PARKING INFORMATION Parking permits normally required at MiraCosta College campuses in Oceanside, San Elijo and the Community Learning Center have been waived for spring 2022 semester in student parking lots ONLY. College police will be enforcing parking requirements in staff parking lots or spots, and disabled parking spaces. Parking is always free at the Technology Career Institute. REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY Check refunds may take 4–6 weeks to process. Class/Workshop Refund Policy: Refunds will be made up to three business days prior to the class start date. No refunds will be given once a class has started. A $15 cancellation fee will be retained for each refund. A full refund will be given if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment. Unused attendance is not transferable to another class session. Excursion Refund Policy: Refunds will be made up to five business days before the excursion only if the excursion is full and someone on the waiting list is available to take your place. There will be a $25 cancellation fee if a replacement can be found. Workforce Training Refund Policy: Refunds will be made up to five business days, depending on course, prior to the class start date. A $75 cancellation fee for work skills programs will be retained for each refund. A full refund will be given if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment.
