3. Retain 100% of your commissions and earn recurring income through your listings. Further to your lucrative commission structure, you will be able to pick up a recurring income based on the self-sell listings you bring through. Any listings referred to a sell-yourself listing will incur a 20% referral rate of total listing revenue from each of your sell-yourself listings. 5. Lead Generation We have a mix of broker driven and self sell listings through the Allbiz Deal Room. We realise it's important and an added bonus to brokers to receive referrals or seller leads. This can arrive in a number of forms through the Allbiz system. • Many of the self sell listings (approx 40%) require or opt for the assistance of broker intervention to either finish off or complete a deal. This becomes a quick and easy way to make a commission typically upwards of $20k for a close or a traditional % of the value. • Consultants who don't hold the full broker license will look to refer their business to brokers in return for a referral fee. This can be negotiated on a case by case basis. The incentive here is that you will be retaining 100% commission which gives you the flexibility to reward the consultant accordingly. • Allbiz naturally receives an influx of general client enquiries to exit their business. 6. Commission Funding A first for the business broking community. Similar to the real estate industry, you will now have the ability to collect your commission prior to settlement, post full exchange on unconditional deals. T & C's will apply and each deal will be treated on a case by case basis. In general terms, a broker would have the ability to sacrifice a small portion (10-20%) of their commission in order to get paid early. REMEMBER... you are now retaining 100% of your comms so this might suit many brokers who do not want to wait another month or 2 before settlement. 7. Advertising Funding We realise there are times you come across tricky vendors with good businesses who refuse to pay anything for marketing or advertising. We have created a couple of alternative options for you to list these businesses through our system: 1. Offer the client an option to defer their payments until settlement or 6 months on a contract, whichever comes first. An interest component would apply and the broker would warrant the $2990 payment through their next commission as a worst-case scenario (only if they were unable to collect from the vendor). Note; the broker would still pick up circa $500 from the collection of the funds. 2. List the client completely free - as the broker you may be incentivised to pick up that particular business, knowing you will collect full comms. We recognise this, therefore you would cover their marketing costs through a $2990 payment to Allbiz from your next commission. Assuming the client understands the importance of getting the marketing and preparation right, it shouldn't be difficult to have the client agree to add a separate marketing fee when the broker commission becomes due. Important reminder - Brokers will still retain 100% of any consulting fees and commissions therefore the $2990 is a very minimal fee to concede for any free listings. www.allbizsales.com
