Above and Beyond Organics™ www.microsoil.com MicroSoil® NewsIt’s Time to Reap What We’ve Sown 1
The Origin of the MicroSoil® ProductI was once told that, “Opportunity does not leave, it just goes to someone else, and if you were notprepared to capitalize on that opportunity, it would make you look like a fool.” Therefore, I alwayskept an open mind to ideas and projects everyone presented to me, and this “organic fertilizer” thingjust felt good and right for some unexplained reason? Perhaps it was due to the fact that I grew up onmy grandfather’s farm in Colorado, which was, as I now know, a totally organic and self-sustainingfarming operation. My grandfather raised seven children and went to town in a horse drawn wagononce every month or so. He never even owned a tractor. He did EVERYTHING with two blackhorses named Jack and Prince. Now, I wish I had taken more interest in his farming methods. I justhad a strong sense and gut feeling that “organic fertilizer” was a special opportunity that I needed topay attention to, so I did. I then poured my entire focus and life into making MicroSoil® a viableasset for small farmers and large commercial growers around the world. And we now have customersand even governments seeking our MicroSoil® products and knowledge. You ever “Miss the Boat? Boy, I sure have, I’m sorry to admit. However, 25 years ago I had the opportunity of working with an Einstein, a Greek genius working on a cancer cure using enzymes. Ironically, several years later, cancer took his life. He had many formulas and projects to help mankind, one of which was a formula for an “Organics Soil Supplement”which he was no longer interested in pursuing. We became quite close friends, so one day when hewanted to go to Las Vegas and he needed some extra money, he sold me his formula and gave me thekeys to the MicroSoil® we make today. So in January of 1996, a lady in Dallas, Texas, Holly, whohad worked with me for 15 years, and I each put up $600.00 and Biomassters was born. Since thattime, we have upgraded the MicroSoil® formula only with higher amounts of the ingredients. Wewere 20 years ahead of the time when organics would be a staple fertilizing norm for the world’scommercial food crop industry. Yes, others may have organic products, but not one of them hasmatched our results since 1996, as our MicroSoil® formula is still far superior in many ways.TODAY, China is advocating and enacting laws requiring that growers use less chemicals anduse more organic farming methods. We now have a company in India that sells products in 22countries, and is adding our MicroSoil® Products to their line of organic products. One of thiscompany’s Director’s family members was instrumental in getting their government to pass a lawthat, throughout India, 10% of any/all fertilizers sold in India MUST BE ORGANIC. The USA isalso waking up and accepting Organic Traditional Farming Methods as cost effective, feasible, andnecessary when elevating the nutrient values in our food crops. Another of our distributors inCalifornia, who owns and operates a large food brokering operation, told me just last week that 30%of the foods sold now are Organic. Our 23-year distributor in Mexico, Sra. Irma, continues toexpand her Organic operation. Also, our South Texas friends are preparing for an Organic bonanzain the citrus and vegetable arenas this coming Fall. In Zimbabwe, Africa, the government approvedour Organic MicroSoil® Products for registration, importation, and use based just on all the testingand trials depicted on our website. Organics finally are becoming mainstream all over the world, andyou and I are at the earliest stage of this incredible OPPORTUNITY. Your commitment to represent, market, and sell our products is greatly appreciated and we want you to know that you have ourcommitment to support those efforts 100%. It has been a pleasure working with you these past 23years. It has often been said that, “Commitment makes your life work”.For Once Committed, Providence Moves Also. 2
The Agriculture Industry is Booming WorldwideMicroSoil® distributors, farmers, and growers can rest well tonightknowing that their crops will increasingly be in demand worldwidein the coming years, GUARANTEED, see the facts below. Feeding the Growing World Population? The world population is growing by 83-million people per year, with morethan 800-million people going to bed hungry each night (that’s 1 out of every 9people on earth). EXAMPLE: In China alone, the global food crisis is exemplified, by the factthat it has 20% of the world’s population but less than 10% of the world’sfarmland, most of which is not usable to grow crops. China’s agricultureproblems are partly due to pollution from large industrial plants that dump toxicwaste and sewage into water systems used by farmers, rendering irrigationsystems and soils unusable to grow crops. As well, the widespread use ofchemical pesticides and fertilizers in farming has caused 20-million hectares ofsoils to become toxic, some 4-8 feet deep with contamination. Adding to China’s food crisis is that fact that, in 2015, the Chinesegovernment’s “one-child limit” per family was modified to allow two childrenper family, which immediately accelerated the country’s population growth.Despite this, in order to further counteract the aging of the population, thegovernment is considering removing all limits on the number of children allowedper family, by the end of 2018. UPDATE: MicroSoil® & MacroFoliage® Consistently Grow Citrus Crops Bigger and Better in Rio Grande Valley, South TexasIn late 2016, the founders of Pegasus Soil Solutions®, LLC worked together with Biomassters Global,Inc. to develop a proprietary multifaceted protocol to grow a “Mars Orange” crop for a large growerlocated in the Rio Grande Valley in southern Texas. The citrus crop was treated with algae and humic acid (as sources of carbon), MicroSoil®, andMacroFoliage® later at flowering. The harvest produced more oranges that were 30% larger, withdeeper orange colored meat, darker green colored and healthier leaves, and less drops. Thestriking results are best summarized by the grower’s photos below (December 2016).In May and July 2017 a different grove of “earlies” used for juice was treated under the supervision ofa university’s PhD agronomist using an even more advanced protocol that included a morecomprehensive nutrient application with particle size reducing Aqua-Yield® nano-technology. Theharvest in late October 2017 had a yield of 30T/acre, a better than 50% yield increase compared tothe normal yield of 18-20T/acre for the same grove. The original citrus trial results shown below were so successful, that the commercial growerdecided to use our MicroSoil® and MacroFoliage® on an additional 10,000 acres of his “MarsOrange” citrus crop. Not only is the commercial grower pleased with the resulting quality andquantity of his oranges, but also his crop has no insects or diseases which regularly plague citruscrops in Southern Texas. The 3 photos (top row left)show more orange fruitsper tree with less drops, and the darker, healthierleaves.Mars Oranges, grown earlyin the season, are prized fortheir sweet flavor and thinrind. The 3 photos (bottom rowleft) show 30% larger fruit, 5inches across (normal cropis only 3.5 inches). Organic Vineyards Reduce Pesticide Use But Do Not Increase Pest Prevalence The Organic Center—Bringing You the Science Behind OrganicJune 19, 2018—It is commonly believed that while organic farming reduces pesticide use, itcan also increase pest infestations if non-chemical control is not sufficient to keep pestpopulations in check. Now, a new study published in the Journal of Applied Ecology has tested this hypothesis tounderstand how pest pressure changes as the number of organic farms in the landscapeincreases.Researchers quantified infestations of two pathogens and five insect pests as well aspesticide use and crop productivity in 42 vineyards. They found that while organicvineyards utilized significantly less pesticides, their pest infestations were no different fromconventional vineyards utilizing pesticides on the farm. They also did not lead to changes inpest prevalence in the surrounding agricultural landscape. Findings also showed thepresence of semi-natural habitat near or on farms correlated with decreased pestinfestations.“Our results clearly indicate that policies promoting the development of organic farming inconventional vineyard landscapes will not lead to greater pest and disease infestations, butwill reduce the pesticide treatment intensity and maintain crop productivity. Moreover, theinteractions between semi-natural habitats in landscape and local farming practices suggestthat the deployment of organic farming should be adapted to landscape contexts,” theauthors concluded. https://www.organic-center.org/organic-vineyards-reduce-pesticide-use-but-do-not-increase-pest-prevalence/ 13
