สถิติโรคมะเร็ง โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปาง ปี พ.ศ. 2564

คำปรารภ _________________________________________ โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปาง สังกัดกรมการแพทย์ กระทรวง สาธารณสุข ให้บริการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาโรคมะเร็งครอบคลุมพื้นที่ ในเขตภาคเหนือ สามารถรองรับการบริการผู้ป่วยมะเร็งรายใหม่ที่มีจำนวน เพิ่มขึ้นในแต่ละปีอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผู้รับบริการยังคงเชื่อมั่นและไว้วางใจใน คุณภาพการรักษาพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปาง ปัจจุบันมี การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพการณ์ทางสังคม เทคโนโลยี ตลอดจนมีการระบาด ของโรคอุบัติใหม่อย่างรุนแรงและยาวนาน เพื่อให้องค์กรและบุคลากร สามารถรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปางได้ปรับ แผนงานยุทธศาสตร์ของโรงพยาบาล ปี พ.ศ. 2563 - 2565 โดยมีทิศทาง มุ่งสู่วิสัยทัศน์ “โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งชั้นนำ ด้านวิชาการและนวัตกรรม ทางการแพทย์ที่ให้การดูแลรักษาโรคมะเร็ง อย่างครบวงจรด้วยเทคโนโลยีการแพทย์ขั้นสูงและได้มาตรฐานสากล ภายใน ปี พ.ศ. 2565” รวมทั้งมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในปี พ.ศ. 2564 โรงพยาบาล มะเร็งลำปางได้สนับสนุนและดำเนินการรับมือกับการระบาดของโรคติดเช้ือไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งในระดับจังหวัดและในระดับประเทศจึงได้รับใบประกาศเกียรติคุณจากประธานมูลนิธิกรมการแพทย์ในโครงการ เตรียมความพร้อมต่อสภาวะวิกฤตจากโรคติดเชื้ออุบัติใหม่ นอกจากนี้โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปางได้สนับสนุน การดำเนนิ งานของเขตสุขภาพที่ 1 และ 2 ทง้ั ทางด้านวิชาการ และการบริการรักษา การรับ-สง่ ต่อรกั ษาผปู้ ่วยมะเร็ง ในเขตภาคเหนือ ส่งผลให้เขตสุขภาพมีผลการดำเนินงานในเกณฑ์ทีด่ ี ผลสำเร็จดังกล่าวเกิดจากความร่วมมือร่วมใจ จากคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของโรงพยาบาลเปน็ อย่างดี เมื่อสถานการณ์โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 คลีคลาย ในทิศทางที่ดขี ึ้น โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปางยงั คงมุ่งมน่ั ท่ีจะพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลรักษาโรคมะเร็งต่อไปในทุก ๆ มิติ อยา่ งตอ่ เนอื่ งเพอ่ื คุณภาพชวี ติ ทดี่ ีของประชาชนชาวไทยทุกคน (นายแพทยว์ ีรวัต อคุ รานนั ท)์ ผ้อู ำนวยการโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปาง Hospital-Based Cancer Registry 2021 I Lampang Cancer Hospital

คำนำ ____________________________________________ การจัดทำทะเบียนมะเร็งระดับโรงพยาบาล (Hospital-based Cancer Registration) เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ ระบบสารสนเทศโรคมะเร็ง กระทรวงสาธารณสุขมีเป้าหมายให้โรงพยาบาลในระดับ A, S และ M1 มีการจัดทำ ฐานข้อมูลและการรายงานทะเบียนมะเร็งในระดับโรงพยาบาล เพื่อนำไปสู่การจัดทำทะเบียนมะเร็งระดับ ประชากร และรายงานสถิติโรคมะเร็งในภาพรวมของประเทศได้ โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปางมีการจัดทำทะเบียน มะเร็งระดับโรงพยาบาล ภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบของงานทะเบียนมะเร็งเริ่มตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2543 มุ่งเน้นข้อมูลที่ มีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานสากล ถูกต้อง เชื่อถือได้ รายงานสถิติโรคมะเร็ง ปี พ.ศ. 2564 ฉบับนี้เป็นรายงาน การจัดทำทะเบียนมะเร็งระดับโรงพยาบาล ฉบับที่ 22 แสดงสถิติข้อมูลผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งรายใหมท่ ี่มารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปางระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม - 31 ธันวาคม 2564 ในภาพรวมและแยกตามอวัยวะมะเร็ง ทพี่ บบอ่ ย 5 โรค คณะทำงานทะเบียนมะเร็งขอขอบคุณผู้บริหารระดับสูงท่ีให้การสนบั สนุนการทำงานของทีมงานทะเบียน มะเร็งมาโดยตลอด และขอขอบคุณเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงพยาบาลมะเรง็ ลำปางที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการรวบรวมข้อมูล โรคมะเร็ง หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่ารายงานฉบับนี้จะมีประโยชน์ในการวางแผนการปฏิบัติงานและการพัฒนา โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปาง และเปน็ ข้อมูลแก่ผู้ทส่ี นใจต่อไป คณะทำงาน งานทะเบยี นมะเรง็ โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปาง II H o s p i t a l - B a s e d C a n c e r R e g i s t r y 2 0 2 1 Lampang Cancer Hospital
