RESELLER TERMS Standard payment terms with WM Bagco, LLC (WM) are Net 30 days. WM will utilize regional distribution centers to ensure prompt delivery of all product orders. All freight charges are the responsibility of the reseller. Freight charges will be FOB regional distribution center. Minimum reorder quantity of 10 Bagster bags. All sales are final and non-returnable. If at any time a reseller receives a defective product it may be returned to WM for a full refund or exchange. To return defective product call 1-888-345-2247. As an authorized reseller of the Bagster Dumpster in a Bag product you may only resell this product within an authorized collection service area determined by WM.
