የአየር ኃይል ዓለም ዓቀፍ ኅብረት 2020-2021 የአየር ኃይል ዓለም አቀፍ ኅብረት ዋና ዓላማው - በሕይወት አጋጣሚ በየትኛውም የዓለም ጥግ የሚኖሩትን የአየር ኅይል አባላትና ቤተሰብ እንዲሁም የአየር ኃይሉን ወዳጆች በዓለም አቀፋዊ ኔትዎርክ በማያያዝ ጠንካራ ማኅበራዊ ትስስር (ኔትዎርክ) እንዲፈጠር ማድረግ ነው። ይህ ማኅበራዊ ትስስር (ኔትዎርክ) የአየር ኃይሉን አባላት በቀላሉ በማገናኘት በማናቸውም ወቅትና ሰዓት፣ በክፉም ሆነ በደግ በቅርበት እንዲገናኙ ከመርዳቱም በላይ ከፍተኛ የማኅበራዊ እና ኢኮኖሚያዊ እምቅ እሴት ሆኖ እንድንገለገልበት ይረዳል። ከ1915 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ዓለም አቀፋዊ አደረጀጃት እንዲኖረው ሆኖ የተዋቀረው የአየር ኃይል ዓለም አቀፍ ኅብረት ግቡ በሀገር ቤት ሰፊ ማኅበራዊ እና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ማዕከል መትከል ነው። ከዚህም አንፃር ሀገር ቤት በአየር ኃይሉ የቀድሞ አባላት ከተቋቋመው የአየር ኃይል ቬተራንስና ቤተሰቦች ማኅበር ጋር በቅርበት በመገናኘትና በዕቅድ የያዙትን ሥራዎች ከግቡ ለማድረስ ከፍተኛ መረባረብ እያደረገ ይገኛል። ይህ አድራሻውን በደብረ ዘይት/ቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ያደረገው የአየር ኃይል ቬትራንስና ቤተሰቦች ማኅበር ለሁሉም የአየር ኃይል አባላትና ቤተሰብ እንዲሁም ለአየር ኃይሉ ወዳጆች ሁሉ በዋና ማዕከልነት በማገልገል በሀገር ውስጥም ሆነ በውጪ ሀገር ያለውን የአየር ኃይል ማኅበረሰብ በአንድነት እንዲያሰባስብ ሆኖና ታቅዶ እየተገነባ ያለ ባለቤትነቱም የአባላቱ የሆነ ማዕከል ነው። የአየር ኃይል ዓለም አቀፍ ኅብረት ከላይ የተጠቀሰውን ግብ እውን ለማድረግ፡- 1. በኢትዮጵያ በሐረር ሜዳ (ደ/ዘይት) ከተቋቋመው የቬትራንስና ቤተሰቦች ማኅበር ጋር በቅንጀት የሚሠራ ግብረ ኃይል ተቋቊሞ ሥራ ጀምሯል፡፡ 2. የኅብረቱ መተዳደሪያ ደንብ ላይ ማስተካከያ የተደረገባቸው አንቀፆች ለጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ቀርቦ ፀድቋል፡፡ 3. በዓመት ሁለት ጊዜ ዓለም አቀፍ ጠቅላላ የአባላት ጉባኤ በመጥራት አገናኝቷል፡፡ 4. ታሪክን ለትውልድ ለማስተላለፍ እና ታሪክ ሠሪዎችንም ለመዘከር እና ለማመስገን እንዲረዳ በአየር ኃይል ውስጥ ቀደም ሲል በተለያዩ የሥራ ክፍሎች ያገለገሉ አባላትን ለቃለ መጠይቅ በመጋበዝ ከ15 የሚበልጡ የቪዲዮ ቅንብሮችን ለአባላት በፌስ ቡክ እና በዩ-ትዩብ ለአባላት፣ ለደጋፊዎችና ለኅብረተሰቡ አሰራጭቷል፡፡ 5. ኅብረቱ ችግር ለገጠማቸው አባላት ድጋፎችን አስተባብሯል፡፡ በሃዘናቸው አስተዛዝኗል፡፡ 6. ለቬትራንስና ቤተሰቦች ማኅበር ሕንፃ ግንባታ ገቢ ማሰባሰቢያ እንዲሆን የቶምቦላ ህትመት አጠናቆ ለአባላት ለመሸጥ በዝግጅት ላይ ነው፡፡ ኅብረቱም በራሱ ስም የመቶ ሺህ የኢትዮጵያ ብር (100, 000) ወጪ አድርጎ ቶምቦላ እንዲገዛ በማኅበሩ አመራሮች ተወስኗል፡፡ 7. ኅብረቱ በአሜሪካ የታክስ ሕግ መሠረት ለ501-C የሚያበቃውን ማስተካከያ አድርጎ ፍቃድ ለማግኘት ማመልከቻ አስገብቶ ውጤቱን በመጠባበቅ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ይህ ፍቃድ ኅብረቱ ከአባሎቹ የሚያገኘውን ማንኛውም ድጋፍ ከታክስ ነፃ እንዲሆንላቸው ለማድረግ ዕድል ከመስጠቱም በላይ የኅብረቱን የፋይናንስ አቅም ለማጎልበት ይረዳል፡፡ 8. ኅብረቱ በተለይም ባለፉት ሶስት ዓመታት ለውጡን ተከትሎ ሀገራችን የገጠማትን የውስጥም ይሁን የውጪ ፈተናዎች በተመለከተ አባላቱን በዙም በማሰባሰብ ውይይት አድርጓል፡፡ የአባላቱንም የአቋም መግለጫዎች መንግሥትን ጨምሮ ለሚመለከታቸው ሁሉ አስተላልፏል፡፡ 9. መንግሥት በወሰዳቸው ሀገርን እና ሥርዓት ማስተካከያ እና ማሻሸያ እርምጃዎችን በመደገፍ የተለያዩ የድጋፍ እና ስጋት በፈጠሩ እርምጃዎች ላይ ደግሞ ማስተካከያ እርምት እንዲደረግ ደብዳቤዎችን ለመንግሥት እንዲሁም በዓለም ለሚገኙ ኤምባሲዎች አስገብቷል፡፡ 10. የአየር ኃይል አባላትንና የሠራዊቱን ታሪክ በመፅሐፍ መልኩ ሰንዶ ለትውልድ ለማስተላለፍ የሚደረጉ ጥረቶችን ለመደገፍ የአንድ መፅሐፍ ዝግጅትና ህትመት የፋይናንስ ወጪን ለመደገፍ አስፈላጊውን ቅድመ ክፍያ ከፍሎ ሥራውን አስጀምሯል፡፡ መፅሐፉም በቅርቡ ለህትመት እንደሚበቃ ይጠበቃል፡፡
