AWARDS & ACHIEVEMENTS STATE LEVEL SWIMMING CHAMPION Getting boosted by a series of spectacular win and medals received, Eshica Ramsnehi, Delhi Public School student of class 11 Science gathered a bounty of rewards and medals in the state level swimming competition. She made marvelous feats in District swimming competitions and won 5 gold medals in various events . Subsequently,she got selected in state level swimming competition to prove her mettle. Her strong conviction ,precision& perseverance made her register spectacular victory in Rajasthan Senior Aquatic Swimming Championship held at Shahpura from 23rd August to 25th August 2022. The medals won by her in various events are as follows: 50 MTR Breaststroke Gold Medal 100 MTR Breaststroke Gold Medal 50 MTR Freestyle Bronze Medal 4 x 100 Freestyle Relay Silver Medal 4 x 100 Medley Relay Silver Medal We feel proud to share that in June, 22 also Eshica broke the State Swimming Record in 100 mtr breaststroke event (Record was 1:28.09 & Eshica achieved in1:26.00) and this made her win 1 gold, 5 silver medals and get selected for the National which was held in Bhuvneshwar. The School Management,the Principal Mr. Sanjay Narvaria ,the HMs and the entire teaching fraternity congratulated her and wished her success in life ahead. THE 16TH INDEPENDENCE CUP INTERNATIONAL KARATE TOURNAMENT’ \"If you can dream it you can do it\" The Karate champs Shanaya Jain and Devika Khichi Both Grade VI Dipsites participated in ‘The 16th Independence Cup International Karate Tournament’ held in New Delhi from 12th to 14th August 2022. Around 2000 participants took part in this grand national event. Shanaya is a black belt in Karate and has won a silver medal. Devika is a brown belt in Karate and bagged the bronze medal. The school Pro Vice Chairman Mr Govind Agarwal, Principal Mr Sanjay Narvaria and DPS Udaipur faculty members wished them all the best for their future endeavors. 1 | Page

SANSKRIT WEEK CELEBRATION & ACCOLADES To promote the language and its rich tradition, Sanskrit Week was organised by Sanskrit Bharti Udaipur in collaboration with Delhi Public school,Udaipur from 10.8.22 to 16.8 22. Various programs and inter-school competions were held during this week. Students of DPS, Udaipur participated in the same and marked their names by winning prizes in different categories. Kritika Vijay bagged First position in 'Sanskrit Shlok Competition'(Junior category). Divisha Gupta won First position in 'Shlok Based Drawing Competition' ( Junior category). Dipsites bagged Third position in 'Group Song in Sanskrit' (Senior Category). Participants were Jhelum Mukharjee, Jhulan Mukharjee, Niharika Supe,Ananya Bharti, Gayatri Bhardwaj,Vaibhavi Athelay & Dakshita Agarwal. 19TH SUB JUNIOR NATIONAL JUMP ROPE CHAMPIONSHIP,2022 There is only one difference between Dream and Aim Dream requires effortless sleep; Aim requires sleepless efforts. Sleep for dreams and Wake up for Aims......” It's a proud moment for us that Aditya Singh Chouhan of grade VIII has won silver medal in under 14 category at 19th Sub Junior National Jump Rope Championship,2022 organised by Jump Rope Federation of India held between July 29 and July 31, 2022 at Hosapete city , Karnataka. Aditya Chouhan not only added a feather in school's crown but also to our state Rajasthan by securing second position. He displayed his talents of rope skipping by performing various movements with the help of rope. SWIMMING CHAMP- UTSAVI DPS UDAIPUR is elated to share an outstanding performances of our student Utsavi Dave of class IX who stood best in many of the swimming competitions, won prizes and medals. She participated in Rajasthan Junior Aquatic which was held at Jaipur from 1st June to 5th June, 2022. She stood first in 50 Mt backstroke, second in 100 Mt backstroke, second in 400 IND.medley, second in freestyle relay 4x200 mt, second in freestyle relay 4x100 mt, second in medley relay 4x100 mt, second in 200 mt , second in backstroke 200 mt. She participated in Rajasthan Senior Aquatic held at Shahpura from 23rd august to 25th august, 2022. she stood third in 400 m, second in freestyle relay 4x100 m, second in med. relay 4x100 m. she also participated in khelo 2 | Page

india women's competition. THE INTERNATIONAL INTER SCHOOL DANCE COMPETITION -2022 DIPSITES OUTSHINE in the International Inter School Dance Competition -2022 Students of Delhi Public School Udaipur bagged 1st prize in \"International Inter School Dance Competition -2022\" organised by ACT UNIVERSAL UAE and ACT UNIVERSAL INDIA. The School Management congratulated the students and wished them many more success ahead.. TEACHING REGIMENTAL WAY OF LIFE The NCC cadets of Delhi Public School, Udaipur with ANO Nasir Suhail Khan under guidance of Camp commander Mr Rajendra Kumar of 1 Raj Naval unit, attended CATC camp at Janardan Rai Nagar, University, Dabok where they practiced many skills like drill, sports, rifle shooting, adventure activities and also participated in cultural programs like group dance, group song, solo song. DPS Udaipur bagged the first position in Drawing competition and shared the first position with St.Paul's school in Tug-of-war competition & secured the second position in the solo song competition. EVENTS & ACTIVITIES 75TH INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION As the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the Independence Day celebrations from the ramparts of the Red Fort in New Delhi, the echoes were heard in the enchanting campus of DPS UDAIPUR. The celebration was honoured by the presence of the esteemed guests Col. Amit Soni and Wing Commander Mudit Chourasia, who hoisted the tri-colour and commenced the cultural programme. The campus was graced with the presence of members of the management, Ms. Mani Agarwal, Mr. Deepak, Mr. Devesh, Ms. Ashita and Ms. Apoorva. The gathering of students, teachers and parents was addressed by the guests who ignited the spirit of patriotism, and stressed the importance of sacrifices made by the freedom fighters. Sanjay Narvaria addressed the august gathering and emphasised the value of freedom and how the utmost priority to be given to our motherland. The cultural extravaganza included speeches and poems in Hindi and English, energetic dance performances and enthusiastic singing of patriotic songs. The special achievers in the varied olympiads were felicitated by the guests and also the students who had note worthy performance in state and district level sports tournaments. They were given certificates of appreciation to mark the special occasion. The 75th Independence Day was in every sense a reminder of the glory of our tri-colour and a call to step forward with belief into the future. 4 | Page

BOOSTING ORATORY SKILLS *For good ideas and true innovation, you need human interaction, conflict,argument, debate.\"* With the aim to boost speaking and listening capabilities of students and instill healthy competitiveness in them , DPS Udaipur organized an interhouse English debate competition for students on 27th August 2022 at the school Amphitheater theatre .The senior students got the opportunity to witness the brainstorming debating session on topic \" During the pandemic, digital technology has made children's life better\".During this Inter house competition, the students presented their views stating pros and cons of digital technology with regard to the student community. The ambience echoed with applause as the participants presented their excellent oratory skills. The judges, Headmistress Ms. Shalini Singh and Cambridge Coordinator Ms Siddhi Ranawat applauded the efforts of all ,stating it was difficult to choose the best amongst all the contestants. The results were as following : • Best speaker for the motion : Nitya Gupta XII (Ravi house) • Best speaker against the motion: Hemisha Bhakshi XI (Satluj House ) • Best interjector :Sana Abbas (Chenab house) 1st Position was bagged by Satluj House 2nd position by Chenab House 3rd position by Ravi House. The School Principal Mr Sanjay Narvaria and the Headmaster Mr.Rajesh Dhabhai congratulated all the winners and boosted the morale of all participants. DEVELOPING CONFIDENCE (DEBATE COMPETITION IN MIDDLE SCHOOL) To develop self confidence and to enhance the spoken skill of children , DPS school had organized an interhouse English debate competition for students of gradeVI to VIII. This program was conducted on 27th August 2022 at Amphitheater theater in the school premises. The topic was \"Books provide better entertainment than television \" .The participants of every house very energetically participated in the session. Exhilarating speech was delivered by our headmistress ma'am Mrs Shalini Singh, who also shared her views on the topic, which really motivated the children . Recitation activities help students to build confidence as they learn to speak more accurately and persuasively about any piece of writing. Keeping this in mind Intra Class Hindi Recitation Competition was organised for pre primary classes on 27th August 2022 at Delhi Public School. Children astonished everyone with their voice modulation and amazing memorizing skills. The themes were fruits, vegetables, festivals and patriotism. It was indeed a pleasure to witness the event. EAT HEALTHY THINK WISE 'Food Is The Need Of Every Living Organism'. To enforce the monthly theme ' Eat Healthy Think Wise ' and to make children understand about nutritive values, importance of food, dignity of labour and nuances of culinary art , they were taken for a field visit to hostel mess. They had experience of being seated in the dining room, store and kitchen visit. They were astonished to see huge equipments, refrigerator, mixer, oven and cooking range. Live cooking session was a learning experience for tiny-tots. JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION On Tuesday, 16th of August 2022, the students of Delhi Public School of class IV - C conducted special assembly on Janmashtami. A splendidly colorful program was organized by the children , where students presented songs, speeches ,dance performances and a short role play. Head Mistress Ms. Shalini Singh addressed the gathering with her motivational words. 6 | Page

INSTILLING ‘HOPE & COURAGE’ Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.’’ Morning assembly makes the students feel fresh, energetic with positive vibrations.Class IV D conducted the assembly on Tuesday, August 23,2022. Theme of the assembly was ‘NEVER GIVE UP’. It began with Vande Matram Song and followed by the prayer. Pledge was taken by Students. News,Speech, Poem and Slogans were presented by students of class IV D. INTER-CLASS COMPETITIONS (INSTILLING HEALTHY TEAM-SPIRIT & SENSE OF AESTHETICS) Craft is a fun way to boost the creativity of the students and evoke in them a sense of appreciation for beauty. Various Inter-Class competitions were organised in DPS, Udaipur for classes VI- X on 20.8.22. Face Painting ( Class -VI) Theme- Animal/ bird/ insect When exploring the world around them, kids learn naturally when they’re given the time and space to explore freely. One of the most popular activities – Paint the Face – provides such freedom and empowers kids to build creative thinking and social skills, confidence and coordination while they doodle, draw, color and create masterpieces on their own faces. They painted their partners' face to showcase their talent and They literally marvelled at this. Gift wrapping: ( Theme- Birthday gift) ( class-VII) Gift packaging is a perfect way to express care and a positive attitude. And eco-friendly gift wrapping ideas will make the gift exchange experience even more beneficial for everyone. Children exposed their beautiful ideas and showed their skills on this art. Mask making: ( Class- VIII) Theme- Janmashtami/ Tricolour A very creative presentation was showcased by the talented artists while preparing splendid masks using different decorative materials like A4 size sheet, ribbon, colourful feathers, decorative material and fevicol. Folder Making: ( Class- IX) Theme- Any sport “Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.” Folder making is one such activity which leads to imagination and creativity where students With this objective to explore the creative potential in our young achievers, an Intra-School Competition in Folder- making (any sport) was conducted by DPS, Udaipur on August 20, 2022 for the students of Grade IX. The children showcased their creative skills in the competition and the result was amazing artwork by almost all. There was a wonderful coordination observed between the curious mind and skilled hands, which resulted as an extra-ordinary craft. This fun filled activity witnessed an enthusiastic participation by all students. Rangoli making competition ( Class-X) Theme- Save water/ Save Earth Rangoli is a fabulous hand drawing art, originating in the Indian subcontinent, in which patterns are created on the floor using materials such as colours, diyas, flower petals, glitters etc. It is a way to express imagination. The students took part in the competition with zest. Innovation and creation are the words that best describe their efforts. 7 | Page

Kudos to all the participants and their zeal to put their best foot forward. Overall it was a fun- filled day with best practices for students. COLLAGE-MAKING & PAPER QUILLING ACTIVITY Delhi Public School udaipur always encourages its students to display their hidden talent through various co-curricular activities . The school provided a platform to the students with a collage-making & Paper quilling activity on 20th August 2022. All the participants created interesting displays as per the given themes. Students were judged on the basis of their creativity, innovation, precision and overall presentation .The students enjoyed the competition very much. HINDI RECITATION COMPETITION \"Poetry comes alive to me through recitation\" An Interclass Hindi Recitation Competition was held for the children of Grade VI on 10th of August, in the DPS school premises.The theme for the competition was Patriotism. Children very enthusiastically recited the patriotic poems of various great poets and filled the atmosphere with patriotism. Headmaster Sir and Principal Sir motivated the students with their words of wisdom and congratulated the winners. HURDLE RACE COMPETITION ' Every race is like a training and preparation ' Keeping up with the school’s tradition of putting health and fitness first ,the students of classes Nursery to Prep participated in Intra Class Hurdle Race Competition on 17 th August ,2022 with zeal and enthusiasm. AZADI KE REAL HEROES Children are great imitators; give them something great to imitate.” Role Play is an activity presenting a small act where the participants get an opportunity to imitate different character. A Role Play Competition was organised on 16th August 2022 on the theme “Azadi ke Real Heroes”. This competition is intended to increase the feeling of patriotism . It offers a chance to the participants to gain experience, showcase speaking and presentation skills and uncover personal aptitude. The objective of this competition was not only to blend learning with fun but also to develop confidence in the little ones. The excitement of our young actors knew no bounds as they waited eagerly for their turn to perform. The students portrayed themselves as famous national leaders with great conviction and confidence. It proved to be a great learning experience.The dialogues and enactment of Shahid Bhagat Singh, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Mrs. Sarojini Naidu, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Pt. Jawarharlal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, created a visual treat. HEROES OF THE FREEDOM A patriotic vibe was set amongst Dipsites on the rainy morning of 12th August , when class VIII A conducted an assembly highlighting the Unsung Heroes of the Freedom Struggle . A devotional prayer was sung seeking blessings from the Almighty, which was followed by rendition of songs Vande Mataram and Sare Jahan Se Acha by Dipsites choir ( consisting of 100 students) ,thus creating a feeling of patriotism amongst spectators. The choir represented at The Railway Training institute and be the part of mass patriotic song singing presentation by one crore students to make world record ,an initiative taken by Rajasthan government. Poems showing the love for one's country and great thoughts about the affection towards our motherland were presented by Darshan, Fatima , Riddhima and Kumaresh. News was showcased by Pragya and Arsh. Then Ananya, Yagya, Shourya , Sana , Hitarth and Vania apprised the audience by celebrating the life of six Unsung Warriors who struggled hard to attain independence for our country. Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay, Durgawati Devi, Batukeshwar Dutt, Adbul Gaffar Khan and Pengali Venkayya. Later the entire class set the choir for singing ' Hum Hindustani' on stage and became a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava. The assembly concluded with two dance performances dedicated to our nation by Prratishtha, Ariv and Adamya. It was followed by some inspiring words from the Principal Sir and the Headmaster Sir. The sense of nationalism was instilled further by singing of the National Anthem. AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV - EK RECORD DESH KE NAAM\" 'Patriotism' is not a word, it's an ocean of emotions. It is the feeling of love, devotion, and sense of attachment to one's country. This attachment can be a combination of many different feelings, language relating to one's own homeland, including ethnic, cultural, political or historical aspects. To inculcate the same feeling of patriotism in the students, patriotic group song was to be conducted by all the schools and colleges. It was to be sung at the same time by all to create a world record. DPS, Udaipur, participated in the noble cause n perfomed the group activity. Students' enthusiasm was at peak while performing it. Chairman Mr. Govind Agarwal, Principal Mr. Sanjay Narvaria, Headmaster Mr. Rajesh Dhabhai , Headmistress Mrs. Shalini Singh and the teaching & the Non- teaching staff felt motivated and appreciated this initiative for the celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. INSTILLING SENSE OF UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD The students of DPS, Udaipur celebrated Rakshabandhan in the \"SP office\" and in the \"Pacific hospital\" with joy and happiness. In SP office, Students tied beautiful handmade rakhis to Mr. Vikas Sharma ( SP) and other police officers. In Pacific hospital, doctors seemed overjoyed to see the students with rakhis. They were warmly greeted by Ms. Preeti and Aman Agrawal along with Dr. Atulabh Vajpayee.The students were given a tour of the Neurology department. The purpose of the celebration was to make them special and that we do realize the fact \" They are our protectors.\" The purpose was served rightfully. 10 | Page

EDU CUM RECREATIONAL TRIP On 10.08.22 students of pre primary went on field trips to Reliance Fresh store and Hygienic organic store as a part of extended learning on 'Eat Healthy and Think Wise' The children were super excited to visit the stores. Field trips provide every student with real world experiences. There they came to know about from where we purchase fruits , vegetables, grocery items etc. They were shown different sections of the stores ( fresh fruits and vegetables section, grains section, toiletry section , dairy section/ frozen food section, canned goods and toys section) .Teachers explained them how things bought and payment is done. This visit gave little ones an opportunity to see, smell and learn about commodities that are available in shopping stores. CELEBRATING GRANDPARENTS DAY: INSTILLING VALUES Grandparents are the family’s greatest treasure, the founders of a loving legacy, the greatest storytellers, and the keepers of tradition. To honour them students of Delhi Public School , Udaipur of class IV - B conducted an assembly on Grandparents Day on 2nd August'22. The programme began with Vande Matarm followed by the Prayer. Many power packed speeches, poem and songs sung by the students left the spectators spellbound and thoroughly mesmerized. The Principal Sir Mr. Sanjay Narvaria addressed the gathering and encouraged the students for putting up scintillating performances for their grandparents. SPREADING COLOURS OF JOY \" Colours are brighter when the mind is open\". A colouring competition was organised in pre primary where students brought in their colorful imagination on canvas. Children participated with zeal and showed their talent .It helped them to explore new ideas, creativity as well as sense of colors. 11 | Page

CELEBRATION OF GANESH CHATURTHI Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated as the birthday of lord Ganesha ,the symbol of wisdom and remover of obstacles . A special assembly was conducted by the students of LKG- A on 31st August 2022. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi students chanted shlokas, shared amazing facts about Ganesh Chaturthi and presented a group dance. The Parents invited also showcased their talents and did various acts such as devotional solo and group dance performances. Children of classes Nursery and Prep did craft activities like decorating lord Ganesha's face and creating Lord Ganesha from green leaves. The atmosphere was filled with devotion and students were beaming with joy . INCULCATING PHYSICAL AGILITY & ESTEEM National Sports Day is celebrated India on August 29th , on the birth anniversary of hockey legend ,Major Dhyan Chand . Sports help children develop physical skills ,get exercise, make friends ,have fun ,learn team work ,learn to play fair and improve self esteem. To reassure these values, National Sports Day was celebrated in pre primary wing . Children enjoyed throughly playing fun game & learning the values of confidence & team-work. 12 | Page

(SCHOLASTIC INITIATIVES) PARENTS - TEACHERS MEET The first parents teachers meet for the session 2022-23 for Sr & secondary, pre primary and primary were held on 20th, 23rd, 24th and 25th of August 2022 respectively at Delhi Public School Udaipur. The PTM was scheduled after the periodic tests and before the half Yearly Examination to give the parents as well as the teachers an opportunity to interact with one another regarding the performance and progress of the students. The PTM came to an end with the conclusion that joint effort, mutual understanding and co-operation of parents and teachers is very important for the proper nourishment and progress of students. SLOGAN WRITING COMPETITION \"Give Words to your Thoughts.” In order to create awareness and alter young generation's outlook towards nature \"Delhi Public School Udaipur organized a “Slogan writing competition” for students of classes 4th and 5th on burning topics i.e. Importance of Hygiene & Harmful effects of using plastic A good slogan helps to attract the attention of the people about the topic and enable to produce information to potential audience all across the world. The motive of the event was to make young minds know the importance of Hygiene and Harmful effects of using plastic. Simultaneously, \"Show and Tell\" competition was organised for classes I to III to give their speaking skills a boost and provide wings to their thoughts. The students participated with great enthusiasm. FRIENDSHIP DAY CELEBRATION Friendship plays valuable role in our life it was deemed to fit to have a day dedicated to friends and friendship .The friendship that blossom in the tender years of pre school plays an important part in lives of children. It's a life long bond . On Saturday 6th August 2022 students of pre primary celebrated friendship day 13 | Page

.They were told about importance of the day and did activities related to the same . They made friendship tree with hand printing and creative cards .They went home not only wearing friendship bands but also lovely smile. SHOW AND TELL Delhi Public School, Udaipur recently organized a Show and tell competition for grade I to III students. \"show and tell' is an important part of a child's learning development, as it helps them to organize information and build their confidence. It's also a great way to encourage child's interest in a particular topic and a chance for children to think outside the box a little. With the aim of providing an opportunity to develop effective communication skills and to build their confidence, a ‘show and tell’. competition was organized by the school. Students learned and experienced public speaking The kids spoke on different topics like My toy, Plant , my car, my favourite book, etc.. They described the objects with a lot of confidence, facial expressions and voice modulation. Overall, the show was a spectacular learning experience for the kids. SOLO SONG COMPETITION: To bring out the singing talents of students, an inter house solo song competition was organized in Delhi Public School per the students of classes I to V from grade I -44, grade II – 58, grade III – 71, grade IV – 46 and from grade V -58 students put forth their enthralling performance. The children sang with confidence and passion. The mellifluous songs pulled the heart - strings of the audience. DEVELOPING AESTHETIC SENSE (RAKSHABHANDAN CELEBRATION) India's festivals reflect the country's rich cultural abundance .Breaking the humdrum of daily routine these festivals bring with them a wave of excitement, happiness and hope. On the auspicious occasion of Rakshabhandan, students of class Prep C conducted special assembly to understand the true value , essence of this festival and sacred bond of brother and sister. Parents of class Prep C were invited to witness the class assembly. Children highlighted the significance of the festival, presented solo and group dances .Mothers participated in ' Thaali Decoration '. It was a delightful celebration which made the environment full of joy and festivity. 14 | Page

INTER HOUSE EVENTS After a post covid time to keep the student's enthusiasm high and make them more energies Inter house events conducted in various games and all students from class 6-12 participated in this with high spirit. For students of class 6-8th and 9-12th (boys & girls)Inter House Penalty shootout competition was conducted from 22-24 Aug. In Junior group (Boys) Chenab house was winner & Satluj house was runner up. In Senior Boys group Ravi house was winner and Satluj house was runner up. In girls category Ravi house was winner & Ganga house was runner up. From 29-31 Aug Inter house football competition was conducted. In girls category Satluj house was winner & Ravi house bagged runner up position. In Junior Boys category Ravi house was winner & Satluj house was runner up. In Senior Boys category Satluj house was winner & Ganga house was runner up. All the students participated in these competition with great zeal and enthusiasm. CAMBRIDGE SCHOOL ACTIVITIES REPORT SESSION 2022-23 ASSEMBLY ON THE THEME-\"HEALTH IS WEALTH Students of Primary Year One (Cambridge) conducted the assembly on the theme-\"Health is Wealth , Healthy Eating Habits\" . They conveyed this message through Thought of the day and by reciting poems about balanced food and some healthy eating habits to their fellow mates. The students enacted a play wherein they narrated the importance of healthy food in our life. The Headmistress Ms. Shalini Singh congratulated the best performers of the various competitions. LEARNING ORIGAMI 'Happiness is .......... When you find yourself amongst club of ORIGAMI trees, cats, dogs, foxes and shoal of fish'. Students of CAIE at Delhi Public School Udaipur learnt this art of paper folding which is associated with Japanese culture. Learning the basic folds and making eye catching objects out of it and as they learn they improve their fine motor skills. They looked overjoyed as they learnt and competed with each other. 17 | Page

TEACHING GOOD MANNERS Good manners play a very important role in our life. These are actually a set of behaviour to get along with others. These values are taught by our parents, family members, our teachers and society which add to our personality. A special assembly was conducted by students of Early Years One , Early Years Two and Early Years Three at CAIE (Delhi Public School Udaipur).Speech on Importance of Good Manners, Thought of the Day, Good Manners Chart and Quotes on Good Manners were shared by the students . As they participated in the assembly, they not only enjoyed but also learnt magic words. RAKSHABANDHAN CELEBRATION Our rich Culture and traditions have been the guidelines for us in every sphere of our lives. One such is celebrating the Festival of Bond that is Rakshabandhan. Students of CAIE at Delhi Public School Udaipur celebrated this festival by making traditional Rakhi ( the red square piece of cloth has whole moong and is tied with auspicious red thread). Students offered Rakhi to the Almighty to seek blessings to guide them on the path of righteousness. 18 | Page

CELEBRATION OF ' BIRTH OF LORD KRISHNA' Celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna who enchants everyone with his playful mischief, students of CAIE at Delhi Public School Udaipur showed lot of zeal and joyousness. They learnt about different names with which Lord Krishna is remembered.They enjoyed bathing Lord Krishna and dressing him up with beautiful clothes mormukut, garland, etc.They offered Prasad and fruits to the almighty and sang holy so GANESH CHATURTHI CELEBRATION 'May lord Ganesha, the mentor, the protector and the remover of obstacles enlighten our lives!' Students of Primary year 1 conducted an assembly on Ganesh Chaturthi. They narrated the stories which conveyed the message of not to be proud of the wealth we possess.They learnt about the importance of 'Ganesha Chaturthi'. and sang bhajan 'Jai Ganesh Deva......' taught by the music teacher, ma'am Mandakini. The assembly concluded with the Ganesh Aarti .The little ones felt motivated by the presence of the School Principal, Mr. Sanjay Narvaria and HM, Ms. Shalini Singh. INSTILLING ‘LIFE-SKILLS’ “Tell me and l forget, Teach me and l remember, Involve me and l learn!” Students of CAIE at Delhi Public School Udaipur visited the mall where they had first hand experience of the various topics taught to them in the classroom. 19 | Page
