We would like to say a warm welcome to Eliana Okolie, into Playgroup Marble Class. We are delighted to have you here at Judy's Preparatory School. Welcome to an exciting Early Years Experience.

PLAYGROUP MARBLE This week in Expressive Art and design, we are learning to sing a song titled \"Little Boy Blue\" and we made a craft using colour Blue. In Literacy, we are reinforcing letter sounds /s/ /a/ and we also introduced letter sounds /t/ and /i/. In Communication and Language, we read a book \" The Blue Ballon\" In Mathematics, we are learning to count numbers from 1-10 and we also identified numbers according to our abilities.

NURSERY CUDDLES This week in Communication and Language, We read a book titled \"Maisy's Rainbow Dream\" we enjoyed role playing the story. In Understanding the World, we discussed features of living things and objects. In Literacy, We learnt about letter sounds /n/ /p/ /c/ /k/ and /e/. The children had fun identifying these letter sounds and they also identified the letter sounds in words. RECEPTION SPARKLE This week In Literacy, we recapped Jolly Phonics level 2 sounds; /ck/ /e/ /h/ /r/ /m/ /d/ we introduced level 3 sounds; /g/ /o/ /u/ /l/ /f/ /d/and used sand tray to trace them out with the proper formation. In Mathematics, We explored numbers and wrote them down according to our abilities. in Expressive Arts and Design, we made a In communication and Language, we read a book titled \"Water transportation\" and we learnt new words from the story book, we also role- played the story using our own words. While in Physical Social and Emotional Development, The children are learning how to build relationship and how to take turns during task.

These children have distinguished themselves in the most areas worthy of applause this week and therefore have won themselves the Star of the week. Congratulations to you all!!! Reception Sparkle Anjola Agunbiade for impressive performance in literacy.
