Whitefield Area Commerce & Industries Association Interactive Sessions Jul 24 – Aug 20, 2019 WACIA represented by Wcs Srinivas Raju and Hariprasad Reddy met our MLA Mr Arvind Limbavalli and ought his intervention to solve traffic probems around the Hoodi circle impacting the industries and the public Meeting at WACIA with Dr Adilaxmi of ESI Hospital, Mahadevapura regarding upgrading the dispensary. Whitefield Area Commerce & Industries Association Interactive Sessions Jul 24 – Aug 20, 2019 Site meeting at Hoodi circle with DCP East, ACP and Circle Inspector, BBMP Chief Executive Engineer, BESCOM Engineers for first-hand observation of issues like traffic, relocation of transformers, street lighting, dedicated bus stop and lane for smooth flow of traffic at the junction. Meeting continued at WACIA office later. Wacia team headed by President Wc. Ashwathnarayana Swamy included Wcs. Suresh Kumar, Srinivas Raju, Hari Prasad, Selvaraj, Ranga Reddy and Prasanna. Whitefield Area Commerce & Industries Association Learning Sessions Jul 24 – Aug 20, 2019 Session on GST & Union Budget Chaired by President Wc Ashwathnarayana Swamy the session was conducted by Mr N Krishna who dwelt on the Budget and Mr Basavaraja on GST, two renowned experts from ASA & Associates Chairman of the Trade & Industry Committee Wc. Whitefield Area Commerce & Industries Association Other Activities : Jul 24 – Aug 20, 2019 WACIA’s Flood Relief Gesture Generous contribution of relief material including food, clothing, personal care products, medicine etc from 18 member industries worth a total of approx Rs 8 lakhs were collected and reached to the flood victims at Mudigere and Yadgiri of Raichur District WACIA wholeheartedly thanks all the donors and the volunteers for the timely humanitarian assistance to the needy people EC Meeting on Aug 21, 2019
