April 10, 2019 Kristie Krueger-Gross Crown Equipment Corporation 44 South Washington Street New Bremen, Ohio 45869 RE: Letter of Intent for Select Pre-Construction Services for Crown Lift Truck – Monclova Twp., OH Dear Kristie, a.j. Veneklasen, Inc. is pleased to provide this agreement to coordinate the following Pre-Construction activities for your project. We understand that the project scope includes the planning and design services for a new 65,000 SF branch building of which approximately 10,500 SF will be office space. The project will consist of a precast concrete exterior with a conventionally framed building structure inside. The exterior at the office will have a glass curtain wall system outside the structure and a conventionally framed canopy at the building entrance. Topographic Survey 1. Perform a topographic survey with appropriate overlaps onto adjoining properties and include locations of existing visible improvements, drainage related features, and spot elevation through the project area Geotechnical Investigation 1. Soils exploration to include: a. Five (5) soil borings to 20’ deep within the limits of the proposed building b. Two (2) soil borings to 10’ deep within the proposed parking and drive areas c. One (1) soil boring to 15’ deep within the proposed pond area 2. Prepare geotechnical report of the findings based off the field and laboratory data Site Plan Approval & Construction Drawings 1. Prepare drawings, details and specifications for use in construction and in obtaining site construction related permits a. Existing Conditions/Site Removals Plan b. Site Layout & Utility Plan c. Veneklasen Inc., will provide you with a copy of all surveys, reports, and plans developed to date upon receipt of payment for services rendered. If you elect not to proceed, you may re-use any of the information at your own risk. Invoice payment terms are net 10 days. As a project superintendent, he oversees and supervises all construction activity for industrial, commercial, and municipal projects, from start-up to close-out. He is able to organize, plan, and schedule people, materials, inspections, and safety procedures in the most efficient and timely manner in order to keep the project on schedule and in safe working conditions. 7

5300 BROADMOOR SPECS Industrial & Office Building 165,000 SF Project Type: $9,500,000 Size: Cost: ABOUT THE PROJECT Various top of the line features were used in the construction of this environmentally friendly building, such as precast concrete wall panels, a wide-bay trussed purlin structure, 24’ eave height and ESFR sprinkling. Offering a high R-Value, the buildings panels will minimize long-term maintenance and energy expense. 16

AGAPE PLASTICS SPECS Pre-Engineered Warehouse 54,400 SF Project Type: $4,200,000 Size: Cost: ABOUT THE PROJECT Several project alterations were made due to the property limitations and existence of wetlands. During the second addition, planning initially called for a stand alone building to the north of the existing space. After determining the loss of efficiency and cost was too great, AJV looked for other options and concluded the best route involved filling the existing detention pond and placing the second addition in its place. 17

RATTUNDE SPECS Office & Manufacturing 30,000 SF Project Type: $2,300,000 Size: Cost: ABOUT THE PROJECT This facility was custom-designed to meet the specific needs of Rattunde Corporation. The company manufactures custom tube and bar sawing machinery. Elements of the company’s German origins were used throughout the building’s design on behalf of the owner’s request. 18

SWOBODA SPECS Pre-Engineered Warehouse Addition 25,000 SF Project Type: $1,500,000 Size: Cost: ABOUT THE PROJECT A high-tech project for a high-tech customer. Sophisticated climate control, specialized pedestrian walkways and maximum light levels are just a few highlights of this industrial pre- engineered warehouse addition. 19

FEDEX FREIGHT WALKER SPECS Freight Distribution Center 350,000 SF Project Type: $22,000,000 Size: Cost: ABOUT THE PROJECT FedEx has been a repeat customer for AJV for many years and this project was among the largest a.j. Veneklasen, Inc. has ever completed. The warehouse took over a year to complete construction and involved many complex construction elements such as pre-cast concrete walls and roof vents installed with a helicopter. The project went smoothly and was finished within the scheduled deadline. Both AJV Steel and AJV Carpentry contributed many hours of labor to this massive structure in order to complete the project on time. 20

PROACT SERVICES SPECS Office & Manufacturing 33,000 SF Project Type: $3,050,000 Size: Cost: ABOUT THE PROJECT ProAct Services wanted a modern office space that matched their brand as well as a highly efficient and functional manufacturing warehouse. The resulting facility proved to fit the bill on all counts. The site features a 27,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and a 6,000 sq. ft. office space, featuring polished concrete floors, an open two-story lobby and floor to ceiling glass walls throughout. 21
