More than a Home an Exclusive LifestyleKNDU, where the sustainability concept is prioritized, is a project designed to become a safe,comfortable and modern life center integrating the surrounding environment. Even thoughnatural resources are not infinite our lives are depending on them. We aimed to create asustainable living space using an architectural design in harmony with the nature. The topographyof the land and the beauty of the nature enhance the residential area. Our main purpose, beyonda comfortable home, is to set up a community where you can live in serenity. “KNDU” has beendesigned in 5 different sizes. Consisting of 4 large villas, 22 medium villas and 12 small size villas.The first phase of the project will be delivery by end of 2018. The homeowners will enjoy cozyhouses and spend pleasant time with family and close friends.-Sürdürülebilirlik kavramının ön planda tutulduğu Kndu; içinde bulunduğu doğal çevreylebütünleşen, güvenli, konforlu ve modern bir yaşam merkezi olma yolunda düşünülerek tasarlanmışbir proje niteliğindedir. Ne kadar bu doğal kaynaklar belli bir sonsuzluğa sahip olmasa da,hepimizin hayatı yine bu kaynaklara bağlıdır. Arazi yapısının yanı sıra bölgenin doğal güzellikleriniön plana çıkaran yerleşimi ve doğayla iletişim kuran mimarisiyle sürdürülebilir bir yaşam alanıyaratmayı amaçladığımız Kndu’da konforlu bir evin ötesinde, hayatınızı paylaşıp, içinde olmaktanhuzur duyacağınız özel bir mahalle kurmayı amaçladık.
