5 In order to ensure a smooth transition from an all-online mode of work to a hybrid one we have put together a few rules for our shared office spaces within the context of COVID-19. While we are still facing the global pandemic certain rules such as washing your hands frequently, wearing masks, and avoiding gatherings are considered baselines. The underlying principle of every rule lies in staying safe and healthy and making other people feel safe.

9#StayFocused When answering calls please make sure to speak 1 as low as possible or leave your desk to speak somewhere else in private. No meetings at your desk. It is advised to 2 use meeting rooms for that intent to avoid disturbing others and gatherings.
10 Be aware of your personal space and that of others. Be considerate of the common areas like the canteen and restroom.

1122 5 Don’t overuse amenities. This includes overbooking the desks, conference rooms and forgetting about the others.

19 Sanitize your workplace at the beginning when you 3 arrive and at the end when leaving. This will ensure both your protection and the next person’s protection. Make sure to use only your personal office supplies 4 and bring them with you to meetings so that you won’t have to borrow someone else’s. #StaySafe
