31 Jan & 28 Feb 2020 – Mass Toolbox was held at BKMS attended by SILS NGV staffs & RKP, Sime Darby representatives and Petronas NGV personnel. 26 participants for Jan 2020 and 28 participants for Feb 2020 session 11 Feb 2020 – Management By Walkabout was held to identify/highlight any hazards or HSE related matters at workplace. It was led by Mr. Bipin Babulal and 4 NGV personnel 12 Feb 2020 – Blood pressure check was conducted at BKMS office (5 personnel (staffs and RKPs)) 52
14 Feb 2020 – A toolbox meeting was conducted by Command Centre representative, NGV personnel and RKPs 22 Feb & 10 Mar 2020 – Gotong-royong program was held at BKMS, attended by 4 personnel (NGV staffs and RKPs) 53
03 & 04 Mar 2020 – A Behaviour Observation System (BOS) training was held at Level 2 Meeting Room, SILS Port Klang. 9 participants including GHSEQ and NGV personnel 20 Mar 2020 – Health check was 16 Mar 2020 – Monthly meeting and conducted at BKMS to ensure NGV staff Stand Down at BKMS; participated by and RKP were free from any Covid-19 NGV staff and RKPs symptoms 54
