History The Allbiz Deal Room was created in late 2018 following the merger between Ray White Business Sales and the Mentored Platform with Mark Bouris. From the beginning, the team felt passionate about helping business owners and brokers complete more transactions with the best results in the shortest possible time. By combining technology and best business practices, the company was able to assist transaction owners in raising closing rates from a traditional rate of less than 20% to around 50%. In early 2020, Mike Manassen (current director) acquired 50% of the company from the Mentored Platform (Mark Bouris) and joined Matt Holland (director) with a view of expanding the services from traditional business sales to ANY commercial transaction (deal). The business began the move from business sales to the allbiz deal rooms and commenced expanding the business along with a range of technology solutions centered around THE ALLBIZ DEAL ROOM.
The The Allbiz deal room has gone from strength to strength since its launch in late 2018. Earnings potential... Our model is simple, every dollar received by the platform is split 50/50 with the licensed operator using a direct payout method so that you're paid instantly. Where business is referred or introduced by a third party, a fee of up to 30% may be payable to the introducer calculated on the total gross sale. Example, the fee split would be 100% of the amount received, less 30% to the introducer, and the balance is split 50/50. We are so confident you'll be successful! Buyback Offer The Company agrees to buy back the License business under the conditions; 1.The Licensee has committed no less than 3 calendar months of full time work or equivalent to establishing the business. 2.Has followed the agreed business & marketing plan to promote the platform and documented the results in the CRM. 1.The Licensee is not in dispute with the Company. 2.Advises the Company in writing within 120 days of commencement of the License agreement. On the basis the above conditions have been met, the Company will buy back the license under the following terms; 1.The Company will offer the Licensee to it's database of buyers and investors as a priority. 2.Proceeds of the resale, up to the initial investment, or as agreed by the parties, will be paid to the outgoing Licensee. 3.The Licensee agrees to the continuing obligations of the License agreement and will provide a tax invoice to the incoming Licensee or the Company as directed.
