✓Get Some ExerciseThink of going to an aquafit class, doing some laneswimming, getting out for a walk around the block orincorporating some light stretches into your routine.These exercises can help improve your strength andflexibility, alleviating the stress and pressure on yourneck and back.

✓ Sit and Stand TallMany of us inadvertently place extra strain andpressure on our back or neck due to poor posture.Think about standing and sitting tall. When you’rewalking or sitting, focus on contracting your coremuscles and trying not to slouch.
