A graduates story. Someone like you? My training is an experience I will never forget. Being immersed in practice for a month was a life shifter for me. The course focuses on the whole person, in such a balanced way that I have become a more balanced person. Common Questions & Answers Q: I am worried I am not advanced enough. A:Yoga is not a one size fits all practice. Every student is in a different place. We meet you where you are at. Come as you are. Everyone learns from each other due to variations in ability during th course. Q: I am worried I am not fit enough to handle a full day of training. A: Just a short daily practice 4-5 days a week with prep videos we provide upon sign up is enough to prep for the YTT. There is no pressure, do what you can. You'll build strength and stamina each day of the course and days are balanced with yoga, theory and meditation. Q: Your center is so far away. A: It's worth the trip! To have precious time in quietude, green space and to breathe clean air is worth it. One part of Thao Dien to another and city traffic can take the same amount of travel time. Graduates say it is worth the journey to be here at the lake everyday and are sad when training ends. Q: Why are some YTT's so expensive while others are so cheap? A: We cannily speak for our school. This is a California standard YTT. Courses in our area of the USA run $2500 -$3500. Our team consists of experts, we are not new in this. We limit to 8 students and train in a luxury venue. Books are included, there are no extra costs. Q: I have kids. Do you have courses that are longer but shorter days? A: We have run weekend and longer duration courses but found the stopping starting and training longer than a month less effective for our trainees. Based on our experience, we see the best results in our 1 month 200 hour YTT's, which provide consistent daily practice and deeper understanding. Q: Will this training prepare me to teach overseas?
