Our aim for the first week back was to normalize the school day, have students reacclimatize to the building, and reengage positive connections with other students and staff, all of which are essential for successful learning and growth moving forwards. This seems to have been a success, despite the masks, cohorts, hand washing and physical distancing. It really was quite wonderful to see shining eyes peeking over the tops of masks, as students arrived After several days that turned into weeks and weeks ready for the new school year. Thank you to all into months of silent hallways, empty classrooms, parents and guardians for helping to prepare your sad toys and playground, it was a delight to be able children for this amazing journey. There is no to open our doors again to welcome our students back doubt that we still have routines and protocols to into the building. In Physical development, they had fun exploring the space and going up and down the slide. It was such an interesting week. We welcomed Eyiloreoluwa Eyinade into Reception Sparkle Class. We are delighted to have you here at Judy’s Preparatory School. Welcome to an exciting early years’ experience!!!!!

This week in Literacy, we learnt about the In Mathematics, we counted numbers in order alphabets and their sounds. In Physical from 0 – 20, we counted forwards and backwards, development, we explored the outdoors and matched objects to their right numbers and wrote participated in ring games. We discussed the from number 1-100. planet Earth and Nigeria. We discussed some things we can see in our immediate environment during Understanding the world. In Mathematices, it was all about counting to In Understanding the and beyond 10. We also matched numerals to World, we learnt about the quantity up to 10. four seasons and their effects on plants. We also learnt about appropriate clothes for different season and weather. In Communication and language, we had fun reading the book titled; SULWE. We leant that we should appreciate who we are.
