ADOBE INDESIGN CS6  What is Adobe InDesign? Adobe InDesign is a desktop publishing (DTP) and page layout designing software application produced by Adobe Inc. Adobe developed InDesign for the desktop publishing market, and it's primarily used to layout newspapers, magazines, books, posters and flyers. Pretty much anything with large amounts of text should go straight into InDesign. Adobe describes InDesign as \"industry-leading layout and page design software\" for both print and digital. In 2004, Adobe replaced its desktop publishing program PageMaker with InDesign.     1
