This is best served hot so warming the combined dish under some Alfoil in the oven for ten minutes often enhances it further. Some steamed rice or vegetables round out what is a tasty seafood plate. A glass or two of New Zealand’s best Marlborough white to complement it will push you over the edge and into heaven.
