5-AXIS CNC.ONLY AT SCHAEFER YACHTS. Our Schaefer Yachts’ R&D center is equipped with a 5-axis CNC, that is able to machine molds up to 80 feet from a single block with the highest standards of quality, accuracy and finish. This unique construction process is one of the most modern in the world. As a result, Schaefer Yachts holds the honor of being South America’s preeminent builder of recreational boats.
VACUUM INFUSION PROCESSAt Schaefer Yachts, we use an exclusive, vacuum infusion system on the hull, deck, flybridge andstructural parts of each vessel from 36 to 83 feet. The result is a lighter, yet stronger vessel that is more economical to operate, more comfortable to ride on, and safer to navigate.
