All calculations of any mobile and industrial machinery areperformed by expert mechanical engineers under customerdemands. Preliminary calculations are made after required datahave been taken from customers which shall be used in relationwith the machinery to be constructed. Final corrections are madewith the customer and the calculations are completed under thefeatures demanded.

After the calculations of the machinery or vehicle to beconstructed in accordance with the customer demands arecompleted, the Hydraulic and Pneumatic projects are prepared.The circuit schemes are prepared in accordance with theoperation principle. 3D solid models of the system to beprepared based on circuit scheme prepared in compliance withthe project are drawn and prepared for manufacturing.

The metal sheets for the power units which their project anddesign have been completed are rendered through bendingprocedure after the same have been cut with laser. The systemassembly is performed at the unit assembly line in accordance withthe circuit scheme and solid model after welding, required cleaningand painting procedures have been completed. The system istested after all procedures are completed and made ready fordelivery.

Malfunction detection, maintenance – repair and revisionprocedures at the location are diligently performed by expertengineers and other technical personnel under customer demands.In case of any problem in the product or system delivered withinthe scope of after sales services then, required expertise isconducted by expert technical personnel and procedures requiredto solve the problem are implemented as soon as possible.

Özkan Hidrolik which has a very wide hydraulic and pneumaticproduct portfolio renders sales and after sales services of newproducts included as result of years of experience, customerdemands and developments in sector. The company renders suchservices along with its 11 mechanical engineers, totally 55 expertpersonnels in its principal premises. Also our company serves 62cities in Turkey and exports to 13 foreign countries.

Özkan Hidrolik which renders consultancy services for manycompanies, renders any technical support in product developmentand new product design for companies.

Each personnel employed in Özkan Hidrolik should take trainingrequired in relation with his/her department. Outsourced trainingis also provided under demands from departments apart from in-service trainings. Training is also given by Özkan Hidrolik underdemands from dealers and customers apart from theaforementioned. The training required may also be taken fromcompanies abroad in relation with the matters demanded.

The project department is constituted of mechanical engineersand all personnel are specialised in hydraulic system design. Also,the manufacturers which manufacture industrial machinery andmobile vehicle and vehicle top equipment, which are active in themarket are allocated to their personnel by the departmentmanager and therefore, each personnel is also specialised in itsown field.

The sales department is performs sales in 3 separate branchesunder coordination of sales director as Hydraulic Sales, PneumaticSales and Electronic Sales. The sales teams are constituted ofmechanical engineers and technicians and specialised in their workwith the years of experience. We are professional in our ownproduct groups in a manner to respond to any customer demandsand we also have information about the products of the competitorcompanies.

The Sales Technical Support Department which is operated undersales department renders consultancy services from the beginningof whole procedure in product supply and project and systemdesigns which shall be used in machinery manufacturing andrenders any services in design, manufacturing and operationprocedures.

The Marketing Department is from project origin and constitutedof mechanical engineers and diligently performs any marketingactivities with its team to protect existing clients and includingnew customers; performs market research, market planning,competitor analysis, dealer studies and promotion activities.Marketing researches are constituted of sector and publicagencies and institutions and continuously supported withregional visit plans.

The works of the competitors are pursued in detail with the visitsmade and researches performed. Routine visits are made to existingdealers, their training needs are detected, required works arecoordinated and dealer management is executed. Also, routine visitprograms are drafted for OEM clients and contact is preserved for 7/24for their all new projects. Works in coordination are performed withthe project department for all such works. Promotion activities for allcompanies of which the company is their distributor and for theirawareness are densely performed. Publicity is made continuously atsector and specialised publications and the company participates tosector and specialised fairs. General and sector catalogue andpromotion works are performed and continuous advertisement isexecuted.

The import and export department continues its works with ateam which works together for years. A well-deserved successreveals as result of coordinated works with sales and marketingdepartments.

The Financial Affairs Department is constituted of finance andaccounting personnel who have been working together for manyyears. The results of assessments made at department meetingson the finance of the customers are shared with the customerrepresentatives and risk assessments are made. The financialanalysis drafted as weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annuallyguide the company strategies and enlightens the newinvestments.
