Jawaharlal Nehru’s birthday is celebrated on 14th November as Children’s Day in India. Kinderwise celebrated this day with a variety of fun filled programmes. Our little chacha Nehru started the celebration.

COMMEMORATION DAY

Every year United Arab Emirates National Day is marked on 2 December. Dubbed the Spirit of the Union, the date marks the unifi- cation of all seven Emirates into one nation. There was a special assembly for kindergar- ten. It started with a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs who gave their life in service for the nation, followed by celebrating the union of the 7 emirates with a wide variety of programmes starting with the national an- them of UAE– Ishi Biladi.

COFFEE EVENING

Coffee evening was conducted on November 19th. It was a very interactive event between the teachers, parents and the children. It was an evening filled with fun conversations and various programmes. The evening that started with a cup of coffee ended up feeling like a family get together.

. Kinderwise Christmas was celebrated on December 10th as a beautiful event with carols, dances and songs. The programmes were a collaborative effort of parents, teachers and students. Our tiny tots were very excited and enjoyed all the programmes along with their family members.

ENRICHMENT PROGRAMME

The enrichment programme was a platform for teachers and parents to be actively involved in their childrens’ education.

PARENT CORNER

Hi Kids, Hope you all are safe and happy. I am here to remind you all about the golden Words. The golden words are: Thank you, Sorry, Please, Ex- cuse me and May I. These golden words bring a smile on every face. These words help us to be polite and kind. It helps us to interact softly with others. All children must use these golden words to their parents, teachers, elders and friends with whom they interact. Let’s grow with good manners. Wishing you all a happy X’mas and a happy new year. Regards, Parent of Ryan (KG2-C)and Ayaan (KG1-B)
