Personal hygiene is the steps you take to keep yourself clean and free of germs. 1

Practicing personal hygiene is very important. It can help you stay healthy! 2

One way to practice personal hygiene is to wash your hands. 3

Wash your hands to wash away dirt and germs. 4

Another way to practice personal hygiene is to trim your nails. 5

Keep your nails short and clean so that dirt and germs cannot get underneath them. 6

Brush your teeth to keep your teeth and gums healthy. 7

Brushing your teeth is a great way to practice personal hygiene. 8

You can also practice personal hygiene by taking a bath or shower. 9

Bathing removes the dirt and germs on your skin that build up during the day. 10
