2017 MessageDon’t be fooled – Charm is deceptiveGood day,The Apostle Paul says – “…I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preachedto others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.” (1 Corinthians 9:27). Let me begin by sayingthat this is not a judgement message but a way in which we can take a look at ourselves and evaluateourselves, our lives and our Christian beliefs as we begin 2017. Paul is speaking derogatively to his veryown body. – He says that he makes his own body a slave. But the course of this message is to alignwith the Will and Purpose of God in this new year.As we begin 2017 let’s look deep into our spirits as a Church and also strike ourselves so that we toodon’t get disqualified. Let me share with you a secret - the Bible says “How narrow is the gate anddifficult the road that leads to life, and few find it. (Matthew 7:14)The Lord says that difficult is the road that leads to life and few find it. Listen the road is difficult andyou still have to find it. The question is have you found it? – is the road that you are on leading you toeternal life. As you read the message and find some parts difficult – praise the Lord you are on the rightroad. Because my friend “Charm is deceptive…” (Proverbs 31:30)Today I want us to look at the message that God has put into my spirit to share with you and theChurch. I saw a Pastor preaching on YouTube the other day and in the opening of his Sermon he saidsomething that caught my attention. He said “we love you Lord Jesus lead us to do your will sothat at the end of this message we may come out better than when we came in” (how he said itwas what caught my attention – he said it with such great sincerity) – but the Pastor had a gigantictattoo on his arm with his shirt folded down so that everyone could see this gigantic tattoo. My spiritsank and cried out to God at that moment as I recognise and believe that every Church in the worldwants to do God’s will – no one in this entire world wants to do Satan’s will – except of course if they areSatanist.The question than that comes to mind is why are we lost if we are sincerely wanting to do God’s will.Paul says “For I testify about them that they are zealous for God, but not on the basis of knowledge.”(Romans 10:2) Listen my brother and sister – this knowledge that is talked about here is not secularknowledge it is not textbook knowledge, it is not a physics textbook knowledge - No! – it is divineknowledge. So as we continue - the Lord wants to speak with you and answer this question of whysome of us are lost and there is another matter to discuss.I was watching the amazing worship teams from River’s Church in Johannesburg and Hillsong fromAustralia – when these groups sing I know that God does something in my life - as the worship songsthey sing really bring me personally closer to my Jehovah Jireh, Rapha, Nissi, Al Shaddai – yet God thansays something to me during my worship – I caught myself looking onto the stage - I see womenwearing pants and I ignored it and I told the Lord it’s ok, and the Lord says no its not ok. – He says mypeople have forsaken me, my people have left my ways – (Jeremiah 2:13) the women have left the wayof Sarah, Rahab – [like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her lord. You are her daughters ifyou do what is right and do not give way to fear.] (1 Peter 3:6) - the women have forgotten me – theyknow nothing about carrying my cross. The Lord wants me to sermon this matter to you ladies in thismessage.The final matter concerns our brothers and sisters who love God so much it hurts but at the same timethe devil misleads from doing the call of God in their lives. - I was chatting to my cousin over theholidays – he did not want to celebrate Christmas neither did he want to celebrate New Year’s Eve - hefound this behaviour as paganist type behaviour that is not glorifying God – I get the sense it isbehaviour that leads men from the purpose which God has called us for.Through this message, God Himself wants to speak to us all and bring revelation to these subjects if wewill allow Him. I want to begin by outline the Words of Jesus Christ –as He says: “My sheep hear myvoice, and I know them, and they follow me.” (John 10:27) I was saved by Jesus Christ of Nazareth andI have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in thebody, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me”. (Galatians 2:20).The Lord speaks and wants to share a simple word today with you my Pastor with a tattoo, my sisterwith pants on, my cousin who does not believe in Christmas or New Year’s and to you who love JesusChrist - He says \"I the LORD do not change… “ (Malachi 3:6) so - \"Do not cut your bodies for the dead orput tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD.” (Leviticus 19:28) This commission was givenduring the Jewish/Israelites great track through the desert. The Lord had just set Jews/Israelites free from 400 years ofoppression and now the Lord Himself was laying down the foundation for how we should live.Let me repeat the Lord’s words for you - Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks onyourselves. I am the LORD. (Leviticus 19:28) and to close this matter I am going to also close it onlywith the words of God - \"I the LORD do not change…” (Malachi 3:6). That my fellow brothers andsisters settles it. Praise be to God.There is something that the Lord wants me to bring to your attention today my Pastor – the Lord hasclearly said in His word as it is written in (1 Timothy 4:1) – “…in the last days some will turn away fromthe true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons.” I want tohighlight something important here. I don’t so much as to want to highlight the fact of the ‘falling away’as much as to highlight ‘the teaching’. The Holy Spirit says that the ‘teaching’ will be coming fromdemons. Demons work only for the devil because the Lord said – “44 You are of your father, the devil, andit is your will to practice the lusts and gratify the desires [which are characteristic] of your father.He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenhe speaks a falsehood, he speaks what is natural to him, for he is a liar [himself] and the father of lies and ofall that is false.” (John 8:44) – The conversation that Jesus was having here was certainly not to mansince man is made in the image of God “Let us make man in our Image” (Genesis 1:26) – but Jesus wasaddressing the demons that had possessed the men who would not believe Jesus.If we read in other passages of the Bible – In (II Thessalonians 2:3) “Let no one in any waydeceive or entrap you, for that day will not come unless the apostasy comes first [that is, the greatrebellion, the abandonment of the faith by professed Christians], and the man of lawlessness isrevealed, the son of destruction [the Antichrist, the one who is destined to be destroyed]. Jesus says toabandonment is to leave, reject, desert, relinquish and to neglect a thing.My Pastor and worshiper and Jesus Christ lover let me humbly bring this to your attention again – andplease ask the true Living God and the Holy Spirit to help you (I will pray now – if you sincerely openyour heart to welcome, receive and accept this prayer – fire will fall upon you now as I pray this prayer -Father please open the eyes of the reader and of your people and those who are called byYour Name in Jesus Almighty Wonder Working Name – I have prayed over this prayer and Jesussays \"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be donefor them by my Father in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19) it is done for you)God said in His word in (Malachi 3:6) \"I the LORD do not change…” therefore if God does not change -God Himself could not have established that its ok to put tattoo marks on our bodies or on bodies.Because if God said that its ok - it would most certainly mean that God has changed His mind or it wouldmean that God has lied.And I am sure you agree with me to say that God does not change - according to His very own Wordand God does not lie according to His very own word. Please note that I am only quoting God’s Words toyou my Pastor, my worshiper and my Jesus Christ lover. Paul said something that outlines thecharacteristics and nature of God the Father through Jesus Christ of Nazareth and by the leading of theHoly Spirit – “Let God be true, (AMEN!!!) and every human being a liar… “ (Romans 3:4) It is than quiteclear that It is impossible for God to lie because God is not a liar.With this said we can only come to the logical conclusion that what is happening to us now – it comesfrom demons – it comes from lying spirits. It has also come to signify and fulfil a time that God spokeabout through the Holy Spirit – by saying that in the last days some will turn away from the true faith;they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons. If we have a tattoo what doesthat mean – who told us it was ok, don’t be fooled (Charm is deceptive “ – (Proverbs 31:30)Also, It is not a you (personal) thing my Pastor it’s an us thing, we are together in this - as Jesus Christonce said to Paul - \"Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?” – (Acts 9:4). The Lord is saying that Paulwas kicking against himself because - if he is kicking against God Himself it means he is kicking hisCreator in turn kicking himself.So, my Pastor this is our concern as a Church. The Thessalonians Scripture above says – “…theabandonment of the faith by professed Christians…”. Professed refers to us who have said I am aChristian – to those who are acknowledging that they are Christians, to those who vowed that they areChristian – to those who have declared that they are Christians – yes, my brother and sister let us notleave ourselves out.Anyways if it did not happen to us as professed Christians it would simply mean that God has lied oncemore according to our accession. Because we are Christians who have not fallen away. The questionthan comes which Christians have fallen away? and if they have fallen away - why have I done nothing 2|Page

about it? So long as they hold the name Christian they are part and parcel of the family of Jesus Christin a way – and these are not secular Christians – they are actually genuine Christians who took to theteachings of demons - so, if I have a tattoo – I have than said that God changes His mind or has liedmeaning that I have either changed the Word of God to suit me or I have fallen away – and if I havefallen away it is than clear that a demon has taught me.Hence Pastor this is our matter as Christians – we need to wake up from the rule of demons in ourlifetime and get into the order of God before rapture comes – before we find ourselves outside the orderof God. We are theoretical intended to be selfless – we are hypothetically supposed to care little tonothing about ourselves – nevertheless if we care little about ourselves why do we do nothing about theprofessed Christians who have fallen away? – and if we have? why are they not with us? and if theyare? it means that we are perfect and if we are? – does that mean that God Himself lied when He saidthere will be a falling away? Or simply we are permitted to have tattoos – changing God’s word andsaying we have not fallen away? – Let’s remember Paul’s words again - “…I strike a blow to my bodyand make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for theprize.” (1 Corinthians 9:27). Here is the introspection – will you qualify with a tattoo on your hand afterseeing that Scripture that talks about tattoos? Don’t answer allow that to be your take home meditationquestion.I want to highlight a clear-cut point and picture for you – God stated in the Bible that – “Now theserpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made…?\" (Genesis 3:1). MyPastor I want to tell you and give you this revelation if you will have it and if you will allow me. Thisstatement is not told to you and me by Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit – no my good sir it is not - it isGod the Father Himself who says it.He says it because He knows Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour’s Word and what was said when He wascreating the spirit of Praise (Lucifer) and because He knows how the Holy Spirit accomplished theperfection of the cleverest spirit with a single purpose which was to honour and glorify God – meaning toyou and me that the Threefold Godhead is saying something too powerful for us to ignore and tounderstand. Think about this - when you are buying a gift for your father – you go through lengths tomake sure it’s the perfect gift - that it’s the best gift – so now, think about how the Lord Jesus Christand The Holy Spirit must have created the best gift for God the Father – as they are One.If you read that Scripture (Genesis 3:1) carefully you will note that the devil was able to fool Adam andEve – here is the crux – Adam and Eve were full of the Glory of God at the time – Imagine that!!! Whatabout you and me today? - sometimes we are without the Glory of God - as we are taken by thetemptation of this world but not overtaken. “No temptation has overtaken you that is not common toman. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation hewill also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” (1 Corinthians 10:13)God wants to do something in your life today my brother and my sister but you have to come to Himready to welcome accept and receive His Word – we have to acknowledge that we are sinners right now– not tomorrow – not soon – right now. We say I am not a sinner? – “If we claim to be without sin, wedeceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8) – here is the basic explanation of thisScripture – “if we claim to be without the devil we deceive ourselves and Jesus is not in us”. Somethings just settle themselves they don’t need too much interference from us. AND THAT SETTLES IT!!!God wants to intervene into your life and bring you His true self right now. God is in love with your lifeaccording to His purpose for you – God loves you and God is in love with you. You my brother and sisterwith a tattoo or tattoos on your bodies have been misled by the spirit of the demon/s which hasconvinced you that God looks and only loves the heart.Look at it – (Genesis 3:1) the devil has gone and done it again by deceiving man. He has played out thescene in the garden by saying to the people of God “surely God loves the heart only” and man agreed (Iwill call this – the Eve Syndrome). (“Charm is deceptive” (Proverbs 31:30)).God does look at the heart my friend and God does love the heart – but it is only an obedient heart thatGod loves – it is only the God faithful heart that God loves – it is only the God-fearing heart that Godloves – It is only the heart that is focused on Him and Him alone that God loves. It is only the heartthat realises that a tattoo is detestable before God and repents before God that God loves. A heart thatdoes not say why do you say I must not have a tattoo – for the very spirit that makes you either askthat question or have a tattoo after seeing the Scripture in the Bible that says “Do not cut your bodiesfor the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD. (Leviticus 19:28).” \"I the LORD do notchange… (Malachi 3:6).”is the spirit of rebellion.Listen [You foolish Galatians (Christian)! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes, Jesus Christwas clearly portrayed as crucified. (Galatians 3:1)] and the very feeling that you are feeling right now 3|Page

that says – this is not from God the Father fulfils His Word as it is written in II Thessalonians 2:3 “…thegreat rebellion, the abandonment of the faith by professed Christians] …”To rebel is to go against – it is to say I see what you are saying but no you are not right. – ThatScripture was meant for that time - for it is in the Old Testament. Well Jesus Christ says \"Don'tmisunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of theprophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. (Matthew 5:17) The Lord established the validity ofthe Old Testament here by saying – I did not come to abolish the law of Moses – well Moses wasthe great freedom fighter who lead the Jewish/Israelites to their freedom. So, there you have it – JesusChrist who is just fulfilling and establishing the truth and the relevancy of Levitical order by quotingMoses – so that you and me may “know the truth and that the Truth may set us free.” (John 8:32)I was watching the second Presidential debate between Hillary Clinton And Donald Trump last year.When Hillary Clinton was speaking concerning abortion you would have said its ok to abort as shepainfully and stake fully stated her case by saying - how can we make a decision for a vulnerablewoman who has been given a choice to life but it’s between her and her unborn baby someone will diedue to complications of the pregnancy – the doctors say. She has to make the choice and she choosesabortion (Charm is deceptive – Proverbs 31:30) Let me go an extra mile here and say – if a woman hasbeen raped why should she carry the baby to term worse yet why must she keep the baby? When youthink about these two issues – you would be foolish not to think that it made sense to abort the baby.But our God is not a God of sense – He, my brother and sister is the God of the Living – nothing thatis created by Him is dead it is living. If a raped women is pregnant God has a better plan – who am I toquestion God – Listen to the LORD Speak:2 “Who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge?3 Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me.4 “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand.5 Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! (Job 38 – 1:41)The Bible says in John 4:24 “God is Spirit and those that worship Him – must worship Him in Spirit andin Truth.” In other words, to worship God you must be filled with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. That is whyJesus says “I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one-as you are in me, Father, and I amin you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.” (John 17:21) He also says:Apart from Me you can do nothing… (John 15:5) and God says: “Not by might nor by power, but by mySpirit,' says the LORD Almighty.”Oh, my Pastor God says there is still hope for us - He can still redeem and render us active in HisKingdom – but you would have to exercise His word found in Isaiah where he says: \"Come now, let ussettle the matter,\" says the LORD. \"Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. God is asking for you my Pastor and brother andsister with a tattoo to come to Him so that the matter can be settled – He further says: “If you arewilling and obedient, You shall eat the best of the land.” The Lord is saying here that the choice is yoursas He clearly says: “if you are WILLING AND OBEDIENT…(the choice is yours)”. The Lord wants toclose this matter of the tattoo’s Himself by saying “I call heaven and earth to witness this day againstyou that I have set before you life and death, the blessings and the curses; therefore choose life, thatyou and your descendants may live.” (Deuteronomy 30:19) 5|Page

CONCERNING WOMEN AND PANTSNow concerning the matter with the women and the pants. This matter is a matter that is similar toHillary’s story – I just don’t understand why women can’t hear My Word as I have stated it clear andmade it simple. Rapture has passed his due date but my people still don’t want to follow my ways – Theprophet Habakkuk told you how I work but you did not hear Me: My sheep listen to my voice; I knowthem, and they follow me. (John 10:27) - Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carrythe correct message to others. (Habakkuk 2:2)On which ground, have I made anything difficult for My people – I have spoken it in My Word but Mypeople just like their forefathers don’t want to believe. Too many messages have gone out into theworld – my people believe the messages of the evil one more than Mine. It is because they have neveracquainted themselves with me. They don’t know the Scripture that says: “If you seek me – you will findme” (1 Corinthians 28:9)They profess to know Me but know little to nothing about Me. They sing and raise their hands to mewhen I am not even looking at them (they are detestable in my sight). They chase money more thanMe. They are concerned about marriage more than Me – they know little to nothing about the sanctityof marriage. If I had to show you their hearts – they all have money and have no cross – they care littleto nothing concerning my Kingdom – event though I said: “seek the Kingdom first and all these thingshall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33)Women – there are women in the Bible I want to remind you of – there are women in the Bible I want,you to model yourselves after. I wrote to you directly and told you concerning women that you shouldnot model after but you model after them. Listen correctly as I tell you what you are like right now andwhat you actually should be like. Don’t change this message – don’t rebel against it – listen to it. “Awoman must not wear men's (pants or shirts or anything men) clothing, nor a man wear women'sclothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this.”( Deuteronomy 22:5) Pants are man’sclothing.The women of today in my Church are like this:GOD says, “Zion (Church) women are stuck-up, prancing around in their high heels,Making eyes at all the men in the street, swinging their hips,Tossing their hair, gaudy and garish in cheap jewellery.”The Master will fix it so those Zion (Church) women will all turn bald—Scabby, bald-headed women. The Master will do it.18-23 The time is coming when the Master will strip them of their fancy baubles—the dangling earrings,anklets and bracelets, combs and mirrors and silk scarves, diamond brooches and pearl necklaces, therings on their fingers and the rings on their toes, the latest fashions in hats, exotic perfumes andaphrodisiacs, gowns and capes, all the world’s finest in fabrics and design.24 Instead of wearing seductive scents, these women are going to smell like rotting cabbages;Instead of modeling flowing gowns, they’ll be sporting rags;Instead of their stylish hairdos, scruffy heads;Instead of beauty marks, scabs and scars.25-26 Your finest fighting men will be killed, your soldiers left dead on the battlefield.The entrance gate to Zion will be clotted with people mourning their dead—A city stooped under the weight of her loss, brought to her knees by her sorrows. I have told you women - “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by therenewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasingand perfect will.” (Romans 12:2) I have also told you - Don’t love the world’s ways. Don’t love theworld’s goods. Love of the world squeezes out love for the Father. Practically everything that goes on inthe world—wanting your own way, wanting everything for yourself, wanting to appear important—hasnothing to do with the Father. It just isolates you from him. The world and all its wanting, wanting,wanting is on the way out—but whoever does what God wants is set for eternity. 1 John 2:15-16(The Message and in Amplified it says:Do not love the world [of sin that opposes God and His precepts], nor the things that are in the world. Ifanyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world—thelust and sensual craving of the flesh and the lust and longing of the eyes and the boastful pride of life[pretentious confidence in one’s resources or in the stability of earthly things] these do not come fromthe Father, but are from the world. (1 John 2:15 -16)And every woman who prays or prophesies when she has her [c]head uncovered disgraces her head; forshe is one and the same as the [d]woman whose head is shaved [in disgrace]. 6 If a woman does notcover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and [e]if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her haircut off or her head shaved, she should cover her head. A man ought not have his head covered [duringworship], since he is the image and [reflected] glory of God; but the woman is [the expression of] man’sglory. 8 For man does not originate from woman, but woman from man; 9 for indeed man was notcreated for the sake of woman, but woman for the sake of man. 10 Therefore the woman ought to havea sign of authority on her head, for the sake of the angels [so as not to offend them]. (1 Corinthians11:5-10)This is what I said a woman should be likeThe Capable Wife 10How hard it is to find a capable wife! She is worth far more than jewels! 11Her husband puts his confidence in her, and he will never be poor. 12As long as she lives, she does him good and never harm. 13She keeps herself busy making wool and linen cloth. 14She brings home food from out-of-the-way places, as merchant ships do. 15She gets up before daylight to prepare food for her family and to tell her servant women what todo. 16She looks at land and buys it, and with money she has earned she plants a vineyard. 17She is a hard worker, strong and industrious. 18She knows the value of everything she makes, and works late into the night. 19She spins her own thread and weaves her own cloth. 20She is generous to the poor and needy. 21She doesn't worry when it snows, because her family has warm clothing. 22She makes bedspreads and wears clothes of fine purple linen. 23Her husband is well known, one of the leading citizens. 24She makes clothes and belts, and sells them to merchants. 25She is strong and respected and not afraid of the future. 26She speaks with a gentle wisdom. 27She is always busy and looks after her family's needs. 28Her children show their appreciation, and her husband praises her. 29He says, “Many women are good wives, but you are the best of them all.” 30Charm is deceptive and beauty disappears, but a woman who honours the LORD should be praised. 31Give her credit for all she does. She deserves the respect of everyone.There is of course the matter of makeup, earrings and artificial hair – God detests those too women - Iwant you to realise the word used by God here – it says “A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor aman wear women's clothing, for the LORD your God detests anyone who does this.”( Deuteronomy22:5) – “for the Lord your God DETESTS…” - detests represent the highest order of terrible – it rankswith the ugliest of despicable things to do – it is equivalent to HATE. 7|Page

HOLIDAYS AND WHAT TO DONow on the matter of the Christians who love God who don’t celebrate certain days because they are nothonouring God. My friend if your heart is 100% correct before God – God will 100% honour you. JesusChrist gave us all a mandate and He also declared something wonderful in His word and I want tohighlight this message to you today. “Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”. (Matthew 28:19)Jesus Christ has given us a command to go and make disciples of all nations. We need to attack thosewho know nothing about the Word of God. God wants me to be clear here that when He says “havenothing to do with them” (Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that,have nothing to do with them)” (Titus 3:10)”. But understand this, that in the last days dangeroustimes [of great stress and trouble] will come [difficult days that will be hard to bear].2 For people will belovers of self [narcissistic, self-focused], lovers of money [impelled by greed], boastful, arrogant,revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane, 3 [and they will be] unloving [devoid ofnatural human affection, calloused and inhumane], irreconcilable, malicious gossips, devoid of self-control [intemperate, immoral], brutal, haters of good, 4 traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of [sensual]pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 holding to a form of [outward] godliness (religion), although theyhave denied its power [for their conduct nullifies their claim of faith]. Avoid such people and keep faraway from them. (2 Timothy 3:1-5) and finally – “7 I appeal to you, brethren, to be on your guardconcerning those who create dissensions and difficulties and cause divisions, in opposition to thedoctrine (the teaching) which you have been taught. [I warn you to turn aside from them, to] avoidthem. 18 For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ but their own appetites and base desires, and byingratiating and flattering speech, they beguile the hearts of the unsuspecting and simpleminded[people].” (Romans 16:17-18)As clearly shown above through the Word of God – these are professed Christians who have walkedaway from the faith. God the Father through Jesus Christ and by the leading of the Holy Spirit says thatHe is not talking about those that are living in the dark – He is talking about those who have come intothe light but deliberately left it. He says we must have nothing to do with them because they arecorrupt “Do not be misled: \"Bad company corrupts good character.\" (1 Corinthians 15:33)A person who does not have Jesus or who has not known Jesus at all has a demon or a foul spirit insidethem. Foul means swearing, vulgar, foulmouthed, ill-mannered spirit – so this spirit is living inside ofthese people but Jesus has given you authority over foul spirits. 19 Listen carefully: I have given youauthority [that you now possess] to tread on [d]serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exerciseauthority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harmyou.20 Nevertheless do not rejoice at this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice thatyour names are recorded in heaven.” (Luke 10:19) Nevertheless, a person who has known Jesus – aperson who chooses a demon over Jesus - it is this individual who corrupts as he has made a choice tochoose everything but Jesus.The Lord than says to cement it for you – Nevertheless do not rejoince at this, - WHAT? – that the spiritsare subject to you” that settles it – the spirit that is controlling He who knows nothing about Jesus issubject to you – simply cast it out and then pray for the person to come to Christ and believe - so shallmy word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish thatwhich I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.”(Isaiah 55:11) – let’s remember whatJesus said in Matthew 28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the nameof the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”. – This my fellows settles it.The one person that has not known Jesus you have authority over the spirit and power that possessesthem – also over the foul spirit and the demon – cast it out and then introduce Jesus to him. We havebeen called to these people and most of the time these people are caught up in these Christmas or NewYear’s Eve parties. We need to strategically position ourselves to take advantage of these events –these are opportunities allowed by God. “Who can command things to happen without the Lord'spermission?” (Lamentations 3:37) Its God who has permitted it - Remember Jesus was at a weddingand he never judged the people for drinking wine – in fact He made them wine. Remember that thestory goes that the best wine is served best after the people are drunk. Therefore, Jesus knew thatpeople were going to get drunk – He did not want to stop that – He wanted to introduce an opportunityfor them to see something new. Surely the miracle made the Apostles believe in Jesus and some peopleat the wedding must have believed in Jesus – especially the family that was getting married. If thatfamily was worried about wine they certainly were not worried about God yet God gave them wine and 8|Page

also took the opportunity to introduce Himself to the people at the wedding through the miracle. Henceas Christians we need to find opportunities where we display God and allow the Word of God to do therest.I also want to remind you that the people who came to Jesus and those that Jesus visited where the lostand the ones that the people of old did not want to associate with. Also, remember that Jesus neverchased anyone away from him – no matter what – he only chased the devil but not a person. BecauseHe clearly stated in His message - For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.\" (Luke 19:10)I want you to note the word SEEK because seek talks of opportunities. Seek search, pursue so havethat at the back of mind as we continue. These people who do not know God at all are like an untamedhorse – they are still wild – one thing is certain they are indeed looking for God – but they just don’tknow who they are looking for. So they take to drinking alcohol until they can’t walk anymore and all theother sins which the devil leads them too. Therefore, our best opportunities are open during thesefestivals.Let me close by highlight to you my friend what God is saying about the Christians who do not want toassociate with holidays as prescribed to this world. Recalling that your mandate is to make disciples –the Lord wants to bring a parable of the three man and the talents.14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[a]and entrusted to them hisproperty. 15 To one he gave five talents,[b] to another two, to another one, to each according to hisability. Then he went away. 16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them,and he made five talents more. 17 So also, he who had the two talents made two talents more. 18 But hewho had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money.19 Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. 20 And hewho had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, youdelivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ 21 His master said to him, ‘Welldone, good and faithful servant.[c] You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enterinto the joy of your master.’22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me twotalents; here, I have made two talents more.’23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good andfaithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of yourmaster.’24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man,reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed, 25 so I was afraid, and Iwent and hid your talent in the ground. You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather whereI scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at mycoming I should have received what was my own with interest.28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. 29 For to everyone who has willmore be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will betaken away. 30 And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place, there will beweeping and gnashing of teeth.’If you read the parable above carefully - one man said here Lord I made five times more than what yougave me – the other said – here Lord I have made two times more than what you gave me and theother said here Lord I knew how you are and I kept the talent safe under my couch during Christmasand New Year’s Eve, and Heritage Day, and Women’s Day and Valentine’s Day and every other holidayso that I don’t lose it.God says that the talent in your life represents His word and if you don’t seize and use every opportunityto spread his Word he might just come back and find you sitting at home on Christmas day and He willask you – why are you sitting here and not attending to my lost sheep? - for you of all people shouldknow that: the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. (Luke 19:10) and you represent meaccording to my Word as it is written in Matthew: 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”. But Lord you are notborn on this day? - you will say – and the Lord will answer - well I am glad you know that - whatabout the lost sheep? - who will tell them that? – who will make them see that? - if you are sitting onyour couch. The Lord will take his talent from you and say get away from me you lazy servant I did notknow you.AMEN - NOW PRAISE GOD – AND THANK HIM THAT YOU HAVE COME TO THIS WORD – WORSHIP HIM -AMEN.
