What am I doing now? 14| THE PRIDORA | AUGUST 2021 What am I doing now? Painting| /_ordinary_frame While drawing I discover what I really want to say. ≈Dario Fo. Hello! I am Rtr. Purbita Bose, from St. Xavier’s College. In one word I would term myself as a creative person. Painting is very dear to me because it is one of the few things I am good at and can be proud about. It helps me to drip-out from the real world and take a pause from the lot that is going-on in life. I am basically proficient in watercolor painting. Competitions refine the skills as it forces you to express your ideas and thoughts about the given topic in your own creative way, due to which I love participating them. During the lockdown, I started an Instagram account under the name “ordinary frame” along with my sister to display some of our works. We decided to start this account as our phone galleries were getting filled with our painting’s images and we were too shy to post drawings often on Facebook. Our page is an assembly of the original works that we did before or during this period. One should do a work that feeds the personality and not just the ego and painting is that work for me. With Regard! Rtr. Purbita Bose
