Participants' experience

Move to move on encouraged me to feel connected; I experienced profound emotions and thoughts throughout the project, which helped me to understand myself better. I developed social skills regarding diverse ways of expressing myself. During the lockdown, I was uneasy and I needed a change in The competences that I developed the most were my environment. Trough some meaningful As a person passionate about movement and its use for growth and learning I am grateful that I have been provided with the knowledge conversations I realized what I could about the field of embodiment. I am now giving my very best in life without loosing myself by being real and honest, at times silly, but overall more eager to accept what I have. I am learning and discovering daily something new about myself, thanks to the newly analytical skills I acquired during this training. I can better convey my thoughts to the others and show my vulnerabilities without being too afraid, owning my own mistakes and actively learning from it. Move to move on helped me realize how important is to connect with myself, the environment, how important and timesaving is to disconnect fromany digital devices. I realize now that I understand deeper aspects of my personality and that I know ways to let them come out to the surface. This program was life changing in every field - Mind – Body– Soul. I have had the opportunity to express myself in every way I know how in a safe space. I have connected with others through music, song, performance, dance, movement and music. I still got this energy from Bergolo, and I will try to keep it, as long as I can. Last comment that I want to write is this, \"As I flew from Athens to Milan, I felt like I had a self. I felt the same way on the way from Milan to Turin. Same again when I left Turin for Bergolo. When I came back, I said, \"No, I don't want that anymore,\" and I continued with what I reconnected to Bergolo\". Nick, Greece

The best elements I took from this training were the implementation of the circle of creativity, as I implemented my own workshop and used also later in the process of writing my own Erasmus+ project. The space was held in a beautiful and open way, which was also supporting in the sharing of the different experiences and perspectives of all the participants. The context of Covid-19 regulations was a strong point of challenge, and it offered even more opportunities to explore new spaces and ways to move over obstacles without losing the usual layers of connection. I thought that being part of this Training Course could be an I went looking for inspiration, for tools opportunity to reinvent myself (in a personal, an in a to use in my work with youngsters, professional level). My name is Veselin and I am Hello! I’m Vicky, from Spain. I’m curently volunteering for a volunteer here in Bergolo Associazione Vagamondo. with Associazione Vagamondo. \"Move To Move On\" for me was For me this training was a a project that I personally before and after in the waited for a long time to volunteering process, since happen. I am fascinated by after this, I feel that the what the human body is communication, the trust and capable of and of the the connection with the connection between the body coordinators only has and the mind.This project increased. It has been also a helped me expand my whole window to move more, to break vision, it let me work on the patterns, to reconstruct and to things that I love - reconnect with myself in documenting it through photos deeper levels. With all the new and videos and also opened a tools I’ve learned I feel new door with possibilities for prepared to make any me - the chance to share my workshop happen, I cannot knowledge and inspire other wait for it! This was the perfect people in the area of transition from the summer to movement, sport mindfullness the autumn, passing from all and expanding the the festivals and all the people consciousness through these that came, to the quietness of tools ! the village.
