Assemblage of all the listed materialscan be used. • Stencilsare not allowed. • Drawing of any I dol isnot allowed on the floor. • Total time allotted for each team is3 hours. • First warning bell at 2 hours 30 minutes and second warning bell at last 10 minutes. • A team should consist of either boysor girls. b. Poster making on canvas: • Theme: UAE Year of giving • A school can send only one team. • Up to 3 participantsin a team. • Canvaswill be provided for each team by the host school. • All teams are required to bring their own material. Host school will not provide any material. • Stencilsare not allowed. • No abstract painting is allowed. Only contemporary and realism • Total time allotted for each team is2 hours30 minutes. • First warning bell at 2 hours and second warning bell at last 10 minutes. • A team should be of either boysor girls.Participantswill be judged based on: i. Content and originality ii. Colour schemeiii. Neatnessiv. Overall Presentation

General Rules and Regulations1) The sequence of performance on the stage will be decided by draw from the entry list, held in the presence of one participant, prior to the event schedule time. Participants are requested to collect the chest numbers before the draw and should abide by their sequence of per for mances str ictly.2) Overall championship trophy will be awarded to the school which scoresthe highest points.3) Trophy will be awarded for 1st& 2nd place of each category.4) Only one entry will be accepted for each event per school.5) The detailed schedule of the event will be sent to schools upon receipt of all entry forms.6) Replacement of participants in any item should be informed before 16th November 2017. A student not included in the list of participants will not be permitted to participate.7) Negative markings will be applied for programmes exceeding time limit.8) Participants are not allowed to wear school uniforms or any badge of schoolsrepresented on the stage.
9) School authorities should take care of their students and their personal belongings. The organizers will bear no responsibility for any lossor damage.10) Breakfast and lunch will be provided by the host school.11) Only students from Grade 9 to 12 are allowed to participate for the events.12) The teacher in charge of the school team must show the school identity cards of all the participants at the time of registration.13) The accompanying teachers must ensure that no damage to the host school’s property or its infrastructure, by studentsof the respective schools.14) One green room will be available for each participating school.15) A maximum 2 teachers per category can accompany the students.16) The last date of submitting the duly filled form will be 2nd November 2017.17) The decision of the panel of Judges shall be final and binding to all.18) Vulgarity of any kind, in language, lyrics, pictures or costumeswill not be entertained.19) A student can participate in a maximum of two items. The lot numberswill not be changed, for the convenience of any school.20) I n all matters concerning the competition rules, the decision of the Principal PI ES Abu Dhabi will be final.
