعدة من شباب الروتارأكت‪،‬‬ ‫من خلال منظمات المجتمع المدنى‪ ،‬بالفعل‬ ‫أنا أساساً من المتابعين عن كثب للبرنامج‬ ‫والذى يحمل أفكاراً تقدمية طموحة لتطوير‬ ‫أصبحت عضواً فى نادى روتارآكت هليوبوليس‬ ‫الرئاسى للشباب‪ ،‬خاصة فيما يتعلق بإعداد‬ ‫شباب الروتارى‪ ،‬إيماناً منه بأن الشباب فى أى‬ ‫«شباب القادة» إيماناً بأن الشباب هم إحدى‬ ‫الكوربة‪ ،‬وتشرفت باختيارى رئيساً للنادى‪.‬‬ ‫أكبر القوى الفعالة التى تعمل على صياغة‬ ‫موقع هم القوة الدافعة نحو غد أفضل‪.‬‬ ‫ما طموحاتك المستقبلية التى تتفق مع‬ ‫المستقبل‪ ،‬إلى جانب أننى من المهتمين والمشاركين‬ ‫ممكن تقدم نفسك للقراء؟‬ ‫فى الأنشطة الطلابية داخل الجامعة‪ .‬وتلقيت‬ ‫دراستك العلوم السياسية؟‬ ‫عرضاً من رجل الأعمال محمد عادل حسنى‪،‬‬ ‫اسمى مصطفى أكرم أنور‪ ،‬عمرى ‪ 22‬عاماً‪،‬‬ ‫أطمح للالتحاق بالسلك الدبلوماسى المصرى‬ ‫ومساعد محافظ روتارى الأستاذة فيكى جوهر‬ ‫طالب بكلية إدارة الأعمال والاقتصاد والعلوم‬ ‫وأن أكون سفيراً فى بعض الدول المتقدمة مثل‬ ‫السياسية بالجامعة البريطانية فى مصر‬

‫حــوار‬ ‫‪61‬‬ ‫وفى المجمل فإن الشباب أياً كان موقعهم‬ ‫وفقاً للإحصائيات الرسمية فإن المجتمع‬ ‫بالوطن يعدون أهم الركائز للانطلاق نحو‬ ‫المصرى يعد «أمة شابة» لأن عدد الشباب‬ ‫الأفضل‪ ،‬وبالتالى يجب أن تكون أندية الشباب‬ ‫«‪ 29 - 18‬سنة» يبلغ ‪ 20.2‬مليـون نسمة بنسبة‬ ‫الولايات المتحدة واليابان‪ ،‬وهدفى من ذلك‬ ‫بالروتارى منصات حوارية مفتوحة‪ ،‬ويسعى‬ ‫‪ ،%21‬فهل ترى أنها نسبة كافية لإحداث التطور‬ ‫أن أنقل لوطنى خبرات هذه الدول ولن أكون‬ ‫الجميع من داخل وخارج الروتارى للمشاركة‬ ‫المجتمعى المطلوب‪ ،‬وما دور شباب الروتارى فى‬ ‫مبالغاً إذا قلت إننى أطمح بأن أكون أصغر وزير‬ ‫خارجية لمصر‪ ،‬وأعرف أنه حلم صعب تحقيقه‬ ‫فيها بكل جدية‪.‬‬ ‫إحداث هذا التغيير؟‬ ‫ما رأيك فى الدور الذى يقوم به شباب‬ ‫ هذه النسبة كافية جداً لإحداث التطوير‬ ‫ولكن بالجهد والمثابرة يمكن تحقيقه‪.‬‬ ‫نحو الأفضل‪ ،‬لأن الشباب يتسمون بالأفكار‬ ‫ما أهم الأنشطة التى شاركت فيها خلال‬ ‫الروتارى حالياً؟‬ ‫التقدمية‪ ،‬وأن حس الإبداع والابتكار لديهم‬ ‫مسيرتك الحالية كطالب بالجامعة والتى تدعم‬ ‫فعل ًا يقوم شباب الروتارى حالياً بدور فعال‬ ‫أعلى من غيرهم‪ ،‬والنظرة نحو دور شباب‬ ‫فى دعم الطبقات الكادحة فى المجتمع وتقديم‬ ‫الروتارى لتطوير المجتمع لا تختلف عن شباب‬ ‫هذا الكم من الطموح؟‬ ‫العون لهم أثناء الأزمات‪ ،‬ولكنى أرى أن قصور‬ ‫الوطن‪ ،‬فالروتارى جزء من المجتمع ويعبر‬ ‫خلال مسيرتى الحالية كطالب بالجامعة‪..‬‬ ‫دور أندية شباب الروتارى على تنفيذ مشروعات‬ ‫عنه‪ ،‬وشباب الروتارى لا يجب أن يعمل بمعزل‬ ‫كان لى شرف المشاركة فى العديد من الأنشطة‬ ‫مجتمعية موجهة للفئات الأشد احتياجاً من‬ ‫عن توجهات الدولة فى تحديد دور الشباب‬ ‫المحلية والدولية والطلابية‪ ،‬بينها أن أكون‬ ‫النواحى المعيشية فقط هو تحجيم لإمكانيات‬ ‫إلى جانب ضرورة فتح قنوات اتصال مباشرة‬ ‫عضواً فى برنامج التنمية الخاص بالأمم المتحدة‬ ‫الشباب العظيمة وقدراته الخلاقة‪ ،‬لذلك أرى‬ ‫بين شباب الروتارى والتجمعات الشبابية‬ ‫بالتعاون مع الجامعة الأمريكية فى القاهرة‬ ‫أن امتداد دور شباب الروتارى لإثراء الجانب‬ ‫بالدولة مثل المشاركة فى المؤتمرات والندوات‬ ‫لإعداد قادة المستقبل ومندوب لنموذج محاكاة‬ ‫الثقافى فى المجتمع يعد أمراً مهماً للغاية‪،‬‬ ‫الشبابية وبرامج التبادل الطلابى‪ ،‬خاصة أن‬ ‫الاتحاد الأوروبى الدولى والمشاركة فى مؤتمره‬ ‫على أن تتناسب الجرعة الثقافية مع المستوى‬ ‫هذه التجمعات تتميز بالتنوع الهائل للحضور‬ ‫التعليمى والاقتصادى للفئات الاجتماعية‬ ‫بثقافاتهم وتوجهاتهم الاجتماعية المختلفة‪ ،‬ما‬ ‫السنوى الثامن عشر‪.‬‬ ‫يعكس أعمالهم ومبادراتهم الهادفة لتنمية‬ ‫كما أننى شاركت فى التدريب الذى عقدته‬ ‫المختلفة‪.‬‬ ‫جامعة الدول العربية فى القطاع السياسى‬ ‫ألا ترى أن طموحاتك بتولى حقائب‬ ‫المجتمع‪.‬‬ ‫والمتخصص فى إدارة التعاون العربى الأفريقى‪،‬‬ ‫دبلوماسية خارج الوطن تحد من مشاركتك‬ ‫ونائب رئيس نموذج المحاكاة لجامعة الدول‬ ‫الفعلية فى خدمة المجتمع المصرى كعضو‬ ‫العربية فى الجامعة البريطانية‪ ،‬والذى يهدف‬ ‫إلى تعريف الطلاب المشاركين بآلية عمل‬ ‫بالروتارى؟‬ ‫المنظمة‪ ،‬إلى جانب التطوع للعمل فى العطلة‬ ‫هذا على العكس تماماً‪ ..‬حيث إن وجودى‬ ‫الصيفية كمدرس للرسم ومرشد استشارى فى‬ ‫فى بيئات اجتماعية مختلفة يتيح لى نقل أفكار‬ ‫الشركة المصرية لرعاية الطفل بما فيهم الأطفال‬ ‫جديدة لتطوير ودعم المجتمع المصرى والاطلاع‬ ‫ذوى الإعاقة‪ .‬وأيضاً وقع اختيارى من وزارة‬ ‫على الخدمات الروتارية فى هذه الدول‪،‬‬ ‫الشباب والرياضة للمشاركة فى تنظيم بطولة‬ ‫والتباعد الجغرافى لم يعد عقبة فى ظل تطور‬ ‫كأس الأمم الأفريقية بمصر‪ ،‬وأيضاً اخترت‬ ‫وسائل التواصل الاجتماعى الحديثة‪« ،‬لقد‬ ‫ضمن الشراكة مع وزارة الشباب والرياضة‪،‬‬ ‫أصبح العالم كله يعيش فى غرفة واحدة»‪..‬‬ ‫لتنظيم بطولة كأس العالم للتايكوندو‬ ‫وبالتالى فوجودى خارج البلاد لن يؤثر إطلاقاً‬ ‫الشاطئى فى سهل حشيش‪ ،‬وعملت مع‬ ‫على القيام بدورى كعضو بالروتارى داخل‬ ‫‪ Tedx‬فرع الجامعة البريطانية‪ ،‬وهو مؤتمر‬ ‫سنوى يهتم بنشر الأفكار التى تستحق التقدير‬ ‫وطنى‪.‬‬ ‫ما الخطوة التى ترى البدء بها لتحقيق تطوير‬ ‫والاهتمام فى مجالات متعددة‪.‬‬ ‫كما أننى أنشأت نادى «شباب التنمية‬ ‫أداء أندية الشباب بالروتارى؟‬ ‫المستدامة» فى الجامعة البريطانية للطلاب‪،‬‬ ‫أرى أن إحدى أهم الخطوات المطلوبة حالياً‬ ‫والذى يهدف لتفعيل دور الشباب فى تحقيق‬ ‫لتعظيم دور شباب الروتارى فى مصر‪ ،‬هو إقامة‬ ‫أهداف خطة الدولة للتنمية المستدامة لعام ‪2030‬‬ ‫مؤتمر سنوى لشباب الروتارى على غرار المؤتمر‬ ‫فى مصر‪ ،‬واخترت عضواً فى اللجنة التنفيذية‬ ‫السنوى للمنطقة الروتارية‪ ،‬يحضره ممثلون‬ ‫لمنظمة الشباب العربى للتنمية المتكاملة والتى‬ ‫محليون ودوليون فى مجالات الحياة المختلفة‪..‬‬ ‫تدعم قدرات الشباب فى مصر والدول العربية‪.‬‬ ‫الاقتصاد والفن والأدب والرياضة والمؤسسات‬ ‫الدينية‪ ،‬وشباب الجامعات العالمية والشباب‬ ‫المصرى بالخارج‪ .‬لأن هذا التنوع سيثرى بشكل‬ ‫ملحوظ المناقشات وتبادل الأفكار فى جلسات‬ ‫المؤتمر‪ ،‬وأيضاً ستسمح هذه البيئة الخصبة من‬ ‫المشاركين بالوصول إلى رؤية عصرية لتحديد‬ ‫احتياجات المجتمع الحقيقية‪ ،‬وإيجاد حلول‬ ‫مبتكرة للقضايا المختلفة‪ ..‬والبعد عن القوالب‬ ‫التقليدية المتوارثة‪.‬‬

‫ندوة ‪62‬‬ ‫ندوة التدريب ‪DTTS‬‬ ‫وفى بداية الندوة أوضح محافظ قادم‬ ‫عقد ندوة التدريب ‪DTTS (District Team‬‬ ‫كتبت‪ :‬فيكى جوهر‬ ‫‪ )Training Seminar‬برئاسة محافظ قادم‬ ‫أسامة الأحمر رؤيته لأسلوب العمل خلال‬ ‫أسامة الأحمر‪ ،‬وبحضور د‪.‬شريف والى محافظ‬ ‫فى إطار الإعداد والتجهيز للسنة الروتارية‬ ‫المنطقة الروتارية ‪ ،2451‬وعدد من المحافظين‬ ‫الجديدة ‪ ،2021 - 2020‬وعلى مدار يومى ‪21-20‬‬ ‫العام الروتارى القادم‪ ،‬والتى تهدف إلى‬ ‫السابقين والقادمين‪ ،‬بالإضافة إلى بعض رواد‬ ‫فبراير ‪ 2020‬بفندق راديسون بلو بالإسكندرية تم‬ ‫جعل الروتارى كياناً فعال ًا له دوره فى‬ ‫ورموز الروتارى بمصر‪.‬‬ ‫إحداث التكافل الإنسانى الملموس بالمجتمع‬ ‫المصرى‪ ،‬وأن يحتل مركزاً بارزاً وسط‬

‫ندوة‬ ‫‪63‬‬ ‫للجهاز المعاون من منسقى ومساعدى المحافظ‬ ‫منظمات المجتمع المدنى‪.‬‬ ‫كحلقة وصل بين الأندية والمحافظ‪ ،‬وضرورة‬ ‫وعن أسلوب إدارة العمل بالمنطقة الروتارية‪،‬‬ ‫الالتزام بمنهجية موحدة فى الدور الإشرافى‪،‬‬ ‫أكد محافظ قادم أسامة الأحمر على أن الأندية‬ ‫لضمان تحقيق التوافق والتناسق فى أداء‬ ‫الروتارية هى العنصر الأساسى فى كيان‬ ‫الروتارى‪ ،‬وبالتالى فإن الأمر يتطلب الاهتمام‬ ‫الأندية‪.‬‬ ‫بتقوية بنيانها الداخلى‪ ،‬وتذليل الصعوبات‬ ‫وفى نهاية كلمته‪ ..‬أشار أسامة الأحمر‬ ‫التى تواجهها‪ ،‬وتوفير مناخ العمل الملائم‬ ‫إلى أهمية تخفيف النفقات على الروتاريين‬ ‫لها‪ ،‬ليمكن تحقيق أهداف الروتارى بجدارة‬ ‫مراعاة للظروف الاقتصادية‪ ،‬على أن يقتصر‬ ‫حضور الاحتفالات الرسمية على عضو واحد‬ ‫وفعالية‪.‬‬ ‫أو عضوين اثنين فقط من كل نا ٍد‪ ،‬مع تركيز‬ ‫وأوضح المحافظ القادم أهمية تنمية‬ ‫الحضور فى التدريبات التى تطور من أداء‬ ‫العضوية وفقاً للمعايير الروتارية‪ ،‬والعمل‬ ‫على إبراز صورة الروتارى بما يتناسب وحجم‬ ‫الروتاريين العملية والمعلوماتية‪.‬‬ ‫المشروعات الخدمية التى يقدمها للمجتمع‪،‬‬ ‫وفى ختام الندوة قام المحافظ القادم‬ ‫كما أكد حرصه على اهتمام الأندية بالتخطيط‬ ‫بتكريم بعض رموز الروتارى الذين أثروا‬ ‫الجيد لمشاريعها‪ ،‬والتعاون مع لجان المنطقة‬ ‫العمل الاجتماعى بخدمات ما زالت بصمتها‬ ‫لإنتاج مشروعات قوية ذات تأثير فعال فى‬ ‫حاضرة فى قلوب الروتاريين‪ ..‬محافظ سابق‬ ‫المجتمع‪ .‬وقام المحافظ القادم بإعلان الجهاز‬ ‫منير ثابت‪ ،‬ومحافظ سابق قطب سليمان‪،‬‬ ‫المعاون له العام القادم‪ ،‬وأكد على الدور المهم‬ ‫ومحافظ سابق زكريا الشافعى‪.‬‬

‫دورة تدريبية ‪64‬‬ ‫عقد دورتى تدريب للأعضاء الجدد‬ ‫المحتملين فى الإسكندرية والقاهرة‬ ‫عقدت المنطقة الروتارية‪ ،‬دورتى تدريب للأعضاء الجدد المحتملين يومى ‪ 15‬أغسطس‬ ‫بالإسكندرية‪ ،‬و ‪ 22‬أغسطس بالقاهرة‪ ،‬جاء ذلك تنفي ًذا للتوصيات التى تم إقرارها‬ ‫بندوتى التدريبية التمهيدية لرؤساء وسكرتيرى الأندية القادمة ‪ ، Pre-Pet‬يومى ‪11 – 10‬‬ ‫يناير‪ ،2020‬والتى تقضى بعدم تقليد أى عضو جديد شارة الروتارى إلا بعد اجتيـاز دورة‬ ‫تدريب الأعضاء الجدد المحتملين التى تعقد بالمنطقة الروتارية‪.‬‬ ‫حظيت بدعم الدولة وتشجيعها ورعايتها‪،‬‬ ‫وأضاف المحافظ أن التغيرات الاقتصادية‬ ‫كتبت ‪ :‬فيكى جوهر‬ ‫وأصبح للعمل الخيرى التطوعى مكانته‬ ‫والاجتماعية والثقافية‪ ،‬ومتطلبات الحياة‬ ‫فى خطط التنمية الرسمية‪ ،‬من منطلق أن‬ ‫المعاصرة الحديثة‪ ،‬أدت إلى تحول العمل‬ ‫استهل محافظ المنطقة الروتارية أسامة‬ ‫«الإنسان هو هدف التنمية» سواء للدولة أو‬ ‫الاجتماعى التطوعى من صيغته الفردية‪،‬‬ ‫الأحمر‪ ،‬كلمته الافتتاحية بقوله‪ ،‬إن الانضمام‬ ‫للمنظمات الأهلية‪ ،‬وأن الأصل فى العلاقة بين‬ ‫وأنماطه التقليدية غير الممنهجة إلى‬ ‫للروتارى ليس وظيفة ولكنه اختيار لشخص‬ ‫الدولة والمجتمع المدنى أنها علاقة تكامل وتوزيع‬ ‫تنظيم حديث من خلال ظهور العديد من‬ ‫يؤمن بثقافة التطوع لخدمة المجتمع دون‬ ‫للأدوار‪ ،‬وليست علاقة تناقض أو خصومة‪،‬‬ ‫الجمعيات والهيئات والمؤسسات الاجتماعية‬ ‫مقابل‪ ،‬وذلك لقناعته بأن العمل الخيرى‬ ‫وأن التنمية الحقيقية هى التى تقوم بالاعتماد‬ ‫غير الرسمية‪ ،‬والتى يطلق عليها «منظمات‬ ‫ركيزة أساسية فى بناء وتنمية المجتمع‪،‬‬ ‫المتبادل بين المجهودات الحكومية ومنظمات‬ ‫المجتمع المدني»‪ ،‬والتى يمثل الروتارى واحدة‬ ‫وممارسة إنسانية ارتبطت ارتباطاً وثيقاً بكل‬ ‫المجتمع المدنى م ًعا‪ ،‬وعلى أن يقدم كل طرف‬ ‫ما لديه ويسهم بما فى وسعه لمواجهة مشاكل‬ ‫من أكبر هذه المنظمات‪.‬‬ ‫معانى الخير والعمل الصالح عند البشر‪.‬‬ ‫وأضاف «الأحمر» أن منظمات المجتمع المدنى‬

‫دورة تدريبية ‪66‬‬ ‫وشفافية‪ ،‬للوصول إلى الحلول المناسبة‪،‬‬ ‫أهم مرحلة فى مسيرته الروتارية‪ ،‬وسيعمل‬ ‫بالأندية‪ ،‬وأي ًضا مسؤوليات مجالس الإدارة‬ ‫مع تغليب مصلحة النادى على العلاقات‬ ‫زملاؤه بالنادى على تمهيد الطريق له لدمجه‬ ‫والجمعيات العمومية للأندية الروتارية‪.‬‬ ‫الشخصية‪ ،‬لأن ذلك يصب فى النهاية فى‬ ‫بمجتمع الروتارى بأسرع وقت ممكن ولكن‬ ‫هذا الأمر يختلف من شخص لآخر وبالتالى قد‬ ‫وأكد والى‪ ،‬فى ختام كلمته أن الروتارى كان‬ ‫الشكل العام لروتارى مصر‪.‬‬ ‫ولا يزال يولى التدريب أهمية بالغة باعتباره‬ ‫وأشار محافظ سابق د‪.‬عاصم عبدالرازق‪،‬‬ ‫يحتاج إلى بعض التريث والصبر‪.‬‬ ‫وسيلة فاعلة لتزويد المتدربين بالمعلومات‬ ‫إلى مدى ارتباط استمرارية عضوية الروتاريين‬ ‫وأضاف أنه على العضو الجديد ألا يعتقد‬ ‫الأساسية‪ ،‬والأساليب الحديثة التى تساعدهم‬ ‫بدقة وفائهم بالتزاماتهم المالية المقررة بمعرفة‬ ‫أن تدريبه سيقتصر فقط على إلحاقه بدورة‬ ‫على تقديم خدمات مجتمعية أفضل وفق‬ ‫الروتارى الدولى‪ ،‬وضرورة قيام العضو بمجرد‬ ‫تدريب الأعضاء المحتملين‪ ،‬بل يجب أن‬ ‫أسس ومعايير فلسفة الروتارى‪ ،‬وبالتالى‬ ‫التحاقه بالنادى بدراسة اللائحة الداخلية‪،‬‬ ‫تستمر عملية التوجيه ‪ Orientation‬ونقل‬ ‫فإن على عضو الروتارى السعى دائماً لاجتياز‬ ‫والتى تضم كافة الحقوق والواجبات الواجب‬ ‫المعلومات الروتارية إليه أول ًا بأول من زملائه‬ ‫الدورات التدريبية التخصصية‪ ،‬ليمكنه أن‬ ‫مراعاتها‪ ،‬إضافة إلى قواعد ونظام العمل‬ ‫يوسع مداركه المعلوماتية ما يسمح له أن‬ ‫الداخلى‪ ،‬وذلك لتفادى أية مشاكل مستقبلية‪.‬‬ ‫بالنادى خلال ممارسة العمل الفعلى‪.‬‬ ‫واختتم رئيس لجنة العضوية محاضرته‬ ‫وأكد على ضرورة ترسيخ روح «مفهوم‬ ‫يجرى دوره الصحيح فى خدمة المجتمع‪.‬‬ ‫بتوعية الأعضاء الجديد بضرورة بذل الجهد‬ ‫العائلة» عند تعامل الأعضاء الجدد مع‬ ‫وفى محاضرته بالدورة التدريبية للأعضاء‬ ‫لتطوير معلوماتهم الروتارية بأنفسهم‪،‬‬ ‫زملائهم‪ ،‬باعتباره العنصر الرئيسى الذى يربط‬ ‫المحتملين‪ ،‬أوضح محافظ سابق د‪.‬عاصم‬ ‫خاصة أن هذه المعلومات أصبحت متاحة على‬ ‫العضو الجديد بكيان الروتارى‪ ،‬والتعامل مع‬ ‫عبدالرازق رئيس لجنة العضوية بالمنطقة‬ ‫المواقع الروتارية على الإنترنت بصورة مكثفة‪،‬‬ ‫المشاكل التى قد تواجه العضو الجديد بحكمة‬ ‫الروتارية أن العام الأول للعضو الجديد يعد‬ ‫وأي ًضا عدم إغفال الالتحاق بالدورات التدريبية‬ ‫التخصصية التى تعقدها المنطقة الروتارية‪،‬‬ ‫والحرص على حضور المؤتمرات والندوات‬ ‫الروتارية‪ ،‬لما فى ذلك من إضافة واضحة‬ ‫لحصيلة التفهم الصحيح لعالم الروتارى‪.‬‬ ‫وعن الصورة العامة للروتارى ومسؤولية‬ ‫الأعضاء فى تحسينها دائ ًما‪ ،‬قال محافظ‬ ‫سابق المهندس عادل حافظ رئيس لجنة‬ ‫الصورة العامة بالمنطقة الروتارية‪ ،‬فى‬ ‫محاضرته إن الصورة العامة للروتارى‬ ‫تتشكل من خلال أقوال وتصرفات كل عضو‬ ‫من أعضائها‪ ،‬وكذلك من خلال مشاركته‬

‫دورة تدريبية‬ ‫‪67‬‬ ‫مشروعاتها الإنسانية ليعم الخير والسلام‬ ‫الروتارى مع الآخرين‪ ،‬سواء على المستوى‬ ‫فى المجتمع‪ ،‬ووجوده على شبكة الإنترنت‬ ‫سكان كوكب الأرض‪ ،‬وأنه خلال السنوات‬ ‫الفردى أو المؤسسى‪ ،‬وضرورة شعوره دائ ًما‬ ‫ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعى‪ ،‬والمنشورات التى‬ ‫المائة الماضية أنفقت ‪ TRF‬ثلاثة مليارات دولار‬ ‫بأنه لا يمثل نفسه فقط‪ ،‬وإنما يمثل كيا ًنا‬ ‫ينتجها‪ ،‬والأحاديث التى يبثها إعلام ًيا‪ ،‬لذلك‬ ‫على مشاريع لخدمة الإنسانية‪ ،‬وأن هذا المبلغ‬ ‫له مكانته الاجتماعية المتميزة وثقله الدولى‬ ‫يجب التعامل مع وسائل النشر الإعلامى‬ ‫كله جاء من إسهامات الروتاريين على مستوى‬ ‫المعروف‪ ،‬مع الأخذ فى الاعتبار مراعاة الالتزام‬ ‫بكل حرص‪ ،‬ووف ًقا للأصول الصحيحة‪ ،‬حتى‬ ‫العالم‪ ،‬إيما ًنا منهم بالأهداف السامية‬ ‫للمؤسسة الروتارية‪ .‬وأضاف أنه يجب ترسيخ‬ ‫بقيم ومبادئ وأخلاقيات المجتمع‪.‬‬ ‫تتحقق أهداف المحافظة على الصورة العامة‪.‬‬ ‫ثقافة المساهمة فى المؤسسة الروتارية لدى‬ ‫ثم تعاقب على الكلمة محافظ سابق الدكتور‬ ‫وأضاف عادل حافظ‪ ،‬موض ًحا العناصر التى‬ ‫كافة الروتاريين‪ ،‬بحيث يتجه الوعى إلى تعميق‬ ‫أحمد سعادة رئيس لجنة المؤسسة الروتارية‬ ‫تشكل الصورة العامة للروتارى‪ ،‬وما يقع منها‬ ‫الاهتمام به بصورة أفضل‪ ،‬وعدم النظر لهذه‬ ‫‪ TRF‬بالمنطقة الروتارية‪ ،‬وقال إن المؤسسة‬ ‫فى دائرة مسؤولية العضو أو النادى‪ ،‬سواء‬ ‫المساهمة باعتبارها «تبرعاً» ‪ ،‬لأنها فى حقيقة‬ ‫الروتارية الدولية ‪ TRF‬تعد مؤسسة غير‬ ‫أثناء العمل الروتارى أو خارجه فى سياق‬ ‫الأمر هى «مشاركة» فى مشروعات عالمية‪ ،‬على‬ ‫ربحية تدعم جهود منظمة الروتارى الدولى‬ ‫غرار المشاركة فى المشروعات المحلية للمنطقة‬ ‫من خلال تمويل البرامج الإنسانية والتعليمية‬ ‫الحياة الطبيعية لعضو الروتارى‪.‬‬ ‫الروتارية‪ ،‬مشيرًا إلى أن ارتفاع معدل التبرعات‬ ‫والثقافية‪ ،‬وهى مدعومة فقط من خلال‬ ‫وأكد على ضرورة بذل عضو الروتارى «جه ًدا‬ ‫والهبات عا ًما تلو الآخر يؤكد على إيمان العالم‬ ‫المساهمات التطوعية من الروتاريين وأصدقاء‬ ‫إيجاب ًيا» لتحسين صورة الروتارى من خلال‬ ‫أعماله وتصرفاته حتى مع غير الروتاريين‬ ‫بالدور الإنسانى للمؤسسة الروتارية‪.‬‬ ‫المؤسسة‪.‬‬ ‫وعدم الاكتفاء «بموقف المتفرج» فقط‪.‬‬ ‫وأوضح رئيس لجنة ‪ TRF‬بالمنطقة الروتارية‬ ‫وأكد «سعادة» فى محاضرته‪ ،‬أن تمويل‬ ‫وأكد رئيس لجنة الصورة العامة بالمنطقة‬ ‫أهم المشروعات الإنسانية التى تتبناها المؤسسة‬ ‫المؤسسة الروتارية يعد واج ًبا على كل الروتاريين‬ ‫الروتارية‪ ،‬أن الصورة العامة للروتارى ترتكز‬ ‫الروتارية والمتمثل فى مكافحة مرض شلل‬ ‫فى العالم‪ ،‬لتتمكن هذه المؤسسة من تنفيذ‬ ‫بشكل أساسى على «التواصل الفعال» لعضو‬ ‫الأطفال ‪ ،Polio‬وأيضا البرامج التخصصية‬ ‫للـ ‪ ،TRF‬وطرق التبرع لها‪ ،‬والمنح التعليمية‬ ‫والثقافية التى تقدمها هذه المؤسسة‪ ،‬وكيفية‬ ‫التقدم لها والاستفادة منها‪.‬واختتمت الدورة‬ ‫التدريبية‪ ،‬بعقد مناقشة مفتوحة بين المتدربين‬ ‫والمحاضرين تم فيها تبادل وجهات النظر‪،‬‬ ‫وإيضاح بعض النقاط‪ ،‬ومناقشة اقتراحات‬ ‫المتدربين‪ ،‬والرد على استفساراتهم‪.‬‬ ‫وفى ختام ندوتى التدريب قام أسامة الأحمر‬ ‫محافظ روتارى مصر بتوزيع شهادات حضور‬ ‫واجتياز الدورة على المتدربين ‪ ..‬متمن ًيا لهم‬ ‫التوفيق‪ ،‬وأن يكونوا أعضا ًء فاعلين‪ ،‬وإضافة‬ ‫مفيدة لروتارى مصر‪ ،‬وأن يسعوا دائ ًما‬ ‫لتوسيع دائرة معلوماتهم الروتارية‪ ،‬وسرعة‬ ‫الاندماج فى مجتمع الروتارى‪.‬‬
