GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS • All entries to be submitted online only. • Last date for registration is 5th July, 2020. • No student can participate in more than two events. • In case of change of participants in any event, please inform atleast four days in advance. • The participants are requested to go through the event instructions provided on our website http://www.mayoorbot.com for further updates and prepare accordingly.

STILL PHOTOGRAPHY CLASSES: Open NO. OF PARTICIPANT: 1 Theme: Nature Unlocked, Smoke Art • Participant would have to submit one photo for each theme by the given deadline at [email protected]

STILL PHOTOGRAPHY JUDGEMENT CRITERIA: • Creativity • Originality • Relevance • Aesthetic sense • Overall presentation

ONLINE DEBATE CLASSES: IX - XII NO. OF PARTICIPANT: 1 • Topic: Today’s New Classroom • Duration: 2 minutes • Participant can speak either in favour or against the topic mentioned. • Participants have to ensure stable network connection during the quiz.

ONLINE DEBATE JUDGEMENT CRITERIA: • Relevance to the topic • Presentation Style • Use of Arguments

MOVIE MAKING CLASSES: IX - XII NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: 2 Topics : Inspiring Comeback Post COVID-19 • Students have to make a video on the given topic. • Time limit for each video is 3 - 5 minutes. • The participants should send the video to [email protected]. • Students can shoot at their place and join the videos using any tool.

MOVIE MAKING • Last Date for submission is 15th July, 2020. Late entries will not be accepted. • Movie should be in proper format. (It should be compatible with VLC Media Player or Windows Media player) JUDGEMENT CRITERIA: • Creativity • Relevance and Aesthetic Sense • Originality and Overall Presentation

QUIZOMANIA CLASSES: VI - VIII NO. OF PARTICIPANT: 1 • There will be two rounds. • Top 4 teams will be short listed for the final round. • The quiz shall cover all aspects of computing, IT and the world of technology. • Participants have to ensure stable network connection during the quiz.

QUIZOMANIA JUDEGEMENT CRITERIA: Knowledge, of course

MULTIMEDIA CRUNCH CLASSES: IV & V NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: 2 Topic: Future Technology AR & VR • Number of slides should not be more than 8. • Students will have to make a presentation in PowerPoint on the given topic and submit along with a one minute video explaining the presentation at [email protected].

TECHNOTTIRE CLASSES: II & III NO. OF PARTICIPANT: 1 Theme: Social Media Platforms • Participant should be dressed according to the theme. • No recorded aids will be allowed. • They will be given a maximum of 2 minutes to speak on their character. • Kindly arrange props which can be handled by the participant. Record the video in mp4 format and submit at [email protected]

TECHNOTTIRE • During the presentation, participant should turn around once slowly in order to show his costume properly. JUDGEMENT CRITERIA - • Relevance to the topic • Creativity • Overall presentation
