Increasing Teacher Morale Kaelyn Callen, Brittney Hawkins, Keeath Magee, and Belinda Pruitt

AMCHS RTO Overview Campus Culture is vital to the success of any campus. Teacher Morale is a key ingredient in that Culture. The morale and culture are a fundamental part of the educational process. This overview illustrates our contention that Teacher Morale and programs that address that morale, when properly implemented into the school community, is an integral part of the school curriculum. We believe that teacher and staff emotions are important. We also believe there are ways to adequately address those emotions. When the teachers emotions are taken into consideration and addressed, we feel it is much easier for faculty and staff to work, to conform to the goals, values, and the stated mission of the campus and the school district. As educators and leaders we must concern ourselves with stimulating each teacher so that he or she will be motivated to help every student secure a world class education.
