Our main scope of work is Insulation and Refractory services for Oil and Gas, Bio-Chem, Bio Diesel and other Industrial sectors. We have completed numerous projects around East Malaysia: from south of Johor to the north of Kedah. For eight consecutive years, we are the insulation and refractory maintenance team for Petron Refinery Port Dickson. OUR CREW & CERTIFICATIONS Our operational crew consists of experienced and certified tinsmith, fabricators, insulator, brick mason and helpers. VJC Insulation ensures that all the crew member have the adequate training and certification prior to execution of any work, anywhere. VJC Insulation has its own Safety Health Officer (SHO) for direct reference of SHE issues and Safety related supervision & guidance. OUR SERVICES INSULATION WORKS We provide you with a wide variety of industrial thermal insulation services, each designed to enhance system processes while reducing emissions and energy usage. The thermal insulation materials used for each project are high-quality and have some of the highest R-value energy ratings in the industry. REFRACTORY WORKS VJC Insulation specializes in refractory applications and installations for new and existing industrial furnaces, incinerators, and boilers. We maintain an extensive inventory of refractory materials and castables to meet the needs of any customer. Our plastic refractory materials are high strength and durable and we have gunite, ceramics, and fire bricks as well. Our highly trained professionals can assist you with new construction, refractory repairs, or refractory maintenance needs.
