Sequential Recut Concept: Remapping the world

Mapping Maps frame how we conceptualize places, events and relationships in the world we inhabit.

the World Historically early maps were hysterically inaccurate filled with assumptions, lies, and myths.



Inspiration: Honda “Paper” by PES I plan to use the same style of digital col- lage as my montage and animate a small character as they travel and experience the world around them, slowly making a map of their interpretations of the places they visit.

Goals: Exploration: This project will be an ex- ploration of my skills and techniques as a film maker, I also hope to instill a feeling of explo- ration in the viewer. Perspective: I hope my piece will make people think of their perspectives on what they view and how their opinions form.
