Texas A&M University—College Station is a public institution that was founded in 1876. It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 53,743, its setting is city, and the campus size is 5,200 acres. It utilizes a semester-based academic calendar.

Student When applying to Admission Texas A&M University--College Station, it's important to note the application deadline is Dec. Scores for either the ACT or SAT test are due Dec. With a GPA of 3.69, Texas A&M requires you to be above average in your high school class. You'll need at least a mix of A's and B's, with more A's than B's. You can compensate for a lower GPA with harder classes, like AP or IB classes. You are automatically admitted if you complete all of Texas A&M's required coursework, rank in the top 25% of your class at the time of application, and have an SAT score of at least 1300 (Math and Critical Reading) with each component at least 600, or an ACT composite of 30 with at least a 27 in English and Math.

Student Life: ● Their athletics department is committed to building champions through academic achievement, athletic excellence, and national recognition of student-athletes, teams, and programs. We are a proud member of the Southeastern Conference, with more than 650 Texas A&M student-athletes competing at the NCAA Division 1-A level in 20 varsity sports. ● Greek life is offered for males and females and their greek life is based off of leadership . ● Most students live on campus in dorms. ● The Student Employment Office is designed to help students pursue their educational goals by providing employment resources and professional development opportunities. Additionally, the Student Employment Office provides the human resources function for students and employers of students at Texas A&M University. The Student Employment Office serves students, departments and local businesses. They maintain an online job database, manage work study programs, and offer professional development workshops for students and supervisors.
