Pancake A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 2 tablespoons Sugar In a large mixing bowl, Sift the cake 1/2 teaspoon Salt flour 1 time. Whisk together the 2 cups All-purpose flour flour, salt, Sugar, and baking powder. 2 teaspoons Baking powder Gradually add in the eggs, milk, 2 Eggs No.2 1 butter melted and vanilla essence, 2 1/2cups Milk stirring to combine. Beat until 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence smooth and set aside 15 minutes. 2 tablespoons Butter malted Frying pan over medium-low heat put butter. Drop batter by large spoonful onto the griddle. Cook until middle is set, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, 3 to 5 minutes. decoration and Serve.
Crepes A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 200 gram Cake flour In a large mixing bowl, Sift the cake flour 30 gram Sugar 1 time. Whisk together the flour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon Salt. Sugar, egg and yolk eggs. Gradually add 2 Egg No.2 in the milk, butter melted and vanilla 4 Yolk eggs essence, stirring to combine. Beat until 30 gram Butter melted smooth and set aside 15 minutes. 520 ml. Milk Step 2 Frying pan over low high heat put 2 teaspoon Vanilla essence butter. Pour or scoop the batter onto the Lemon skin unsnt griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Step 3 Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. decoration and Serve.
chocolate chip cookies A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 190 g. Unsalted butter Add butter, icing sugar, salt and 65 g. Icing Sugar brown sugar into a mixer and beat it 75 g. Brown Sugar until very light. 5 g. Salt Add egg, bread flour, baking powder, 1 Eggs. baking soda, vanilla essence and mix 250 g. Bread flour until it combine. 5 g. Baking powder Reduce speed to low and add 5 g. Baking soda chocolate chip and cashew nut. 125 g. Chocolate chip Scoop mounds of dough onto baking 125 g. Cashew Nut (baked50%) sheet and put in the oven bake until 2 tsp Vanilla essence golden brown about 20 mins. Slip cookies onto another rack to cool
Panna cotta A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 200 g. Sugar Combine sugar, cream, vanilla 800 ml Heavy whipping cream essence and milk and place over 200 ml Milk medium heat; stirring until combine. 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence Add gelatin and remove from heat 20 g Gelatin continuing to stir it about 2 5 mins. Ingredients: Raspberry sauce Divided into a cup of glass and 180 g Frozen raspberries refrigerate for at least 8 hours or 50 g Icing Sugar overnight. 2 tsp. Lemon Juice For sauce, in a saucepan, combine raspberries and icing sugar cook over medium-low heat. Stir until it combine then pour the sauce through a. mesh strainer into a blow. Add lemon juice as you like.
Doughnuts A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 325 g. All-purpose flour Sifting all- purpose flour and cake 175 g. Cake flour flour. 50 g. Sugar Add sugar and yeasts then mix it and 10 gYeasts add salt after. 8 g Salt Add Ks. then add eggs, milk and 5G Ks sugar and beat it. 2 Egg No.2 Knead dough about 5 mins. until 100 g. Milk smooth and rise a dough to set. ( 100 g. Water find somthing to cover a dough) 50 g. Butter melted Roll dough into small circle then Topping Melted make a hold in the middle. Chocolate Put a doughnuts on baking sheets Sugar and bake about 45 mins. Cinnamon After we bake a doughnuts we can decorate it by melted chocolate, white chocolate, icing sugar or cinamon
Baked Brownies A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 150 g. Melted butter Use low heat to melt a butter and 150 g. Dark Chocolate chocolate and stir it. (Good Quality) Sifting all- purpose flour and 125 g. All-purpose flour chocolate powder. 30 g. Cocoa powder Add and salt then stir it in a blow. 200 or 250 g. Sugar Add vanilla essence into an eggs 1 tsp. Salt that we had crack and beat it until 1 tsp Vanilla essence combine then add in a blow. 3 eggs no. 2 Add chocolate 50 g. Cashews nut You can add cashews nut, almond or Oreo on top brownie. Use baking sheet as base before put brownie into an oven. Set a time for 25mins. and temperature for 180 C to bake brownie. Decoration and serve.
Blueberry Cheesecake A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 130 g. Cracker (crumbs) Using a mixer beat cream cheese 1/4 cup Melted butter until fluffy. 250 g. Cream cheese (softened) Add heavy whipping cream, sugar 1 cup Heavy whipping cream and vanilla essence. And combine all 1/4 cup Sugar ingredients. 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice Add lemon juice as you want. 1 tsp Vanilla essence For buleberry base, crums a cracker Fresh Blueberries and add butter melted. Topping Use spoon push down the cracker till Blueberry jelly it stick together. Fresh blueberries Scoop whipping cream ontop cheese cake. And freeze. Decoration with blueberry jelly and fresh bueberries,
Sponge Cake A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 200 g. Butter (softened) In a mixer blow, beat sugar and 192 g. Sugar butter until light, fluffy. 16 Eggs No.2 Add egg one at a time flollow by 2 tsp. Vanilla essence vanilla essence 200 g. Cake flour Sift cake flour and baking powder. 78 g. Baking powder Add cake flour, baking powder, salt 88. Salt and SP into a mixer. 14 g. SP Pour carnation milk and combine 66 ml. Carnation milk with all ingredients. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. put into an oven around 1 hr. with heat 170 C Bake cakes until golden brown and let it cool. Slice hafe of cake and spread whipping cream evenly on top. and top with remaining all cream. Decoration and serve.
Chocolate Cake A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 6 Eggs. 2 Cup Sugar Sift cocoa powder and cake flour 1.5 Cup Hot milk into a blow. In mixer blow, add eggs, 1/2 Cup Butter melted sugar and vanilla essence. Beat until 1 Cup Coco powder light color. 2-3/4 Cup Cake flour Pour warm milk and melted butter, 1.5 Tbsp. Baking powder add sift flour, coco powder and 2 Tbsp. Vanilla essence baking powder and add into a mixer, mixing thoroughly. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. put into an oven around 1 hr. with heat 180 C. Slice hafe of cake and spread whipping cream evenly on top. and top with remaining all cream. Decoration and serve.
Chocolate Custard cream A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 100 g. butter Use low heat boil a water and place a 800 ml. whipping cream blow above. 200 ml. Fresh milk Melt chocolate then set aside 250 g. sugar Add butter, milk, sugar, and whipping 250 g. Chocolate 70% cream constant stirring. 50 g. Corn flour Add edds and corn flour then whisk. 50 g. Custard powder Whisk all ingredient till combine and 3 pcs. Eggs No.2 rest it freezer.
Chocolate Mousses A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 180 g. Dark Chocolate 50-70% In a pot, over medium heat; pouring 75 ml. Fresh Milk milk and chocolate combine together 50 g. Sugar wait until chocolate get melted. 10 ml. Water Boiling sugar and beated with egg 2 pcs. Yolk eggs No.2 yolks. 2 pcs. White eggs. Add heavy whipping cream which we 50 g. Sugar have done beated until it stiff peak. 250 ml. Heavy whipping cream Add sugar and egg yolks that we 4 pcs. Galantine beated into a blow then add melted 1 tsp. Dark Rum chocolate and mixing it. Whisk white eggs and sugar until stiff peak. Combine all ingredient together and add galatine at last. Pour into a glasses, and set in the fridge until firm, at least 2 hours or over night.
Blueberry Muffin A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 2 pcs. Eggs No.2 Add sugar and eggs into a mixer, 190 g. Sugar beat until light. 125 ml. Fresh Milk Add milk and vegatable oil. 100 ml. Vegetable Oil Sift together flour and baking 115 g. Bread flour powder. 115 g. Cake flour Add flour, baking powder, baking 5 g. Baking powder soda and salt into mixer and mixing 5 g. Baking soda just to combine. 3 g. Salt Gently squeeze blueberry and add Fresh blueberry into mixer. Spoon the batter into the cups. Bake for 25mins. until muffins are lightly browned. Decoration and serve.

Cocoa Powder soda and salt into mixer and mixing 5 g. Baking powder just to combine. 5 g. Baking soda Spoon the batter into the cups. Bake 3 g. Salt for 25 mins. until muffins are lightly browned. Decoration and serve.
Cupcakes A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 6 pcs. Eggs No.2 Add egg and sugar into a mixer 200 g. Sugar and beating it until very light. 200 g. Cake flour Sift cake flour and baking 20 g. SP. powder 5 g. Baking powder Add flour,milk,water, SP, baking 60 ml. Water powder, and vanilla essence then 60 ml. Fresh Milk beating unitl combine. And add 1 Tbsp. Vanilla essence melted butter at last step. 100 g. Butter (Melted) Spoon the batter into muffin cup Bake for 20- 22 mins, until the top of cupcakes lightly touch. Decoration top of cupcakes and serve.
Pullman Loaf A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 800 g. Bread flour Whisk together, water, milk, sweet 200 g. Cake flour yeast, milk powder, baking powder, 20 g. Sweet Yeast bread flour, cake flour, in a mixer 15 g. Salt blow by use whip hook, whisk around 150 g. Sugar 8 mins. 150g. Butter Add butter and combine all 4 pcs Eggs ingredients. 25 g. Milk powder Rest dough around half hour. 10 g Baking powder Prepare pullman loaf pan whip with 250 g. Fresh Milk shortening butter and put it on an 250g. Water oven until the bread turn into golden brown. Turn the loaf out onto the rack until it cool.
Bread roll A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 1,250 g. Bread flour Whisk together, egg, sugar, water, 20 g. Yeast yeast, salt and KS in a mixer blow, 25 g. Salt then add beard flour and milk 10 g. Ks 505 powder combine together. 75 g. Milk powder Add shortening combine with all 75 g. Shortening ingredients. 100 g. Sugar Rest dough around half hour. 1 Egg No.2 Prepare pullman loaf pan whip with 650-700 ml. Water shortening butter and put it on an oven until the bread turn into gloden brown. Turn the loaf out onto the rack until it cool. Add cream inside a roll and ready to serve.

Lady Finger A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 12 white eggs Separet white 200 g. sugar In a blow add sugar with egg 14 egg yolks yoks and beating, 200 g. egss Add cream of tartar in white eggs 300 g. bred flour and beat. 150 g. corn flour In a mixer blow add lemon skin, 1 teaspoon lemon skins sugar, braed flour and corn flour. Use a pastry bag strip a line on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 mins., bake unit gloden color.
Tiramisu A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 250 ml Whip toping cream Whisk egg yolks with 25 gram of 125 ml. Whipping Cream sugar. also whisk white sugar with 200 g. Mascarpone cheese 25 gram of sugar with another blow. 50 g. Sugar Beat together whip topping cream 2 pcs Eggs yolk and whipping cream, beat until it hold soft peaks. Add egg yolks that we beated and marcarpone cheese into a mixer then beat it till combines. In a cup, add first layer of cream. second layer add lady figers and top with coffee . Last step add cream and dust tiramisu with cocoa powder.
Éclair A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 350 ml. Water In a pot, add water, a little bit of 100 g. Butter sugar and vanilla essence. 175 g. All-purpose flour Use low heat to boil and add 5 pcs. eggs no. 2 butter wait until it melts. 1 tsp Vanilla Add all purpose flour stir until smooth. Add egg one at a time and beating. Use pastry bag and strips on baking sheet. Bake for 30 mins. Add custard inside eclair and decoration
Biscotti A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 150 g. Butter In a mixer bowl, add butter, salt, and 337 g. Sugar sugar. use a paddle for beat. 5 pcs. Eggs No.2 Add egg one at a time. 25 g Baking powder Add bread flour, vanilla essence and 3 g. Salt baking powder beating it until 612 g. Bread flour smooth. You can add dry fruits or nuts and stir unit combine with the dough. Divided the dough into 3 pieces and make them longer. then put on baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins and take it out then slice into a piece. Bake again for 10 mins or until golden and firm.
Custard cream A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 100 g. butter Use low heat boil a water and place 1,000 ml. milk a blow above. 250 g. sugar Mix butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla 1 teaspoon vanilla essence essence, constand stirring 50 g. corn flour Add eggs corn flour and custard 50 g. custard powder powder then whisk. 3 eggs Whisk all ingredient till combine and rest it freezer.

Butter Use low heat boil a water and place 800 ml. milk a blow above. 250 g. sugar Mix egg, corn flour, milk, and custard 50 g. corn flour powder together. 50 g. custard powder Add sugar, butter and pandan juice 3 eggs into a blow then constant stirring. 200 ml. pandan water Once all ingredients combine rest it in the freezer.
Pizza dough A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 225 g. All-purpose flour In a mixer blow, add all-purpose 7g. Salt flour, salt, yeast, honey and olive oil 4 g. Yeast then together beating till combine. 100 ml Water (room temperature) Add water at last and beating. 1 Tablespoon Honey Make dough into small circle and 15 ml Olive oil apply oil on dough. Get dough and rest it for half hour.
Pizza sauce A RECIPE BY WARAKORN SUBANNAKOON ingredients directions 2 Tbsp Olive oil Add olive oil into a pan and use 1 clove Garlic, minced middle heat stir garlic and onion 28oz. Crushed tomatoes until it golden. 6oz. Tomato paste Add crushed tomato and tomato 1/2 Tbsp Sugar paste stir it, then PpD sugar, salt, 3/4 tsp Salt dried oregano, dried basil, and black 1 tsp Dried basil pepper. 1/2 tsp Dried oregano Apply pizza sauce on pizza dough 4 tsp Black pepper and add other ingredients such as sausage. Bake for 15 - 18 mins. top with oregano or chili.
