หนา 7 The Efficiency of Adsorption of Heavy Metals through Cellulose Hydrogel Thatchaphon Warunsiri1, Yanisa Inhom1, Nanthakan Won1 Kultida Teenoi2 and Natchatat Limsawet2 1Student of Khon Kaen Wittayayon School, E-mail: [email protected] 2Khon Kaen Wittayayon School Abstract This research aims to study the efficiency of adsorption of heavy metals of chromium(VI)ion and copper (II) ion through cellulose hydrogel. By using Spectrophotometer to measure light absorption in the same wavelength. The research result shows that before and after absorption the concentration of chromium (VI) ion in sodium chromate solution and copper (II) ion in copper (II) sulfate solution were not the same. The absorption percentage of chromium (VI) ion and copper (II) ion are approximately 42.7% and 59.2%, respectively. Therefore, cellulose hydrogel does adsorb heavy metals. In studying cellulose hydrogel preparation by varying the concentration of hydrochloric acid at 1 M 3 M and 5 M for adsorb chromium (VI) ion. The result illustrates that the concentration of hydrochloric acid at 3 M accounted for 46.9%. To sum up, cellulose hydrogel absorbance in 3 M solution is better than in 1 M and 5 M. Accordingly, hydrochloric acid effecting hydrogen bond causes higher gap between each hydrogen bond. However, too much of bonding will impact the space between each bond. The more space, the less efficiency of adsorption. The efficiency of absorption of sodium chromate in synthetic wastewater at various pH numbers, contributed to the adsorption of chromium (VI)ion in sodium chromate solution. At pH 3, accounts for 48.7%. Due to, the positive charge from hydrogen ions in solution that has a pH 3, leads the charge on the surface of cellulose to be neutral, which decreases the electrostatic repulsion. On the other hand, low number of pH causes the negative charges to decrease and the electrostatic repulsion to increase. Keywords: cellulose hydrogel, heavy metal

หนา 22 Counting Thread by Moiré Film Wachirawan Sithep1 , Sirimat Art-harn1 , Phattarasa Nai-in 1 Kanchana Thongjob2 , Butsaba Techasirinukoon2 1Student of Chumpholphonphisai School , E-mail : [email protected] 2Chumpholphonphisai School Abstract Counting Thread by Moiré Film science project. The purposes of this study were to make moiré film to check the accuracy counting thread, to find the best fabric color that can see the moiré stripe and to find the best fabric that can see the moiré stripe. There is an educational process by use the GSP in design determine the width 1 inch, decide the 1-inch pull line, set a line to a thickness 0.1 mm. After that, Performance verification stripe on moiré film by different sateen colors such as white, red, green, blue and yellow and performance verification stripe on moiré film by different fabric such as sateen, linen and cotton. From the experiment, bring the moiré film that was designed put on the fabric then the streak will appear. It is because the light came in through thread and impact on the thread of the fabric. Therefore, it caused light diffraction. While turning moiré film on the fabric then the streak will appear that correspond light diffraction equation d = . The fabric sees the clearest streak is a white fabric because LED light with a white fabric become white light that white light is less wavelength visualize the clear streak and educate efficiency of the streak on the moiré film from fabric to find that sateen counts streak the best accurate because the light was well shining through the thin fabric.
