I AM A GRADE 11 STUDENT THAT LIKES ONLINE VIDEO GAMES, TALKING TO FRIENDS, AND WATCHING ANIME. I CHOSE THIS SPORT TO MAKE A HANDBOOK BECAUSE I LIKE RUNNING WHEN I WAS ON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND LIKE RACING. I WANTED TO PARTICIPATE IN RUNNING SPORTS BUT NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO UNFORTUNATELY.

SPRINTERS' RULES
MAJOR RULES FOR SPRINTING RULE #1 SPRINTERS SHOULD RUN IN DESIGNATED LANES AN CANNOT CROSS LANES, THROUGHOUT THE RACE. RULE #2 SPRINTERS SHOULD RUN IN DESIGNATED LANES AN CANNOT CROSS LANES, THROUGHOUT THE RACE. RULE #3 SPRINTERS SHOULDN'T STEP ON THE WHITE LINES THAT MARK THEIR LANES IN THE RACE.
MAJOR RULES FOR SPRINTING RULE #4 SENSORS ARE PLACED IN THE STARTING PISTOL AND AT THE BLOCKS. IN CASE OF A FALSE START, THE ATHLETE IS DISQUALIFIED. RULE #5 ATHLETES CANNOT OBSTRUCT THE OTHER ATHLETES DURING THE RACE.
