Congress Payments and Additional Offers to WAB • A contribution of 15.-EUR will be made to the WAB Secreteriat for each full and discounted fee paying registrant at the congress. • A contribution of 5.-EUR will be made to the WAB Secreteriat for each Daily registration. • The contribution will be transferred within 45 days of the conclusion of the congress. 70

This event will be on a boat as a Bosphorus Cruise Dinner with a live music entertainment. • All delegates and accompanying persons will have free public transportation card for 6 days • Should Istanbul be granted to host the congress, Turkish Airlines will offer discounted air fares, up to 15% on Economy Class and up to 20% on Business Class, as THE OFFICIAL AIRLINE OF THE CONGRESS and its global expertise in all aspects of airlines operation and services to all participants attending the congress. Turkish Airlines has direct flights to Istanbul from 281 intertaional cities. • National Association guarantees that WAB’s profit from the congress will not be less than 36.000 EUR . ISTANBUL AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION Public Transport Havaist and IETT offer services to passengers who are looking to access Istanbul Airport via public transportation. Havaist provides luxury passenger and luggage transportation services in 11 separate lines ensuring full time city integration from Istanbul Airport. İETT is the official public transportation service of the city. The prices vary between 3 USD – 5 USD. Average transport time is 60-90 mins. For Departing Passengers: Buses drop off passengers according to the waiting terms that apply for the gates of the departure floor. For Arriving Passengers: Buses depart from the transportation floor (Floor -2) according to their scheduled tariffs. The platform layout on the transportation floor is as follows. Taxi Taxi service is offered at the Istanbul Airport 24/7, thereby covering both flight times as well as all periods outside of flight schedules. Three types of taxis are utilized for this service, comprised of black “E” type, blue “D” type, and orange “C” type taxis. Regular-C type taxi fee from city center is around 35 USD. Fees are changing according to the taxi type. Passengers wishing to benefit from Taxi service may use the vehicles located on the departure floor (2nd floor) in addition to those at the main stops in front of the Domestic and International Passenger exits in Plaza section. 91
