GO OUTSIDE, close your eyes & take a slow deep breath. and take in all the beauty of nature.
GO OUTSIDE, feel the air coming in through your nose, filling your lungs.
GO OUTSIDE, take off your shoes and socks and sink your bare feet into the grass. Feel your feet connecting with the ground.
GO OUTSIDE, Feel your entire body awareness against the sensation of space in the environment.
GO OUTSIDE, relax your physical body & allow yourself to feel any external sensations like sun or wind on your skin.
