สถิติโรคมะเร็ง โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลำปาง ปี พ.ศ. 2560

I คคําปําปรารราภรภ โรงพยาบาลมะเรง็ ลาํ ปาง เปน หนวยงานสงั กัดกรมการแพทย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข เปนระยะเวลามากกวา 20 ปที่โรงพยาบาล ไดเปดใหบริการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาโรคมะเร็งแกประชาชนใน เขตภาคเหนือ ซึ่งมีจํานวนผูปวยมะเร็งรายใหมที่เพ่ิมข้ึนในแตละป อยางตอเนื่อง ใน ปพ.ศ. 2560 ที่ผานมาโรงพยาบาลไดผานการ รับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล (Hospital Re-accreditation ครั้งท่ี 2) ซ่ึงผลสําเร็จดังกลาวเกิดจากความรวมมือรวมใจของบุคลากรของ โรงพยาบาลเปนอยางดี นอกจากน้ีโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลําปางได ดําเนินงานตามแผนงานยุทธศาสตรการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพ สาขาโรคมะเร็งและแผนการปองกัน ควบคมุ โรคมะเร็งของประเทศไทยทั้ง 7 ดาน โดยมีบทบาทสนับสนุนการดาํ เนินงานของเขตสขุ ภาพที่ 1 และ 2 ท้ังทางดานวิชาการและการบริการรักษา รบั -สงตอรักษาผูปวยมะเรง็ ในเขตภาคเหนือ และ สามารถบรรลุเปาหมายตามเกณฑตัวชี้วัดของการดําเนินงาน สงผลใหเขตสุขภาพท่ี 1 ไดรับรางวัล ผลงานดีเดนภาพรวมผลการดําเนินงานของเขตสุขภาพ Service plan สาขาโรคมะเร็ง 3 ปตอเนื่อง (ป 2558-2560) คณะผูบริหารและเจาหนาท่ีของโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลําปางยังคงมุงม่ันท่ีจะพัฒนา คุณภาพการดูแลรักษาโรคมะเร็งตอไปในทุกๆมิติ (นายแพทยอดศิ ัย ภตั ตาตง้ั ) ผูอํานวยการโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลาํ ปาง 2017HOSPITAL-BASED CANCER REGISTRY 1I LAMPANG CANCER HOSPITAL

II คคําํานนําํา การจัดทําทะเบียนมะเร็งระดับโรงพยาบาล (Hospital-based cancer registry) สามารถ พฒั นาเชอ่ื มโยงไปสูระบบสารสนเทศโรคมะเร็งในระดับจังหวัด ภูมิภาคและประเทศได การรวบรวม ขอมูลทะเบียนมะเร็งระดับโรงพยาบาลอยูภายใตความรับผิดชอบของงานทะเบียนมะเร็ง โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลําปาง โดยเนนความถูกตอง เช่ือถือไดของขอมูล เพื่อใหขอมูลมีคุณภาพตาม เกณฑมาตรฐานสากล ในปพ.ศ.2560 จํานวนผูปวยมะเร็งรายใหมท่ีมารับบริการยังคงมีจํานวน เพิ่มขึ้น รายงานสถิติโรคมะเรง็ ฉบับน้ีเปนรายงานการจดั ทาํ ทะเบียนมะเร็งระดับโรงพยาบาล ฉบับที่ 18 แสดงสถิติขอมลู ผูปวยโรคมะเรง็ รายใหมทมี่ ารบั บริการ ณ.โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลาํ ปางระหวางวนั ที่ 1 มกราคม-31 ธันวาคม 2560 คณะทํางานทะเบียนมะเร็งขอขอบคุณผูบริหารระดับสูงท่ีใหการสนับสนุนการทํางานของ ทีมงานทะเบียนมะเร็งมาโดยตลอด และขอขอบคุณเจาหนาท่ีของโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลําปางท่ีมีสวน เก่ยี วของในการรวบรวมขอมูลโรคมะเรง็ หวงั เปนอยางย่ิงวารายงานฉบับน้ีจะมีประโยชนในการวาง แผนการปฏิบตั ิงานและการพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลมะเรง็ ลําปาง และเปนขอมูลแกผูท่สี นใจตอไป คณะทํางาน งานทะเบยี นมะเร็ง โรงพยาบาลมะเรง็ ลาํ ปาง 20172II HOSPITAL-BASED CANCER REGISTRY LAMPANG CANCER HOSPITAL
