Our Team 2021 continued to be a year where our homes became a safe haven Feature Property during lockdown periods, our work headquarters and school of home for Sale learning. With so much time around the house, it prompted many DIY projects, larger scale renovations, and fast tracked decisions to move Feature Property with many buyers seeking a lifestyle shift away from the city or NSW for lease completely. We saw the continuation of record low home loan rates, government stimulus, rebounding economic conditions and improved household savings which stimulated an extraordinary price growth and activity in 2021. USEFUL LINKS: SPOTLIGHT SUBURB Norman Lindsay SPRINGWOOD Gallery In 1815, Governor Lachlan Macquarie and his wife stopped by what Bunker Cafe Macquarie called a spring. The place was later named Springwood: \"Spring\" from the springs in the area, and \"wood\" from the local Springwood Golf Mountain Blue Gums. As a town developed, the main street was named Club Macquarie Road, after Governor Macquarie. Visit NSW - Springwood is the second largest town in the blue mountains with a Springwood bustling shopping strip and lively cafe culture.
