GYM DESIGN GROUP DESIGN SERVICES–SPACE ALLOCATION AND FACILITY PROGRAMWe will help to determine optimal space allocation for zones and adjacencies of the various programmatic elements for group training which include HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cycle, Bootcamp, Mind/Body (Yoga, Pilates, Meditation) and Core/Stretch/Mobility.CUSTOM CAD FACILITY LAYOUT AND 3D DESIGN2-DIMENSIONAL CAD LAYOUT Gym Design Group will coordinate with the architect and interior design teams to develop an accurate, detailed 2-dimensional layout of the fitness amenity spaces incorporating all electrical, power, data and audio/visual locations, ADA, circulation, walkways and hygiene areas.3-DIMENSIONAL CAD LAYOUTOnce a 2D layout has been approved, Gym Design Group will produce detailed, 3-Dimensional renderings of the fitness amenity space incorporating interior finishes, equipment, flooring, views and overall design.3-DIMENSIONAL VIDEO WALKTHROUGHWe will provide a detailed, 3D video walkthrough of the proposed fitness amenity spaces. The 3D video walkthrough is the clear-cut representation of the interior design with natural effects and space management. This video can also be used for pre-sale marketing for your amenity space for tenant lease ups with your marketing platforms.
