Go to the town The end spring days on a farm are happiestand freshest days of the year. The days grow warmand soft. Templeton, the rat was very happy. Hewas very fat because he eats Wilbur’s slops everyday. One day, Templeton’s cousin came from thetown. Templeton’s cousin gathered much food forTempleton, and he liked very much

“This food is marvelous!” Templeton said. “Go to the town with me, the town has a lot offood and better than the barn. The town food is verydelicious and expensive, and life in town is more fun thanthe barn.” said Templeton’s cousin.

So, Templetonfollowed his cousin to the town.They came to a big house that it ismillionaire’s house and Templeton skulked intomillionaire’s house.He entered under the back door.

Inside the househas good food,expensive, anddelicious.Templetonskulked to eatfood when there isno one in thehouse.

Go out On evening, a few days after the rat had lived in the house, while Templeton was stealing food, he found a spider that it was Charlotte’s daughter. She was blown from the barn and dropped down to millionaire’s house. “Salutations! I’m Alicia.” said Charlotte’sdaughter. But Templeton did not care and it was stilleat. The spider looked sadly because wanted to befriend with Templeton.

Next day, Templeton had found a cockroach.It’s Peter that it was a bad cockroach, selfish, andboasting.“Hey! What is your name?” asked Peter.

“Templeton” replied Templeton. “Do you want much food?” asked Peter. “Of course!” replied Templeton. “If you go out, it’s a big dump that it isn’tfar from the house. Peter said. “Ok! I’m going to dump.” Templetonsaid. And Templeton was in a hurry to goout immediately.

Influencers The big dump has a lot of food such as, a pieceof cheese, sandwich, apple, boiled eggs, custard, etc.Templeton liked very much and he ate deliciouslyeverything. But Templeton did not know that therewas a gang of rat and they were influencers.The other rats did not dare to interfere.

While Templeton was eating, the rat that was agang leader came to Templeton. “Hey! Who are you? Do you know thatno one dares to come here? It is our place, sodon’t steal our food.” gang leader ordered. Templeton did not care and was stilleating because hunger and greed. Therefore,the gang of rat was not satisfied and attackedTempleton. Templeton was very afraid, and itran away to hide

Go back the barn Templeton came back millionaire’s house andstill steal householder’s food. A few days later, thehouseholder was surprised that food disappeared.Everyone in the house help find the cause until foundTempleton’s habitation. The householder decided toraise a cat in the house but Templeton did not know. Next day, while Alicia was spinning a web,Templeton stole food as usual. “Templeton don’t go out, the householder justraise a cat. You must be careful.” Alicia warned withgood wishes. But Templeton did not care, and wasstill stealing food.

Lushen, householder’s cat had smelt Templetonso it took chase and caught to eat Templeton.Templeton ran away desperately until he survivedbecause Alicia’s web. So Lushen got tangled inAlicia’s web.

Templeton came back to his residence and he missedthe barn when he lived the barn, he was very happy, did notfound the brutal society, not hurt, was satiated, good sleep,and had a lot of friends. In the end, Templeton decided to gothe barn. “I would rather eat Wilbur’s slops than living here amongof danger in this city. I am going back to the barn, it is safe andbest for me.” said the rat.

Moral of the story: It is better to live a simple, quiet life than a rich, dangerous one.
